Japanese Wagyu Sukiyaki - My favorite thing from this evening. They do such a great show of preparing this for you and you get a dipping plate with a raw egg to get all the flavors in this. The sukiyaki sauce in the bowl was super flavorful and strong. Wagyu Short Rib - This definitely tastes better using the spices they give for your meal. It's more on the lean side so it was very easy to eat iWagyu Prime Short Rib - This has a little bit more fat and on the chewier side when ate plain. But with the dipping spices, it definitely brings out the saltiness the meat needs Wagyu Bibimbap - The staff will mix this in front of you and make sure all the ingredients are thoroughly mixed so you can get a little bit of seaweed, wagyu, sauce, and rice in every bite.
