It was pretty dead inside and the girl at the register didn't really say anything to us. She just looked at us so I told her "2 lunch buffets & 2 drinks" - she gave me my total ($25.14) and off we went to check out the food. The lunch buffet is from 11am-2pm. There was about 5-7 different kinda of pizzas to choose from, bread sticks and cinna-sticks. There's also a salad bar across the way with an ok selection of greens/mixes. The food was okay, nothing amazing. I mean, I'd go back if I wanted pizza buffet buuuuut if I wanted good pizza, I'd probably go elsewhere. This is our go to Pizza place. The pizza never disappoints the salad bar is good and its never really crowded which i really like. The staff is always friendly. They do have a buffet in the afternoons. They are very accommodating in that aspect because if you dont like any of the pizza being served they will try and put one out with what you like, and they will put out hot pizza! I had an issue that I wanted to bring to the managers attention. I asked to speak to the manager and a woman walked to the back and came back and said "You can speak to me" I indicated I would like to speak to the manager. Then, with an attitude she said" well he is not here you can speak to me" That made me a bit upset as a customer. I said what's his name and at first she was evasive. I asked again what the mangers name was and she said "his name is Tito" I did not appreciate her tone. I asked her name she said"Veronica" I said okay and sat down. I did not feel comfortable with the conversation, so I was on my way back to the front and a girl that was not present during my exchange with Veronica asked me " is everything I Kay" I said "why are you asking me that" She said "I just want to know" that lead me to believe I was being spoken about in the back which I did not appreciate. She walked away. I then went back to the counter to confirm who the manager was and the girl just kept saying he is not here totally ignoring my question. She walked to the back and then Veronica came back out and I asked her why did the girl not confirm who the manager was? She said" I don't know" That just made me feel like the manager was in the back and avoiding a conversation. I left my number for the manager. Let's see if I actual speak with him. I placed an order for 3 pepperoni pizza's for my son birthday party in the mall. The pizza was to be delivered at 12:30pm. It was cold and delivered 30 minutes late. I can deal with that but I was very disappointed in the taste. It looked over cooked and had no flavor whatsoever. The thing that irks me the most was the fact that I paid $85 for it! If i could leave zero stars I would, we had the worst experience with them ever today. We have been going to roundtable pizza for many years, including this location. We placed our order and they gave us an ETA of an hour which is totally fine, we understand that they're busy and sometimes it takes a little longer than normal, the issue is when the pizza and breadsticks arrived it looked like they had been sitting out. The pizza is cold and the bread sticks are almost burnt and hard. Its crazy to receive this after spending $60 dollars on a medium pizza and garlic bread. I called the store to let them know that we are not satisfied with our order and see about getting it remade. The first time I called and after letting the person at the register know the situation they tell me that they would transfer me to the manager, i'm on hold for about 10 minutes and then I was hung up on while placed on hold. So I called back and the cashier answers again and I let him know that I'm the person who they just hung up on and I would like to speak to the manager. The cashier told me that he was sorry but the manager is busy. I told him that was fine i didn't mind waiting. The manager (aaron) finally answers and apparently he's also the delivery driver who dropped it off to us. So I let him know the situation and explained to him that the pizza that he just dropped off had obviously not been fresh and looked like it had been sitting for some period of time. He just kept repeating that the pizza was fresh, and he took it as soon as it was ready. I don't understand if we are paying customers letting you know that product is not right, you should fix it. I asked to have the contact information for someone who could help me because apparently all he could do is give us credit for free bread sticks. He said there was no one else to call. Horrible customer service, will never order for here again. So we just lost out on $60 and dinner. read more

Yesterday celebrated a baby shower in their private party room we reserved. Everyone in the entire crew went out of their way to make sure everything went perfectly!!!! From the service to the food, I can't describe how phenomenal these people are. It was so busy in the restaurant as a whole and yet they gave our party the utmost attention. I'm especially impressed on the crew being so understanding for my medical dietary needs. I have Celiacs disease (an extreme gluten allergy) and i get super nervous about eating out. They kept their salad bar so clean and the way it's set up has minimal potential for cross contamination because of how the ingredient's line is set up (croutons at the end of the line) After eating the salad, I was so grateful that the I was still feeling okay, I inquired about the Gluten Free crust they offer for their pizza! And boy was I happy, Monica discussed the special preparation accommodations for allergy concerns and even double checked the ingredients (pepperoni) to make sure it would be safe. She offered to prepare the pizza herself so that it would have least likelihood of contamination. She even offered pulled toppings from the back bins! Can I tell you, I haven't been able to enjoy a pizza from a restaurant in FOREVER and I have not experienced any of my allergy outbreaks. Other restaurants often have workers that roll their eyes, scoff or whisper to each other about how frustrating it is that they have to clean surfaces or get mad when I ask if I can get toppings from "never been touched" supplies. Some places even get mad when I ask if they can please change their gloves. But not here! They were as careful as possible not to allow bread/crumbs to touch my food. I planned my daughter's 1st birthday here, and I must say they did an amazing job coordinating her party and making sure everything went smoothly. The manager Monica was amazing! She is such a sweet and nice woman. The restaurant allows their guests to have a private party for 3hrs max, however Monica was nice enough to make an exception and allowed my party to go on for 5 hours due to not having any other parties that evening. I just came in to pick up my pizza and I've been waiting LITERALLY 40 MIN and NO ONE has even said hello to me. Lunch Buffet is yummy in the tummy! Salad bar is greatly chilled and the pizzas are hot, even better when it comes straight out of the oven! The lunch buffet is great deal to try different pizza, but if you add drinks and wings, it's still not cheap. I am not a pizza person, but once in a while I want to have some carb fix, I like their gourmet pizza selection, Wombo combo and Maui Zaui are my favorites, classic ones like King Arthur and Italian Garlic are good choices too.
