She snagged the last white bread California Club (not on the menu) turkey, cheese, bacon, avo, lettuce, and the works. I ordered the #7 turkey and provolone on rosemary parm white bread. The service was good overall. It seemed like they had just come off a rush, so the staff was a bit distracted, but they were still friendly. We chose to eat inside, and the sandwiches were really good Jersey Mike's rarely disappoints when it comes to the food. The downside was the cleanliness. The garbage cans were overflowing, there were no lids available for the cups, and most of the tables were dirty. With better upkeep of the dining area, this location would be a much better experience. read more

I was in the area for some meetings and stopped in to pick up lunch. Jersey Mike's is one of my husband's favorite chain sandwich shops and texted me his order so I could grab him one. It was just after 12:30pm on a Monday and not too crowded. I got to the ordering area and the staff member was friendly. I let him know I would be ordering a sandwich for someone else and he was patient as I read off the order from my phone. Once my sandwich was started another person took over with toppings and condiments and was equally friendly and helpful. My husband doesn't like any veggies, except for pickles and they were happy to load it with pickles for him. The exchange probably took around five minutes, which got me in and out of the shop super fast. The shop was clean inside, with seating available, and the shopping area has plenty of parking available. The sandwiches were fresh, the bread and toppings were just what we wanted and my husband got exactly what he wanted from the experience as well- even though I ordered for him. Wow! This was place is awesome for many reasons! First of all they slice the meat and cheese and even lettuce right when you order! Definitely a cut above Subway. But even more importantly the staff is so welcoming and kind. Tonight I rushed there on my lunch break to try a giant club sub. Unfortunately they had gotten so much business during the day they had run out of bread! The staff was incredibly accommodating and had bread out of the oven within 5 minutes and made me the best sandwich ever!!! And everyone was so nice about it! I will definitely be returning soon! Food here is great. We try to come about once a month. The reason for the two star review is for the Lost leader bait and switch coupon that was mailed. It was advertising a free Giant sub as one of the coupons and then there were three or four other coupons. We received the coupon in the mail after it already expired. It seems that they only had a few days to use it and days were used in the mailing of the coupon. Which kind of forces you just to use the other coupons on your trip in. The counter wouldn't honor it, which was disappointing. He said yeah it was just a couple days. Short notice only. He said he couldn't even ring up the coupon if he wanted to. I think they missed a customer service opportunity here as they could've still just made the sandwich and did it as a customer courtesy we would've bought another one anyways. We actually did end up buying sandwiches anyways, but with sour taste in our mouth from the experience. I'm If it wasn't for the sandwiches still being good, I would be rating this location a one star. I hate leaving a horrible review considering I love Jersey Mikes, but this location needs work. Yesterday my fiancé came in and ordered me a #9. When he came home the receipt and the outside bag stated it was a #9, but it wasn't it was a #8. I called back and they told me they would take down my name for a remake. I came back today to get my free sandwich, in which I got semi-stale bread. Also got way over charged for the total order (charged for an additional sandwich), in which we needed to wait for a refund. As someone has previously worked for Jersey Mikes, there slicer and preparation areas were filthy. Then when waiting for a refund, an employee was stocking chips on the trash can. Fresh-sliced sub sandwiches [by Studio Movie Grill] This was my first time at a Jersey Mike's. The line was long when I walked inside. It took awhile until it was my turn to order at the counter. Debating whether I should get a cold sub or a hot sub as everything looked good on the menu board. When it was my turn I ordered a regular Turkey & Provolone sandwich (#7)... although the cheesesteaks looked tempting. My sandwich was quickly made and I ate it outside their outdoor seating. The turkey breast was sliced fresh in front of you. The regular sized sammie filled me up nicely... the turkey breast and provolone was flavorful, delicious and healthy (you know I rarely eat healthy) ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Five-stars to the five hardworking young kids who were working that Saturday, 7/5/21, in this location. As you know there is a nationwide labor shortage and many parts of our country have lifted Covid-19 restrictions as businesses start to reopen. Some businesses are struggling to find good workers to keep up with the demand. Give those kids a hand... I am a regular here - order maybe 2-3 times a week. Through a verified veteran dining pass, I have a monthly coupon I can use to get a BOGO offer. I've used this offer here already. Typically I order online and pick up my order in store. With this coupon I have to place the order in store. I wait in line and order a second sandwich, that I don't normally get, just to use for the offer and bring my husband home a sandwich. They tell me that they do not accept those coupons when I go to pay. I told him I've used it before so this must be recent. He said he just decided today to not accept them. I really loved going to this jersey mikes I would before I went to see movies every time. I just went in and the two women that were working we busting their butt but going way to fast and not paying attention. I am not impressed by a sandwich being made fast I am impressed by it being done properly or as the customer is requesting. She gave me the wrong bread added rosemary when I never asked for it and seemed like she was just moving a mile a minute to get them done. Mind you there wasn't even a line of people. Delicious is an understatement! These sandwiches are incredible, fresh, and loaded with meat. My husband and I came by and grabbed a Turkey/Provolone and a Philly. My spousal unit and I tried Jersey Mike's for the first time last week for lunch. The staff were very friendly and even gave us a free cookie for being first timers, so that was great. But the sandwich (a large chicken ranch wrap to split) was just ok. The chicken was lukewarm but tasty, and I liked the tortilla (we chose spinach), but the bacon was not good. It tasted old, or like it had been sitting out for way too long. Every table was dirty, so we had to clean one ourselves. It was late lunch time (around 2pm), so they weren't too busy, and only 2 other tables were occupied. The last 10 minutes we were there, they had no customers, yet both employees disappeared into the back. One of them should have absolutely come out to clean tables. Lastly, I tend to not revisit places that don't offer Coke products, unless the food is outstanding. This place only offers Pepsi products. So, sorry, JM... I probably won't be back. read more

I feel compelled to update because I can't really improve my rating from 9 months ago meaning you have not learned much. Came on a quiet Wednesday night. There was one couple seated. One man in front of us ordering one sandwich and then us. There are 3 employees. So why does it take an eternity? No sense of urgency. The whole process was so painfully SLOW we both looked at each other and thought was this such a good idea??? I cannot even imagine how long it would take during a lunch rush??? I have never gone anywhere with such lack of direction. You end up standing there like an idiot waiting for an employee to direct you who doesn't really do so. At least we were acknowledged this time. I don't know who is taking the order or making the sandwich or where the line starts or if they have a bread selection because it is not listed anywhere nor have they ever asked. Its so weird! Then proper sanitary practices are not utilized. The guy taking our order still has gloves on is writing it down on a piece of paper and then makes our sandwich. EVERY sandwich shop just makes it as they go. No one writes anything down! Then the girl who rang us up handed me the cups with the lips down on the counter. Who does that??? I actually do love their sandwiches because they are similar to Port Of Subs where the meat is sliced to order but their prices are Beach Hut Deli High which is across the street. I love the oil/vinegar but man it made my sandwich super oily! chill out a little or don't be so sloppy. I predict that this location will close within the next 2 years if they cannot improve the service. Between the rent they must pay to be near the theater, the prices they charge, and the vast variety of choices for places eat in the immediate area, service is the differential that you can change. I recently got a voucher for a Free Regular Sub when I attended a community event in Roseville. It was the perfect excuse to find my way over to Jersey Mike's for the first time today. Arrived around 1:35 pm it was busy but not packed. 5 hardworking sandwich artists behind the counter managing the in-person line and online orders very efficiently. Location and bathroom were clean and organized. Ordered 2 sandwiches. A regular Classic Italian (for me) and a Mike's Original Philly (for the wife.) We both were satisfied with the taste, portion size and freshness of our food. Generous meat serving, fresh vegetables, fresh bread and well-constructed. Our only criticism was that "it would be better on Mr Pickle's Dutch Crunch bread!" But it's hard to compete with the sub spot that is closest to us and our hands-down favorite. No shade! Congrats on a job well done Jersey Mike's team! It's very likely we will visit again in the near future and sample some other offerings. Note: I ate my sandwich too fast to take a picture! This is a decent place to get a sandwich, my favorite is the Philly cheese sandwich they make. It's a lot of food. The staff are friendly providing prompt service and the place is always clean. The only negative thing I have encountered. This was my first time to any Jersey Mikes, and let me say that I am now a huge fan. They blew me away with their great service and professionalism. I have never tried a gluten free sandwich before, and was Interested in trying it. I had no idea the safety precautions they automatically take when you order one. They made sure to wipe everything down, change their gloves, use all new knives and measuring tools to prepare my sub. I don't have an extreme allergy and felt bad after I noticed what they were doing. I didn't mean for them to have to go through all the extra work to prepare my sandwich. This place is awesome! Impeccable service! I ordered a catering box the morning of 5/6 and when I picked up I realized I actually needed 3 more than what I ordered! (that's a LOT more sandwiches!) This crew worked double time (with a friendly smile and attitude) to get my boxes made in store as well as serving the normal Sat rush. They also made the extra effort to get all my condiment requests met. ROCKSTARS!
