I ordered pizza online and went in to pick it up. But it was not ready yet so we have to few minutes as he said the pizza is coming out of the oven. After 20 -25 minutes waiting we got the pizza. I went home open the box the pizza is so cold like it is out of the oven for long time. I called in and they said we will give u 25% off of next order. We don't eat and order pizza everyday so it's not about discount it's about the service you provide to the customer. read more

Nice clean place. Lots of different beers on tap that you can access yourself. Not certain if that is a smart thing to do. Only one multi choice soda machine so there is always a line to wait thru. No menu posted on the walls so when I got to place my order I had to stop and look thru the menu first, not too bad but did add time for the people waiting behind me. Pizza wait was 50 minutes versus the 20 that was stated. Also no plates were offered and then I saw every table using napkins for their pizza. I dislike writing bad reviews however, Roundtable pizza in Los Banos is unreliable and does not provide proper customer support. I've had a few negative incidents with this place but this last one was the final one because I will no longer order anything from here!! On 7/10/21 I placed an order for delivery of over $57 that I never received. My order was placed at 8:57 pm and it was scheduled to arrive at 9:52pm and no pizza was delivered but they charged my account. I called the next day and an employee confirmed I will get a credit to my account within 3-5 business days, it's been over a week and no refund! I want my money back that's all. I will never order from here again and it's a shame because this was one of my favorite pizzas. read more

Placed an Catering order last weekend for group of approx 150 people. Harry, the manager went above and beyond to make this last minute order happen. Pizzas came in hot & fresh. Kids loved the cheese pizza & sweet twists. Being local, i am glad such a place now exists in my town. Kudos to Round Table. Definitely coming back here again. read more

Went to a baby shower here. It was not too loud. Pricey though. Especially the beer. All and all it was an okay experience. Probably won't visit again unless another party. Pizza was average as I would say dominos or pizza hut. read more

Round Table Pizza in LB is the best!!!! The first thing you notice immediately is how clean the place is kept. Service here is great, food is obviously delicious. Definitely a great place for a night out with family. The arcade is well lit and keeps the kids busy and entertained. Plenty if seating and choice of high top tables. Also huge TV's which are great for game day! The real treat is the selection of beers on tap. It's a beautiful setup where you pour your own beer and you have the choice of room temperature glasses or a cold one right out of the fridge. Best Round Table I've been to yet!!! Went to Roundtable to pick up my order. I waited 40 minutes people were coming and going and I'm still standing there. The lady ask me 3 times my name as well as the guy making the pizza. He said your pizza will be right up. I'm waiting on them to bring my pizza from the oven seeing how I'm the only one left to pick up. Well the lady bends under the cash register and brings out this dried up pepperoni pizza saying it's ready. I look at this pizza and ask how long gas that pizza been under there? I've been waiting over 30 minutes already, she says I don't know I just got back from lunch. NICE TRY she was there when I paid for my pizza over 30 minutes ago. She offered to make another pizza it would take about 15 minutes. No thank you. read more

They're the best! Freshest ingredients in town. Their $7.99 all you can eat lunch buffet is outstanding and of course they offer it Tuesday evenings for $9.99 all you can eat pizzza a fresh salad bar including freshly baked garlic cheese bread and cinnamon bread! When I first arrived to Round Table, I thought that the experience that we were going to have was going to be a good one. While the pizza wasn't the worst that I have had, the actual service was what really got to me and my guests. We had made a reservation because we planned on hosting a birthday party for the occasion and thought we should check out because we were hearing good things. However, when we showed up, it was too our surprise that not only did they completely forget to save the seats, there were people all over what was supposed to be the reserved seats. The people who were there for the party were trying to be understanding and patiently waiting for the situation to be resolved. Instead, the manager just kept walking back and forth. It wasn't until the birthday girl showed up, and realized what happened. She was frustrated, but still wanted to be able to test out Round Table, since it was where all the guest were going to met. Once we were finally seated, in a very tight and small area, we had waited for the food to come out. In the mean time we decided to spend some time in the arcade, since it seemed like the right thing to do. Most of the games were broken, and a bunch of random kids were unsupervised going behind the machines. Even though it was the kids fault for going under and behind the machines, management should have had someone watching or at least block it off to the point were they wouldn't be able to do that. The next thing that happened was that the machine for the sodas broke. The water from the machine ended up on the floor and instead of putting a sign over the water spill, like you are supposed to, they just put it to the side where it was barely able to be seen. They then brought out two liters to solve the problem of no soda, however, they didn't put out any other types of beverages. For myself personally, while I will drink just water, I do like having a somewhat flavored drink but I do not drink soda. When we asked if they had ice tea, or something else, they offered to give water, and a tiny juice box. Overall the service wasn't the best, and the actual food was decent enough to make the night somewhat salvagable. The pizza tasted pretty good, but didn't have anything special about it. As for the breadsticks they were burnt on one side, and lightly cooked on the other, which shows that they didn't turn around the breadsticks or just left them unattended. The chicken wings and the salad that we got were good, but again, had nothing special about them. Lastly, we had also gotten 5 pizzas, three in which came at once, and one that came really late. The last pizza that we got, we ended up almost got a refund for, until they decided that they were going to give us someone else's pizza because we were waiting for a really long time for the pizza, and we wanted a refund. Overall, I decided to give them a 2 stars, because of all the problems that they have to fix. I do not have anything against people trying to start up something new, I encourage it really, but people just need to be prepare for these types of things and talking to other small business owners they were saying that they should have done a lot of things differently, even if they were just starting up. The management there also could have solved their problems a lot easier and with less attitude towards their customers when they are facing an inconvenience. One other problem that they had was that they didn't have a changing table in the bathroom. One of our guests had a baby and had to change her baby on the counter in the bathroom. I think that they have a lot of things that they need to improve on and hopefully within time it gets better, and maybe in a month or two I will revisit so I can hopefully give them a better review but until then. read more

So they open at 11:00 we got there at 11:10 Saturday we were excited to have another salad bar in town and to try the new pizza place. We placed our order 2 (one time visits) to the salad bar $6.99 each 2 sodas and 1 medium pizza came to over $45!! Salad bar was not ready until almost 11:30 and still nothing labeled I had to ask what dressing was ranch? They had like 3-4 white colored dressings. Salad bar wasn't bad dressing a little runny. Pizza was terrible, we got it right out of the oven and it had a very soggy crust, sauce had no flavor., very little toppings, We could only stomach two slices each. I went in yesterday and there was a very nice, pretty young lady at the register. I think her name was Amber. She was taking our order just fine and then the owner or manager came up to her and started ordering her around. She was in the middle of helping me and he starts barking orders at her! Super rude and unprofessional. I feel sorry for the kids, must be very confusing for them. I've seen similar complaints on here about that guy and how he treats his employees in front of customers. I am grateful for the new business in town but I hope that that manager learns to communicate more effectively with his employees. How you treat your people carries ALOT of weight with me. read more

How not to open a new spot. The place is very busy but seems staffed enough. Didn't stop the restaurant from being filthy and having to wait in line for 30 minutes to order. This is probably because the menu board is not working so orders need to be figured out at the register . I pointed this out to the extremely rude person at the counter and she responded with only attitude.it is amazing she could put her phone down and end her personal conversation with her co worker long enough to take my order. Food took forever to come out and tasted like it had been sitting for awhile. Thought a fun new place in town. Won't be back until they work out the issues and hire better staff read more

This is the first time I have been to a Round Table Clubhouse and we were all very happy with the great experience. The pizza was very good value and had the classic fresh tasting ingredients that you expect from a California style pizza. The salad bar was also amazingly fresh, well-stocked, and with no obvious cross-mixing. The biggest surprise was the World Class chicken wings, not something you would expect from a pizza place. I tried the Polynesian boneless wings with the "Maui Zaui sauce" and the flavor, of the fresh tasting and moist tender white chicken breast with a mild pepper sweet sauce, immediately reminded me of the cuisine served at some of the tropical islands I have visited in the past. The service was good, pizza and salad great, and the wings 'were the bomb'. We will be back soon to try some of the other wing flavors, and this will be our new Los Banos pizza & wing stop. read more

Management is an embarrassment for the costumers and the employees. I was there with my kids and family Saturday morning and a manger was yelling at a employee the girl looked embarrassed and she was trying to explain the situation and he just kept talking. I told one of the employees I would write my opinion on that. Of the mangers feel the need to speak to a employee it should be in a private area not over the counter where everyone can hear and see. Placed an online order around 7:00pm to have a pizza delivered at 8:00pm, was not delivered. I waited about 20mins to give them time to deliver, still nothing. Then I called the store to see what the delay was around 8:20pm. I was told the pizza was leaving the store in a few minutes. Cut to 9:50pm still no pizza. I called again to ask what was going on. They said my pizza was delivered to the wrong house, so now I would probably have to wait another 30min for them to make it and deliver. I cancelled my order, the only thing I got was sorry about that. Thanks for the apology but that does nothing for me I'm without a pizza and without dinner. When businesses make these kinds of big mistakes they should offer you some kind of compensation. That's what makes the difference between an excellent business and just a business. Lunch buffet did not disappoint me, they were constantly attentive at placing new fresh and hot pizzas on the buffet counter. Can't forget the amazing salads, they had every topping you could think of to make a killer salad and it was bomb! read more

The pizza is good but the beer sucks. You cant order a pitcher of beer, you have to make line twiceppl mop to get a pitcher. Stupid rules treat you like a kid. All other pizza places in town allow you to order a pitcher of beer. If your looking for a pitcher and beer i recommend you stop by other pizza shops in town. My family and I went to the new round table a couple days ago and were disappointed. The place was clean and our pizza was good but while we were eating we witnessed the owners teenage kid walk over to the salad bar, reach in with his bare hands, and grab some vegetables to eat. I walked inside and ordered a couple of pizzas for dinner last night and the girl behind the counter was rude and the wait time for a pizza to go was ridiculous. She said it would be 40-45 minutes before it was ready. So I left and to get some drinks and returned around 35 minutes later and just wanted to let her know that I was back and she said rudely that i has just ordered it and that it would be another 35 minutes. I didn't say anything at the moment but that just made me not to want to ever come back and give my business to you guys. Yes it was a little busy but for a to go order should roughly be about the same amount of time for an pizza to eat there, but there is no reason she needed to act like that. It was very unprofessional and I might return but as of right now I won't be. The pizza wasn't even hot and that also detoured me for returning. I used to work at the Round Table Pizza when it was at 509 W Pacheco and pizzas for there and to go were always ready around the same time. The establishment looks really nice and that will probably bring me back to give it another try but the service was very upsetting and I believe I should be compensated something for that and it would be greatly appreciated. read more

Went to the "buffet" with 2 of my friends yesterday. We all paid separate. Cashier with the glasses took their orders for the buffet . It was around 1:50 ish . People were asking for quarters so she was running back and forth . By the time i was next in line it was now 2:03pm . Asked for the buffet and was told "the buffet closes at 2" so while the rest of the people in my party enjoyed the buffet i had to buy a full sized pizza . They should probably have more than one cashier during buffet hours . Ruined my day & probably won't be back . Been here 3 times since they opened and all 3 times that I've been here they've managed to screw something up on my order in one way or another. First two times were for dine-in and today's was carried out from an online order. I set up my order for a 6:00 pm pick up (driving in from over the hill and that's what I figured my eta would be) and ended up arriving at 5:50 (10 minutes early) paid for my order and was told it would about 10 minutes which put me back at the original eta 6:00 pm. I wasn't expecting the order to be ready early but definitely didn't think it is late especially after showing up early to pick up. 6:15 pm 25 minutes after I arrived for my order and still nothing, so I went up to the counter to ask about my order and was told by someone in the kitchen that it was coming out of the oven which took an additional 5-7 minutes. The whole purpose of online ordering I thought was to have your order ready when you show up to pick it up or at least for the time you set it for(give or take 5 minutes). I had to wait for 35 minutes for my order even though I had a head start so I thought! You can argue that I showed up early and I'd agree, it still shouldn't take 20-25 after the original time it was set up for! As far as pizza is concerned, it was great! The staff was really nice and apologetic and they've been that way for all 3 of my visits to the restaurant. I'm sure where the disconnect is. read more
