Okay, I know I just posted a review of this place not long ago, but I want to share an update about the experience I had this past weekend. I ordered several pizzas for my group here on 06/07/2026. The staffer who helped me was very friendly and helpful. I paid with my credit card, and my order was ready in about 15 minutes. I took the food back to my group and the quality was great as usual. I received no complaints from my group, and everything seemed to work out just fine. But here's where things took a turn. I discovered earlier today (06/08/2026) that I had lost my credit card. I called my bank to cancel it immediately. I stopped by at around 11am just to see if I had left it here. As it turned out, I did, and they had secured it in a safe place. A worker politely asked me for my ID. After checking it, he gave me my card back. Their diligence was greatly appreciated by me. Once the card issue was resolved, I ended up having a long conversation with the worker and the owner, Javed. Javed told me that recent events have made it very difficult for him to run his business. I listened, and afterwards he genuinely thanked me for understanding the challenges he's facing. We also chatted about world history and current events. Decided to try the Broadway WC location... we usually order from Alamo Round Table. Pizza was absolutely great. Perfect crust, very generous toppings and the sauce was excellent. I'm going to say this was actually step above my expectations. read more

Very pleased with this Round Table. Pizza is fresh and always cooked through. Prices for specials are good. Delivery is super quick as well. For so many years I never wanted to go back to round tables because of the experience I had their Pizza wasn't very good in another area and another location but this location in Walnut Creek proved me wrong their Pizza is so delicious I would be going back there over and over again they had me change my attitude of the way I I thought about round tables I never wanted to go over there maybe for about 20 years but today I went to round tables and boy this Walnut Creek location make their pizza and their food delicious I would highly recommend them and I will keep coming back for more once a week at least I commence round tables pizza in walnut Creek ca. read more

Tried this particular location for the first time tonight, I got a medium specialty pizza. Ordered online from their app. It was ready when I arrived! However, there was no signage or any kind of verbiage on the app or else where saying they do not accept Round Table gift cards. So when ordering online, and I chose to "pay in store", there was nothing about not being able to accept gift cards as payment. 2nd off, when I got home and started eating into it, there was a hair baked into said pizza.... Not cool guys. It pains me to write a bad review, but this is now your chance to PLEASE do better!!!! read more

I hate to give any stars at all this place doesn't deserve any. we order pizza for a later delivery as we are a busy famil. the delivery guy texted at 4:46 saying he would be there is " 8 minutes " he did not show up for another 20 minutes and it was room temperature at best. Avoid this Round Table. They are providing false advertising by listing a special price on their website but when you arrive they charge 40% more. To make matters worse my pizza was supposed to have pepperoni and bacon but the bacon was left out. When I got home I felt robbed in many ways. I paid for these toppings so yes it is disgusting how they are cheating their customers. This is not the way to run a business. Will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. read more

We had my 14th year old son's birthday party at a VR place in Walnut Creek. We needed a way to feed the kids without leaving the party. We were so thankful for Round Table and their team as the helped us place the order the day prior, suggested how much pizza for us to order and more importantly, the day of, they arrived exactly when we need them to. This is only a review for the Garlic Parmesan Twists. I don't get anything else from Round Table because these are my FAV. However, the past few times I've eaten here I've noticed the twists aren't fully cooked - they're condensed and doughy. They are also a lot thinner than before. Not sure if that's because they are not fully cooked? I still come here for the twists hoping each time they come out right! They are my fav so I hope this issue can be fixed! :) read more

PSA- They close at 9 PM from Sun-Thurs, and close at 10 PM on Fri & Sat. Yelp has it listed wrong. It is also confusing on the Round Table website as it is listed wrong in one place and right in another. Just call to confirm so you will not be disappointed! The employees working here are all so polite - it's refreshing! I'm always pleasantly surprised with a warm greeting. Their garlic twists are bomb. Yes, that is all I get. Warm bread + garlic + cheese, what more can you ask for? Ranch. It comes with 1 ranch for order of 3 or 2 ranches for order of 6. You also have the choice to get marinara sauce instead. read more

Round Table is hands down my absolute favorite pizza!!! This was my first experience to this location. I ordered a large pan pepperoni pizza with 3 bread twists. The bread twists were burned so I asked if they would remake them and they did and were kind enough to give me 6 instead of the 3 ordered. I called a bit late today after I ran some last minute Christmas arends and didn't want to drive anymore, and my brother was visiting so we thought we would order some pizza. Paul picked up and told me we were a bit late for a delivery ends at 9 so they can prep for closing, but was willing to make it happen, as I was on his way home and he would be delighted to help out with making the delivery. It's these type of things that make a difference, you are willing to go the extra mile and make someone happy and make things convenient for them, that's a model employee. We ordered 5 extra large pizzas to be delivered for my daughter's birthday. I spoke to the manager before placing the order to make sure the pizzas showed up by 11:30am (the main website only offers 12 noon delivery time). Manager was very friendly and accommodative. The pizza itself was pretty good when we actually received it, thus the 2 stars. The customer service was terrible. I placed my order via the slice app @ 10:40am. The Store does not open until 11:00am but the app allows you to order ahead of time. When I placed my order the eta was 11:45am. My order wasn't very big, just 3 large pizzas for my team to have after our meeting that day. At 11:08 I received a confirmation that my order had been received and my pizzas would be delivered at 11:45am. I then received a phone call @ 11:17 saying the store was very busy and my new eta for delivery was 12:00. 12:00 rolls around, then 12:10, then 12:15.... I decided to call the store at 12:15 and was told they are very busy, that my pizzas were nearly done, but the driver was out on another delivery and I would have to wait for him to return, and then deliver my pizzas. The new eta was 12:45, a full hour past the original delivery time. At this point one of my guys offers to go pick up the pizza as the team is getting pretty hangry. Once he returned with the pizzas (which were admittedly pretty good) the team ate and our meeting resumed. Here's the kicker, I had already pre-tipped the driver 15% when I placed my order and was still charged the delivery fee of $4.50 for a delivery that never happened. One thing I can assure you, I will never add to their "busy" schedule again, so perhaps they will be able to get pizzas to their other customers on time, or at all for that matter. read more

This is a pizza place of my childhood, and I'm glad they haven't changed their pizzas one bit. I love those crispy edges that you only get on their pizzas. The service was good. A few weeks ago I ordered the Chicken Alfredo pasta, and it was delicious! It came in a big container, with melted cheese on top! I ordered it again today, and it came with maybe half the amount of pasta, and in a plastic container. I was still hungry after I finished. It still tasted good, but I was disappointed. Usually it's expected that a chain restaurant would be more consistent, but I guess not. My husband said it looked like they gave me someone else's leftovers. read more

Round Table, named after King Arthur and his Knights of the Round Table, was once the last honest pizza. I'm not sure if there are now more honest pizzas, or Round Table isn't honest anymore, but that slogan has been discarded. Makes you really think . . . Anyway, we ordered a Hawaiian pizza and were told it would take anywhere between 50 and 90 minutes to arrive. It arrived around minute 70, so right in the middle. The pizza was fine... I think they sliced it up at some point, but the melted cheese re-solidified so we had to cut it again. As always, it was a little pricier than most major pizza chains, but also of a slightly higher quality. In short, you get what you pay for, and wait plenty of time to get it. read more

Ordered a Large specialty stuffed crust pepperoni and bacon pizza with extra sauce on Monday for $33.16. When it showed up an hour and 16min later, it was a large cheese pizza with almost no sauce. I called the store and spoke to Jesus who said the system was glitching and he knew when he "had a feeling when he was making the pizza" that it wasn't supposed to be a cheese pizza. He said he was writing down my name and the pizza I ordered and to call in and the pizza would be free next time because it was too late to come back and pick up the cheese pizza and deliver the right one. I put the pizza in the frig so that it could be returned to them. Tonight, Saturday, I called so they could perfect the delivery. I explained to the person that answered the phone what happened and he said he would put Jesus on the phone. That same person came back and said Jesus doesn't remember. I explained it again and said I would just claim it as fraud on my Visa. He said to hold again and Jesus got on the line. All of a sudden Jesus said that it happened on Monday but doesn't remember what happened. Then he said he would send out the pizza but I had to pay for delivery charges. I said don't send out the pizza, just refund my money. He said Monday was too far back for a refund. Then he asked for the date of the transaction. I told him it was in their system because I ordered online. I pulled up the confirmation email and started reading with store 1087. He said "we're not store 1087." I asked what store number they were and he said 1776. This imbecile who runs the store thinks the address (1776 N. Main) is their store number. I explained to him that the franchise has a number which is 1087. He said "that's correct." He then said someone higher up needed to handle it and would have someone call me back. After I called them, they said the driver will be there within the next 5 minutes. 20 minutes later I called them again and they said they need 10 minutes more! I am pretty sure they hadn't even started on my order before I called them. I don't mind a little delay usually. I have been ordering pizza from here for a number of years. Always take out and always prompt with great service. The manager (Thomas) is so kind and helpful. I usually order for my kids' school and make sure to order the day before because I have to pick it up as soon as they open. I just park right in front and pick up with ease. They will also help you load your car, if needed! Highly recommend them for take out. Maybe even dine-in, but just know that their dine-in area is very small (like 2-3 tables small).
