I love that each location has its own signature pie, which makes it feel unique instead of just another chain experience! The apricot pizza at this location ONLY completely surprised me! It had that perfect balance of sweet and savory, and the cheese tied everything together so well. It did not feel gimmicky at all and bite felt intentional and balanced. I also tried the Little Italy Detroit style and DET Motorhead style slices. The Detroit crust is thick and fluffy with crispy, caramelized edges and a cheesy center that does not feel overly heavy. The bread to cheese ratio is honestly just right. The DET Motorhead with the sauce layered on top was rich and satisfying without being overwhelming. The Italian sausage was juicy with a slight sweetness and a little spice that added great flavor! Beyond the food, the employees were so nice and attentive. They were patient, helpful with recommendations, and made the whole experience feel welcoming and comfortable. Definitely a place I would come back to again for both the quality of the pizza and the friendly service!

They're already ready but I guess they just want to bring everything at once because it's easier for them. This last time they walked around and told everyone they had to leave at 9pm, which is when they close. A few people had just ordered and gotten their food. So rude. Most restaurants let people finish eating and leave even if it's after closing time.

It was very good. The server was very attentive, well mannered and fast. She helped our group of 5 make a few choices. We ordered a pizza for the table and pastas for everyone. We ordered: Margherita Pizza Penne alla Vodka Fettuccine alla Bolognese Rigatoni alla Pasqualona Every dish was very tasty and well made. I don't know why this place doesn't have a 5 rating. We also tried 5 of the 6 desserts they offer and they were also all very good. The only things that may seem out of place are the paper menus and that they only offer a few beverage options. They serve water but there's no soda machine. They had Coke, Diet Coke, Sanpellegrino Aranciata (orange) and Sanpellegrino Limonata (lemon), I don't recall any other drinks available. So if you don't like any of those or going with little kids, keep that in mind. Overall a very good experience, we will definitely come back.

This may end up becoming our regular spot now. The dough is delicious and I'm usually not one to eat the crust..but I added the garlic parmesan spread to it and that definitely leveled up the pizza. The pizza was custom with pepperoni, red onion, spinach and mushroom. I ordered the blueberry matcha (iced). Although, it didn't have a strong blueberry taste, the matcha was good. As for the pizza, we had to wait about 15 minutes for it but it was fresh out of the oven. It is suuuuper thin crust and a bit on the softer side... I honestly think they could have made the dough a bit crispier but also really enjoyed it. We had a whole pie and split between 4, so each person had 2 slices. Plenty of seating both indoors and outdoors. They even have a backside patio. Overall, I really like the uniqueness of having pizza in a cafe, I mean how often do you run into cafes that also serve whole pies?? Good job Cafe Zoe and Neighborhood Pizza Guy!

Pro tip is to first get on the waitlist at the desk out front then wait for their text while playing at the adjacent soccer field, which is so well kept and great for running around and working up an appetite. Everything we ordered was delicious. My favorites were the "Hunter" wood-fired pizza. The crust is amazing - I'd describe it as tender. Great balanced combo of mushroom, sausage, mozzarella, and other toppings. I really liked the marinara-pesto sauce on the meatballs. Solid app. The Rudy's jalapeño burger was solid but not amazing. A little smaller than I expected. Steak frites came as fries topped with some medium-well strips of steak and gravy. This was fun but didn't amaze me.

Despite not offering high chairs or kids meals, they have a ton of families because it's otherwise kid-friendly food in a kid-friendly environment. The food comes out super fast, and all the employees are really nice. They also quickly clear your table when they notice empty trays. My only gripe is with parking, and it's a huge problem. The restaurant is somewhat in the middle of nowhere so understandably people have to drive to get there. We have eaten at here only 4 times despite coming here at least twice as often as that because we cannot find parking. There are times we've been able to get a table but simply cannot find a spot to park and then had to leave. When the weather is nice, there can be a long wait for a table, and we've also had to leave once because our kids were super young and didn't have the patience. Other than the bar, there's nowhere to go to wait. There are employees in the lot kinda guiding traffic, but the issue is it's really a matter of luck. Someone who showed up way after you may find a spot sooner than you, and it sucks. Sometimes it gets gridlocked too because some parts of the lot are narrow and you can't pass a car waiting for a spot, or a car isn't considerate in pulling over and letting others by. I would love to come here more regularly, but it's such a hassle. We try every couple of months ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I like Blue Line's deep dish! I know they do other things, but that's what I come for. And IMO,…read moreit's (1) cheaper (2) healthier than people give it credit for. Is it healthy or cheap? No. What I mean is, if you break down their pizza (as I did in one pic below bc I have a cold, so I got mine to go), it's a cornmeal crust with a bunch of toppings and cheese, topped by a thick layer of tomato-based sauce. The crust is not super thin, but neither is it super thick and bready. It basically forms a shell around the toppings and sauce. The toppings can be healthy depending on what you choose. This time, I got 1/2 brass monkey 1/2 free bird. Brass monkey has a lot of sausage and ricotta, so not a healthy choice. Free bird has a really great amount of chicken! ... and some bacon, but I chose it. You could easily get a delicious veggie and chicken pizza, and it'd be better nutritionally. There's a good amount of cheese, but it's not overwhelming or super greasy. If you want in-your-face cheese, add more for another dollar or two. I like if the way it is. The tomato sauce is thick and surprisingly tangy. That reassures me it's not loaded down with sugar. Basically, is this super healthy? No -- in terms of my eating out/takeout, that would be a sashimi salad, or salmon with lightly steamed vegetables and a bit of sweet potato or quinoa. But it's decent for a Friday night out (or in) when you're not really trying to be healthy, but also not making a point of doing the opposite. As for price -- this is March 2026, and the large half-and-half composed of 2 of their priciest options was $39.14 after tax before tip. Now, that seems a bit high for one pizza. But I didn't eat all day, and 2 slices (out of 8) filled me right up. 3 slices would have left me too full, but probably still thinking "worth it!" 4 slices would make me super uncomfortably regretting-my-life-choices overfull. Sure, you can get cheaper pizza/takeout. But this is good stuff, like pasta toppings on a good cornmeal crust. If you ordered 2 solid pastas for under $40, you'd think that was a good deal! Well, this is 3-4 adult's worth of good pizza for under $40. Also, I used to cook and bake a lot more than I do now, and there's a lot of work and ingredient here, more than I'd commit to at twice the price. It would start making sense for me to mix up the crust and buy good cheese and meat and tins of San Marzanos if I needed 4 pizzas, i.e. to feed 15-20 people (with finger foods, salad, sides, dessert). Otherwise I'd just order here. Oh! I can't remember the last time I got takeout here. So they now have a shiny red takeout cabinet to the left as you walk in, and you just put in the last 4 digits of your phone # and your locker pops open! I would have liked not to be sick and to eat in, but the cabinet was pretty cute. :)
