Fuck this place. I am literally across the street. We hold a market right across the street and a friend of mine just ordered, picked up, and ate Parmesan bacon twists. I called to order the same things and she girl (august 5th at 8:13pm) in the phone said they don't make/do that. She puts me on hold twice. Both times tells me they don't have it or are making it. I told her every time my friend just picked it up and is literally eating it right now. Don't know why she said that but shitty. read more

This Round table on Pacific is not in compliance with the Covid they delivered my pizza opened not sealed at all it was delivered by delivery driver and my pizza was opened I called them to inform them and they stated they do not seal if they use there drivers they only seal if they use 3rd party drivers unexceptionable a delivery driver is a delivery driver doesn't matter if it's a third party your pizza box is suppose to be sealed never again!!! read more

I've always enjoyed Round Table (in the Lowe's shopping center) and usually get the large King Arthur combination pizza. This last visit which was in the late afternoon of April 28th and I called in my order, waited a few minutes and drove over to get my pizza. Just a few minutes to wait and the young man working the register asked me to pay the approximate $27 bill. I had received a $50 Round Table gift card for my birthday and grabbed it on the way out the door. When I took it out of my wallet to pay, the cashier stated their restaurant did not accept gift cards...not even their own! Seriously?!? I recalled hearing this from a neighbor well over a year ago that he had tried to use his Round Table gift card, but the excuse then was that "the gift card processing machine" was not working. I asked this young employee why they didn't accept THEIR OWN gift cards, and his answer was "we're not allowed to accept Round Table gift cards, but we can take your credit card." It's a good thing I always keep a credit card in my wallet for emergencies, but this was ridiculous. I asked to see the manager and he said he wasn't available. The pizza was good (as usual), but next time I'll be driving the extra ten minutes to Mountain Mike's Pizza (which also happens to be excellent)...and they gladly accept their own gift cards and certificates! read more

Was craving pizza tonight so ordered a small King Arthur's delight and was amazed at how good it was! I certainly hope having too many pizza parlors within 2 blocks doesn't put Round Table out of business. I should have taken a photo of how loaded this pizza was. Terrible service and rude staff I think that was the owner was in the restaurant at that time and he refused me for a refill for a drink i bought 5 min. ago and he told that refills are only for dine-in customers the owner is trying to earn money from saving soda that's what businessman do nowadays that's how they deal with their customers that was a totally disappointing experience over there. read more

I would not reccommend this place to anyone. keep track of your bill. I ordered online through Slice and when I went in they charged be again for the order. I was charged twice or the same order and when I made them aware they fought me over it with the credit card company. I showed that they charged twice. I ordered a pizza from this location (on-line). Received a call from the store manager (male) 15 minutes later advising they do not deliver to any locations South of Hardening. I asked him to repeat what he said because I'm less then a mile away and could meet the driver outside. He then said they do not deliver to apartments. Closed on Sundays?!?!?! If this place was closed on Sundays or not openfor an emergency the least they could have done is put it on a voicemail or thru the round table app. It is a shame that anyone new to the area would waste their time and gas to drive to your location to find it closed after dialing and dialing a bunch of times..... Yesterday I request a delivery of 25 pizzas for my training. I did the order online. The day of delivery this pizza place did not notify me that they had an emergency and would not deliver pizzas. Well I just had to write a review due to my HORRIBLE experience last night. When I first arrived I ordered my veggie pizza along with some garlic twists, the girl told me it would about a 15 minute wait... after 15 minuted one of the girls from the back comes up to me and asks if i had the order of the veggie pizza.. clearly my order was forgotten because I didn't get my pizza till 45 minutes later!!! When I arrived home I started to indulge in my slice of pizza when all of a sudden I hear a crack!!! There was a piece of GLASS in my slice... right away I take it back tell the girl that I had an PIECE OF GLASS IN MY PIZZA! The girl all confused looks at me and says " well what do you want us to do?" IDK about all of you but I would have thrown that whole pizza away and started a new one without questions asked. I demanded a new pizza to be made and new twists as well .. mind you there was only 1 slice of pizza missing ( the piece that I had eaten when I bit into the glass) and all the twists were there.... to my surprise the girl doesn't know the difference between glass and paper because I over heard her telling her coworkers that I was making a fuss over a piece of paper in my pizza! I of course yelled out so everyone can hear " it wasn't a piece of paper, ITS A PIECE OF GLASS" well a couple minuted later i get my new remade pizza complete with complimentary eye rolls and attitudes from the staff and to top it off the twists were still raw.. I just gave up and took my food home put my twists in my oven to finish cooking and call it a night.... I love round table but if you want a hassle free experience DONT GO TO THIS PLACE!! Had the Small Wombo Combo (13.99) delivered. And man was it SMALL (9.5"). There is a $2.75 delivery fee. the pizza came with Parmesan, Red Peppers, and Ranch on the side. The pizza was ok. I would probably just order the 5-5-5 deal from Domino's. Us college students are broke. Though Pacific students do get a 10% discount. yay. we save 1% since they apply tax. read more

Reality check here....have gone to this store for years, but tried the Artisan Pepperoni Specialty Pizza y'day for the first time. It is litlte more than a gordita sized burrito shell with a bit of sauce, a sprinkle of cheese, widely scattered slices of poor pepperoni, a few tomatoes and a bit of basil, baked in the pizza oven...Save 14 bucks and do it at home. read more

This location does great twists, and a pretty dang good pizza. The delivery is quick and courteous, I've rarely had to wait as long as the time they say on the phone...in fact they usually beat it! That was my old post, a couple years later, I've put up with botched orders, excuses and being refused order 10 mins before closing...have been a longtime customer, and am just tired of the declining service and mistakes to orders. I ordered a small Maui Zaui for delivery, I changed it from the sauce they put on it to creamy garlic sauce. The delivery driver was really nice and I tipped him $4.50 which I think is fair. I ate a few bites of my pizza and don't eat sausage and was wondering why there was sausage in it. Then I realized there was no pineapple the whole reason I even ordered it. I called and spoke with a young man who told me he could give me 20% off which I didn't want I wanted the pizza I ordered. He could send out a new pizza and that I would need to pay another $3 for delivery, I was a delivery driver for round table for 4 years I know that's a bunch of bs so I said why would I pay $3 for your mistake he said well we have to take it back out and I said ya because you made a mistake not me. He said fine I'll make you another pizza and that was that. I thought to myself i don't want a pizza from someone who isn't happy to serve their customers. I called back and told him I changed my mind and that I would like the number to corporate because I had a few questions. He gave me the number and I asked for his name. I had never heard the name so I asked him to spell it and he remained silent so I asked again. Uyles or something of that sort, so I asked him is your company cooperate he said no we're a franchise. I said ok at your location when a employee makes a mistake do you always charge a new delivery charge? He said I'm not going to answer that I said why wouldn't you answer it's a very simple question do you always charge $3 when you make a mistake or are you selective. He said do you want your pizza or not. I said well your clearly not the manager like you stated because managers handle themselves with more professionalism then that. I can't can I please have your general managers phone number. Sure her name is edgie or something like that I said ok thank you I don't want the pizza I will contact her. He said fine bye. I'm not really sure how to properly review this place. I guess I'll average it out. 5 stars if you are ordering a specialty pizza for take out. 3 stars for the lunch buffet. As it's been several months since I've had Round Table, I'm not sure if they still have this deal but you used to be able to get an extra large specialty pizza and get a medium one topping pizza for free. Now personally, I think the round table specialty pizzas are the best of any chain pizza company bar none, so I'd give round table a 5 even if this deal goes away. Now on the flipside, the round table buffet is nothing more than average. Sure it's only $6.95 for all you can eat but they only have the basics like cheese, pepperoni, and hawaiian. The quality is still decent, but not up to the standards of their specialty pizzas. The salad bar is tiny, not that I eat salad but I felt like pointing it out anyways. I suppose it's still worth it if you're short on cash, as it's the cheapest buffet in Stockton as far as I know. read more

I've eaten at this roundtable several times as it's closest to my house. They had my name up from the caller I'd when I called. I picked up my pizza 15 minutes later, it was hot, and delish!
