Anyways, Got a delivery order and ordered a salad with specific items (the lady said they usually don't add to delivery salads but she would this time) so before seeing the food i tipped $10 for like a $20 order because i thought it was super sweet they would do that. Come to find out the salad has literally nothing that i asked for and added items i specifically asked to not include on it as well. Come to get pizza today and had to wait over an hour for our pizza. They messed up our order and we been sitting here and all the people who order after us all received their food before us. The wait time is unbelievable and the service is not that great. Would not recommend coming here. Staff aren't wearing mask or sanitizing and not switching or even wearing gloves at all!!!!! Our pizza was good, but we only managed to get one pitcher of beer for the four adults in my group. I'm not sure how you can advertise the new "clubhouse" and remodel to cater to beer and sport fans and then not be able to serve your customers. The young people working had no choices or alternatives and just said, "we are out of beer, you'll have to drink bottled beer," but then didn't offer choices for that either. On their shelf, they had two bottled beers and a root beer and some orange drink. I should start and say that Schyler did an AMAZING job. Checked on us through out the night. Went above and beyond. My only problem was that our food was quoted at 20-25 mins and when it took 20 minutes for 6 wings and 30 minutes for 3 twist is a little ridiculous for appetizers. When I expressed my concern to schyler he apologized a few times. When I expressed the situation to Christina (a manager)she didn't even look at me when I was talking, didn't say sorry and kinda gave off a not so welcoming attitude. All I was doing was expressing to her that she should give out the correct times to her registers. In my opinion it's a little unprofessional especially being a manager. If you want to have a beer with your pizza, don't come here. Seems they only hire teenagers that can't pour or when someone DOES actually pour you a beer. They don't really understand the concept and have a hard time with it. We once walked in to sit and watch the football game and someone literally said to us "we don't have anyone that knows how to pour beer right now" so we walked out. Oh and another time we paid AND had the receipt for two pitchers of beer only got one, asked for the second and were told that we didn't pay for the second pitcher. We went to Round Table and ordered a large pepperoni pizza. The staff was very nice bringing it to our table and apologized for it being burnt. We noticed that this restaurant has much wear and tear. This is a place that has been in town for decades. A thriving place where everyone goes to but no longer. The carpet and the walls need attention. read more

Dropping of stars on this review. Went on a Saturday Night to watch the Giants game. Wasn't very crowded. No bartender tending the bar-have to go to pizza ordering stations to order beer. Why have a Bar if no ones going to be taking your order there? I get it if it's a Tuesday afternoon but it's Saturday night! Giants game on 1 screen-no sound. Ordered a pizza. Took 45 minutes and we had to ask about it. No one asked about a refill on our beer. Tables needed bussed. Place needs a good cleaning. I have had a horrible unnecessary experience with a person named Jordon, somehow in management. So, previously I had a pizza made completely wrong, so I called, I had a very large order and everything else was correct, so they told me they would give me a credit for another pizza and that this time it would be right. Last night I called and placed a order and included the free pizza, the person I spoke to argued with me about my discount, the same discount I have recieved for years. I asked him to look up my history and he clearly stated I have been receiving that discount and could see I was a long time regular customer. Finally he reluctantly gave me my discount, and low and behold my pizza wasnt right! So I called after the dinner rush and asked to speak with Ryan, the employee explained there wasnt anyone there named Ryan, and the working manager was Jordon. So I was put on hold after 4 times of calling back I got through and explained I didnt want another pizza but I thought he should know the remake was wrong. He then told me I was not welcome there and that I was black balled from their restaurant!! I cannot believe what a terrible way to be treated, I have managed restaurants, and as a matter of fact I was transferred to this town many moons ago as management. The owners have sold their franchises unfortunately so I couldnt call them to complain. I hope this Jordon person has karma come and kick him in his toosh!! He doesnt know I am horribly ill raising my gbaby, and when I am finally hungry it is great to be able to eat, and then not getting what my body was craving for 2 times, and being black balled as well, lets just say I will not be spreading any good news about the round table in red bluff ca., and we will not be holding the class birthday party there any more, I am looking at Firehouse Pizza, or the bowling alley, boy are they going to miss out on a lot of business. read more

There were 5 of us that purchased the salad bar & all you can eat pizza buffet. My 17 yr old son asked if they could possibly make a cheese pizza for the buffet. He was told by the man behind the counter, Morgan, that they typically only make specialty pizzas for the buffet. He then opened up a menu & my son chose the chicken garlic instead. Morgan's reply to my son's preference was, "we'll see what we can do." We stayed 45 minutes or more & watched Morgan bring out every other kind of "specialty pizza" they had with the exception of the chicken garlic or plain cheese. It's unbelievable to me that they would deny a cheese pizza which is simple to make & takes less ingredients than specialty pizzas. Then not even bring out the second choice. Mind you, my son had just been in there earlier this week with other people & had requested a cheese pizza with no problem at all. As a family we have done the same & haven't had an issue until today. Oh & to add fuel to the fire, we had our dirty plates stacked at the end of our table that never got picked up. I struggled with leaving two stars because the pizza is good, however the service is beyond horrible and the prices outrageous. It is very difficult to feed your family for what they charge. Delivery times take over an hour no matter how close you live to the restaurant and the food arrives cold. On two different occasions they forgot part of my order and by the time they brought it to me everyone had eaten.some of the people answering the phone are very incompetent. We ordered delivery from this Round Table Clubhouse location tonight at 6:15pm with an estimated 7:01pm delivery time. At 7:30pm, I called the store to speak with the manager to find out why the delay, had to call 3 times. The first two times no one answered and the line rang approximately 25 times before I hung up and called back. The third time I got through to someone and when I asked for the manager I was put on hold for 7 minutes. The hold music went away and the line started ringing again. A different employee answered asking if I had been helped and I could hear the original employee in the background saying "No, that line is holding for the manager!" Anyhow, this employee told me that the driver just left with our food approximately 15 minutes before I called and had one other delivery before us. She gave me an estimated time of about 10 minutes. Our pizza showed up at 7:59pm and was cold. The driver explained to us that the people he delivered to right before us were so mad that they yelled at him and refused to sign their credit card receipt. We didn't treat him that way but we will never do business with this Round Table Pizza location again. I don't know where the fault lies in this almost 2 hour ordeal but it's not worth it to pay this kind of money again for cold pizza. read more

Tried this place four times since remodeling to a "clubhouse ". I've never been impressed and each time seemed slightly a less enjoyable experience. My younger kid enjoys the arcade and will take any pizza. The service is slow and chaotic. There's always been a bottleneck at the cashier where you order. If you want a beer your sent to the bar for another wait with a slow and confused bartender. The tables always tend to have some sort of goo on them. I have had multiple experiences with the rude staff here at round table in red bluff. One morning I called at 10:15am and placed an order. They accepted my order and about 20 minutes later (10:35) I went to see if it was ready and there was a sign on the door that they didn't open until 11. I called and asked if my order was ready and they said "yes." And I said "okay, can I come get it?" And they said "No. Not until 11." So They literally accepted my order, made my food, and it SAT there for 30 minutes until I was able to go get it. They never told me what time they opened. So finally when they were open I walked in and suggested to the manager that they let people know that they are CLOSED if someone calls to place an order, and she said "it's common knowledge that pizza places don't open until 11." How rude!! Common knowledge?? Then she said "I'll cancel your order for you" and I was like WTF no! I want my food. The only thing I can say is that their food is (normally) pretty good but they have TERRIBLE customer service! Second experience. I went in when they had some deal like buy a soda get a personal pizza for free or something like that (maybe $5 for pizza and soda, can't remember) so we went in and ordered two personal pepperoni pizzas and sat down. 35-40 minutes go by and we still don't have our food. People that sat down 15 minutes after us had their food... so I go up and ask them and they say "it's coming out right now" so I sit back down. Another 20 minutes go by and still no food. I go ask again and when they finally bring it there is a long black hair cooked into the cheese on the top. The last time my daughter and I went there we waited 45 minutes for her personal size pizza, which was just set aside and the person who was supposed to call her up never did. We found this out when we went up to inquire why it was taking so long. They did nothing to remedy the problem except to say sorry and ask if we wanted them to make a new one. I'm sorry but I didn't think I should have to wait for another pizza to be made. They should have given us our money back and offered another pizza for free. Worst customer service! The young lady that took my order was very rude! Rolling her eyes and giving attitude. I believe her name was Teara. Just not the customer service I was expecting from one of my favorite pizza places.
