I went with a party of three around 4-4:30, and we were the only ones there, so we got to order right away. After looking over the menu, we decided on a pizza with BBQ sauce (can't remember the exact name). The presentation was great, and the portions were generous we had about 2-3 slices left over. The only thing I didn't enjoy were the fountain drinks. They had a strange aftertaste, almost like dirty water. I tried Coke first, then switched to Sprite, but it tasted the same. We came here for the first time today during Sunday lunch and it was very quiet. I think the location is too hidden to get foot traffic but we were determined to try it. The menu was simple and they have a decent alcohol menu too. The kids wanted pepperoni pizza and fries and we ordered an arancini balls as an appetizer. The order process was easy by scanning the QR code to order or through the waiter. There are a lot of big TVs on the wall at all corners so it is good if you want to watch sports while eating. The food came out quickly and we liked all the dishes! The fries came in a giant bucket and was super crispy! The pepperoni pizza came in a rectangular shape and was pretty good. The bottom can prob be a bit more crispy but it is definitely yummy. The arancini ball has a little kick to it and we loved it. I had previously ordered food for delivery to work and enjoyed it, so I wanted to share the experience with hubby. I drove from Dublin to have a late lunch. We shared a large combo and ordered a side of garlic parmesan chicken wings. Chicken wings were crispy - a little dry/chewy but it's covered in the sauce which works. It comes with ranch dressing - a little less buttermilk and a lot more dill. The pizza was incredible! It wasn't the typical round shape; it was rectangular. The crust was amazingly light and doughy, and the fresh ingredients made a difference - the olives were cut in half, not sliced like donuts, and the pizza wasn't drowning in grease like some others. And let's not forget about their to-go boxes. They are high-quality and can easily fit a keyboard. I LOVE THIS PLACE! It's hands down my go-to pizza spot from now on. Had an absolutely amazing lunch at Bill & Bali's. Got a small Calabrian firecracker no mushrooms. Super spicy but so flavorful and that crust is to die for. I live square fluffy pizzas. Cannot wait to go back and try more off the menu. While food and service are great, parking is an absolute nightmare in this area. With all the shopping, other restaurants, Bart and apartments,the two very tiny "garages" do not help at all. At 11am both lots were completely full and I had to circle for street parking. This aside, GET THE FOOD, try them! You won't be disappointed. They even doordash. Only one other customer entered while I was there which is a total disappointment. Delicious pizza awaits you! It's a shame I can't recall the exact name of the pizza I ordered, but it's the one with prosciutto. It was flavorful and unique. I love how their pizzas are rectangular. If eating inside, the pizzas are served on rectangular trays with round bottoms so it keeps the food airy and crisp. I would not order the pesto one. This was my least favorite. Was dry and uninteresting. Even the kids pizza was better. The mozzarella sticks were delicious. The texture and cheese itself tasted fresh and homemade. Street parking only. I visited during a rainy weekend and it was not super crowded. This location is a bit weird since it's at the bottom of what looks like a condominium complex right behind the BART station. My gps made me go round and round. While a bit pricey for my taste, I would return to try other flavors. Yummy Roman style pizza right next to Pleasant Hill BART! We found easy parking out front but there is also a garage you can park in. You can order through the QR code at the table or at the cashier up front. We had the house salad and two small size pizzas which are a very generous size. They have a large variety of craft beer and wines. We liked the multiple televisions playing various games. They had the warriors game on with audio for those who wanted to watch but it wasn't overwhelming and we could easily still chat. Pizzas we ordered: Calabrian Firecracker: Salami, Mushrooms, Calabrian Peppers, Mike's Hot Honey, 100% Mozzarella Cheese and Parsley. Bill and Bali's is located in the old Tonli Kitchen space across from Pleasant Hill BART station. We've been excited to try this new pizza joint after seeing all the great reviews. We ordered the small Calabrian Firecracker pizza ($24), the House Salad ($12) and the Fieldwork Hazy IPA. The salad was fresh and tasty they use little gem lettuce however you do have to cut it up as the lettuce leaves are huge and the toppings are right on top (see picture) not a big deal-- the salad was delicious and I would order it again. The pizza came out and was equally fantastic, it had a bit of a kick, a lot of nice textures and flavor, the crust was crispy and soft in all the best places and it was visually beautiful. The only thing I wish it could have been is temperature hot. The pizza didn't come out cold, but it wasn't hot either for having ordered the pie in house. This place is a short walk from where we live so we finally decided to try it out on a Friday night for dinner. It's conveniently located near the Pleasant Hill Bart station. They have outdoor and indoor seating with a bar. The bartender was really the only one working - he was serving, taking orders, and manning the bar. There were maybe only a few others who dined in like us but alot of takeout orders. They serve Roman style pizzas. Plenty of options for meat and vegetarian eaters. We got the Popeye's Passion, which had artichokes, spinach, mushrooms, and mozzarella. I loved the toppings, as well as how cheezy and thick the mozzarella was. However, I would have liked a sauce added as a topping like a red or pesto sauce. The cheese also came off of the bread pretty easily. I will say the portions are huge - we ordered the large and had a few pieces left... The large size could easily feed 2-3. Was very pleased to see vegetarian options on the apps menu ZESTY ZUCCHINI (large): Big fan of the ricotta with the fluffy + crispy crust. Their cheese is generously layered on and very savory, goes well with the light zucchini. The slices are still extremely flavorful while not feeling too heavy. One note is that the box is hard to fit in your fridge. I DIDNT KNOW THIS WOULD BE A HUGE RECTANGLE... Took me by surprise for sure. Decent pizza, but way too pricey. I had the Calabrian Firecracker (Salami, mushroom, peppers, hot honey). The small size was $24 (large was $34). The small came with 8 small rectangle pieces. The flavor of the pizza was very good. The dough was soft and fluffy, yet had a nice crisp on the bottom. Not exactly sure what style of pizza it was, but it was similar to Detroit style. Each slice had one very thinly sliced piece of salami. It says the pizza can feed 1-2, but I'd say its more like 1. I don't think 2 people could share it, as its pretty small. I went on a Tuesday at 8:40pm. On their website and on Yelp, they say they're open to 10pm, but when I asked the cashier, they said they're closing at 9pm, and I could only order to go. I also didn't get the friendliest vibes, not that the cashier was rude, just could tell she wanted to close up. I had to eat in my car, so that was a bummer that they don't stay open until their listed hours. Overall it tasted pretty good, but I think its a bit too pricey for me. Looking at the rest of their menu, for example: Caesar salad is $14, Tiramisu is $14, cheesecake is $12, french fries are $8, and Cauliflower wings are $16. There aren't even any wait staff, its order at the counter. I know its Walnut Creek, but this is next to the BART station, not downtown, and even then I don't think I would ever pay $14 for a slice of Tiramisu. That's more expensive than most fine dining restaurants. read more

This pizza is epic-- reminds me so much of the pizza in Rome. The ingredients are so fresh and the combinations are creative and artistically presented. Amazingly curated wine selection. They have great options for kids with a personal cheese pizza, fries, nuggets etc. Our party especially loved the mozzarella sticks.
