Son placed an online order before heading out to work......(first day on the job. Is it supposed to be his lunch). Shows up to pick up the order & to his surprise store was closed, and there was a young lady sitting outside, who said she was also waiting for the door to be opened (she was an employee) She told my son that unfortunately, the person who opened the store hadn't shown up. Meanwhile my son was charged for his order that he couldn't pick up and now has no time to go purchase lunch elsewhere. When I first walked in, there was a kid walking around playing games on a computer, which made the place feel unprofessional and distracting while trying to eat. The restroom was also not very clean, and the staff only provided very small napkins. On top of that, the ice machine was making a loud, constant noise that took away from the overall dining experience. My family and I love waba grill, we literally eat waba every weekend if not during the week. We live around the corner and have been coming to this waba for ages. I asked about the kids eat free bowl as my little sister doesn't eat a lot and was told no we don't have it the promotion ended already by the cashier, mind you there was an advertisement on their screens promoting the kids eat free bowl which we have gotten for my little sister before already. I said oh but it's on the screen right there look, she says no it ended last week they just haven't updated the screen promotions... then why's it have the date of 5/31 - 9/7.... I immediately need to recognize Jose, Blanca and Cat. It is a drizzly cold evening and I came to get Waba grill while I was there. I witnessed a homeless man come in. He was very embarrassed, but the gentleman named Jose let him use the bathroom and was so kind. I wouldn't normally put this, but I recognize he gave him money and People never notice homeless or overlook this, but just a simple gesture as I was tearing up really made me and the other people in the restaurant recognize what great staff you have!! Horrible, if I can give it zero stars I would. I ordered two bowls, one spicy Waba, and one regular waba Along with an order of potstickers. The only sauce that was provided was one of sweet chili and it was dumped in bag. They literally placed the dumplings upside down. When I called to let them know, the lady I spoke with, was very rude and basically saying what I was saying wasn't true, so I figured I'd post a picture and let everyone know to avoid going to this location and maybe they should be more professional when dealing with customers over the phone. read more

I have always loved WaBa Grill over Flame Broiler. This was my first time ordering from this location & also using Uber eats to make an order. I ordered a Steak Plate with a replacement of the fruit for two gyoza/potstickers. I had also specified for green onion. Along with a side of Edamame Kimchi, Side Salad, Rice Krispy Marshmallow. -The Steak plate was perfect ! - Just was missing the green onions. - The Edamame Kimchi was completely something else. The Edamame tasted like the dressing from the salad and was not spicy nor did it have a "kimchi" taste. It was also COMPLETELY FORZEN ! -The side salad that I ordered separately had no dressing for it. I believe if I were to ever go back to this location, I would rather go in and place my order than ordering thru Uber eats. read more

This is literally the only WaBa I have ever been to who charges for sauce. I bought two family meals and they charged me for sauces. I explained to Brianna I just spent $70 on family meals and she said it doesn't matter sauce is extra. Had I not paid already for the family meals I would've left and left them stuck with the food. Incompetent and unaware workers is all I have to say. I ordered two chicken bowls over the phone in hopes of getting there and simply just picking up and leaving ... but no. I waited 30 minutes sitting down while 3 people after me had ordered and I just watched them get their food before me. I got impatient asked the workers if my food was ready and had the audacity to ask what I had ordered (same person who took my order and had no one inside the facility when I got there). I simply asked to get my money back and left extremely unhappy. Please stop hiring these children who just stare cluelessly when asked simple questions. Came in on Saturday afternoon and ordered two plates and three mini bowls for my kids and we all sat down to eat in the restaurant. They have signs everywhere for kids eat free with the purchase of a meal. When I asked why I didn't receive the promotion they said they don't advertise it and she refused to refund me for two of the three mini bowls for my kids. As we are sitting there and eating, I hear her offer it to someone that doesn't even have kids. Rude service from I think her name was Bernadette, on the reciepet it says izet d. I've always looked forward to eating their salmon bowl because I knew what to expect! I even pay for extra salmon! This visit was my last visit to WABA. Their new salmon is WHITE, NOT FLAKY, SMALL, WEIRD SHAPED, DRY, and CHEWY!!! I don't think so! I paid $20.00 for a salmon rice/veggy bowl with extra salmon. What was served looked like chicken, in triangle shapes with grill marks on them, not pink in color, and tasted gamey (not like salmon). The staff tried to adjust my order! But the bottom line was it wasn't salmon! I ended up having them switch it to shrimp instead! Sorry folks! They have been crossed off my list! read more
