I've never seen a Round Table this bad. The whole place was falling apart while the shift manager hung out with friends at one of the tables. The salad bar was a disaster, the soda machine was out of ice, tables weren't being cleared or wiped down, there was garbage on the floor, I even saw the manager spit while in the kitchen. These guys are stoned all the time. Constantly making us the wrong pizza and when it gets delivered we have to send it back and wait another 40 minutes. I've never received cook garlic twists. They always come in dough form and I have to put them in the oven. We ask and pay for extra ranch. We get one ranch with a lot of marinara. The list goes on. read more

I've been here three or four times this summer and I'm constantly impressed by the service and just overall loveliness of the workers here! They are all so friendly and accommodating! Round Table is Round Table so the food is what you expect (I could live off the West Coast Combo and Garlic Twists) but just come here for the employees. They're super awesome!! read more

It must be because this is a chain that Round Table gets such a bad rap. I really love their pizza! They dough is thick and bready, the cheese is 100% real, the ingredients taste fresh. I've been to several locally owned places that are no better. This location was just fine. We came here after a staff meeting and inundated them without warning! About 20 people ordered the buffet at once. The lone cashier did the best he could moving the line along. The staff in the kitchen got busy making pizzas like madmen. They were grossly understaffed, but everyone was hustling, so I was not upset at the wait or limited offerings. The bonus was that all the pizza was hot and fresh. :) read more

The website for round table Pizza is a joke. Try to enter city or an address or a ZIP Code and it does not load. I can't even see a menu. Very frustrating. Their pizzas are ridiculously expensive. $40 for a extra large pepperoni or close to that. It seems like each time I open the box, I say to myself " $40 for this?" The toppings seem to stop a couple inches away from the crust edge. Their delivery service is dependable but they are two stars at best. read more

Awesome pizza joint. Love the food, great variety. In loomis there's only 2 pizza places, and I'm not a fan of pizza factory. Round table is my #1 choice. The service is always spectacular when Candace is working. She's friendly, personal and accommodating. The restaurant is kept clean, and is nice and cool during the summer! Bad customer service. Ordered delivery and my pizza came in a mess and the older woman who answered the call seemed unfriendly and asked me to put out the original delivered pizza when they deliver new one. Like she didn't believe me and wanted the pizza returned as proof. Not how you treat customers and hope for them to return. Will be using pizza factory from now on. read more

Tonight, I ordered my pizza online for pick-up about 1 hour later. When I got there at the pick-up time, I was told it was not yet put in the oven. When I asked for my money back the clerk told me: "don't blame me I just got here." As I explained, I wasn't blaming anyone, just expected to have a pizza within reason of the ordered time. I got a refund and bought a cook your own pizza at Raleys. The Raley's pizza cooked in 7 minutes and it was yummy! read more

Full disclosure - this RTP location has never been 100% with us. But recently (when the new RTP app launched) I placed a SuperBowl order for three pizzas. I planned to use a reward to comp one of the large specialty pizzas. The total for the order after applying my reward was...wait for it...$8.08. App fail or app miracle? Depends on your point of view. I knew that this wasn't right and called the store to sort it out. Mike the manager answered and was uncommonly friendly and helpful (we usually got a mumbling kid who clearly didn't want to be there, or anywhere...). Turns out the new app had been creating some headaches for them, and he'd have to talk to the app folks and the regional crew to figure out what happened. Long story short - he called back and while I needed to redo my order, it corrected the issue. Mike marveled that I would call in about this when I could have easily enjoyed three pizzas for under $10. He even tolerated my terribly punny joke "can't really pull one over on the 'last honest pizza' now can I?" He graciously offered to hook us up as a thank you, and he up-sized two of our pizzas in the order at no extra charge. Extra mile level unlocked, Mike! We appreciated your service, and the Horseshoe Bar RTP just got a few extra stars in our book. Thank you! read more

Very disappointed. Went last night for my father in laws birthday, we were in the back room & during our meal a cockroach walked across my foot! As if that wasn't horrible after showing it to management we were not even offered an apology! I will not be returning any time soon & will be letting anyone I know to do the same. Of all of the Round Tables around here this one is a big eeeeyuuuukkkk. The Maui Zaui doesn't even come with its zaui sauce so there's nothing maui or zaui about it. So it has no fling to it except when you toss it in the garbage. It makes you think your eating somewhere close to Hell, so close that I don't need to show my thumbs pointing the way. My husband and I decided to drive a little further to get our normal Round Table fix because the one off Granite drive really is a let down to the great pizza known at all Round Tables. We ordered pizza, salad, breadsticks, and wings that night and everything was so great and cooked to perfection. The lady who was the cashier was very friendly and informative, but the one thing that sealed the deal was when I was leaving I left my purse in the booth and she ran it out to me!! Went into round table to pick pick up my order tonight and I was greeted very nicely! Not even 2 sentences in and a man with gray hair comes out and interrupts the young man who was Origi.... I was very taken away by his tone with me and the way he treated me and the young boy...it was highly inappropriate. He wasn't friendly AT ALL. He didn't make me feel welcomed whatsoever.. I don't ever want to support this business again. He was wearing his mask underneath his nose as well. He was shewing his coworkers away like they didn't matter when they were trying to give me good customer service unlike him. Not to mention when he gave me my pizza box his face sweat dripped on my box and he didn't even apologize when he clearly saw it.........DONT GO HERE. Update: A friend of mine encountered a bad time with the manager too. I found out she's a girl and her name is Susan. I called the store to find out. I'm surprised to see they have such a low rating! In the two years we have been ordering from them we have never had anything but a wonderful experience! Everyone there has always been friendly and warm. If a mistake was made, they would go above and beyond to fix it. They even wrote a very sweet message on our box when we ordered dinner the day our dog passed away All of the drivers are total loves, incredibly polite, professional and always bringing plates, cheese and peppers, even though I always forget to ask for it! The main manager Sara is always so friendly and the cashiers are always so helpful and professional. Greatest service I have ever had at a round table. I didn't get any names but the cashier was incredibly nice and welcoming and brought my to go order right to me when it was finished. The food quality is A-1 as well. I think people have to keep in mind that this is a round table and not a five star restaurant and the service I got definitely makes me want to go back next time im craving more pizza read more

Waited 45 minutes for a pizza and garlic twist only to find out, being the ONLY person in the place, oh and watching every person who came in 20 minutes after me leave with the dinner..... they never let me know it was ready. This is the third time they haven't delivered our pizza in three months. At least this time we were smart enough to not give them our card number. I've tried to be patient with round table and think maybe next time will be better but they always screw something up. If it isn't our order its the lack of service and huge wait time. Stopped in today for the buffet lunch. We have been to many round table pizza places and this one is one of the best! The staff were helpful, cheerful. It's round table, so I added an extra star...but this location is awful. The last 4 deliveries were wrong. staff apologized for every mistake, but sometimes all you want is exactly what you order. Worst Round Table Ever!!!! I lived in Citrus Heights for 15 years and when I ordered extra sauce on my pizza it came with extra sauce. It means an extra scoop of sauce how hard is that to understand. At this garbage; I would use expletives but I don't know if I am allowed; want to be Round Table when you order extra sauce you get cheesy bread no sauce to be found. 4 years of this disappointment. I haven't ordered from here in 2 years because of this. My girlfriend just ordered from pizza with extra sauce and once again today it came as cheesy bread. Ate one bite and threw the cheesy bread in the garbage where it belongs. After 30 years of eating round table I am never going to eat here again. There is 3 other options in Loomis and every other one of them understands what extra sauce means. read more

Do you prefer not to smell the stench of urine while you enjoy your pizza and soda? Then I would advise you to avoid this place. I didn't know a Round Table could be this bad. The dining room was disgusting. Every surface was sticky. The salad bar looked like a serious health risk. The most disturbing thing was definitely the smell around the soda fountain. I am not sure what is with all of the terrible reviews!! It is difficult when rating a franchise, but I must say this location is superb. I was in tonight, got a large Maui Zaui with my hubby. A tall blonde girl, I believe her name was Chelsea or Kelsey helped us. She was very sweet and checked on us regularly! It was refreshing to have such good customer service. They were very busy and the staff seemed to handle things fairly well. I will be coming back! read more
