Showed up quick after calling in a personal pizza. Very friendly staff offered me a free soft drink while I waited. These people do life right. I bought an 805 and sat at one of the several round tables. I have fond memories of the Round Table in Visalia. I consider it the pinnacle of pizza. Fresh delicious pie crust, smokey Canadian bacon, sweet and tangy pineapple, generous cheese. I was a bit shocked when I looked up at the pie platters that indicated the sizes of the pizzas. The personal pizza was tiny, maybe 5 inches in diameter and sliced into four quarters. "I should have ordered a small.", I thought. "Shrinkflation has arrived in pizzaville." The interior was decorated much as old pizza places are, dark colors and warm comfortable furniture. Very clean, including the restroom. The pizza arrived in its little box and I gathered some napkins and finished my beer. Out in the van, ready to start my four hour drive home, I opened the box and was surprised to see a more generous pie! Like the personal pizzas I remembered. Or maybe the friendly staff made a small by mistake. But it was a pleasant and welcome discovery. But even better was the quality of the ingredients! I like Round Tables crust and sauce and most the time have very little to complain about. I can only assume they are out of toppings so skimped on my order or a new person made mine? Very dissatisfied though. Both pizzas had very little toppings than advertised and the bread sticks were sloppily tossed in box. If your eating inside note that the place is very out of date and desperately in need of updates like the carpet. Its super gross and dirty so suggest not eating in restaurant. read more

Overpriced flavorless pizza. We ordered on large and one small. The small build your own had double cheese, double artichokes, double spinach. There were 5 pieces of artichoke on it..the sauce tasted like tomato paste. The crust was mediocre. Fir two pizzas we paid $75.00. Ridiculous prices for sub par pizza. read more

I was dining at Round Table in Yreka and was really disappointed by what I witnessed. I first want to add that I love this restaurant extremely so this experience was very sad to see I would recommend going here to anyone and this is not the experience me nor my friend usually have. An employee was loudly yelling at another employee about taking a break, even though the second employee had just taken his very first break of the entire shift and was simply sitting quietly at a table. My friend and I were sitting right next to them, and the whole scene made the atmosphere really tense and uncomfortable. After that, the employee who was yelling started giving attitude to other employees and disrupting the work environment. It felt unprofessional and disrespectful, and it definitely affected our dining experience. I hope management steps in to handle this kind of behavior and creates a more respectful environment for both staff and customers. On the other hand all of the staff are amazing and the food is always great it's sad to see a work environment ruined by a single worker! read more

EXPENSIVE AS HELL!! Do the locals there think their town is Beverly Hills? I ordered pickup for single large + wings & the total was close to $70! The pizza was lukewarm, lacking sauce, tasteless and was dry. I don't doubt for a second those wings came from the Grocery Outlet store half a mile from where they are. $70 will definitely get you lot more & higher quality at other places. DO NOT make the same mistake as I did, skip this one. I woudn't be surprised if "Round Table to close all locations" appeares in the headlines soon, they're overcharging, taking an hour to make, messing with ingredients & receiving more customer service complaints. read more

I'm lived in California for many years before moving to the Midwest. One thing I miss and make sure I have when I return is good, quality pizza. This is the place! For those from the West Coast you don't need my Yelp review to tell you how good it is. For those passing through craving pizza give this chain a try! What makes it good is the quality. Fresh ingredients are used. And there is the quantity. This chain does not skimp on the toppings like other big chains do. There will be plenty of toppings. And it's these toppings that will fill you up and not the crust. The crust is a little bit more than a cracker but not much. My person favorite is the Italian Garlic Supreme but I've been told days later I still smell of garlic (is that a bad thing???). They also have a traditional combination which is my second choice. Lately I've been trying to cut back on the pizza (I would eat the whole thing in one sitting) so I've been getting the personal and adding the wings. Watch for wing specials on the app. The wings were big and meaty. I prefer them with the Polynesian sauce. While this review may seem like a chain review and not this individual location, I will say that I drove 25 minutes from Weed California to pick this up and it did not disappoint! read more

Stopped on my way home to Southern Oregon and picked up a craveable King Arthur Supreme. Oddly enough there was almost zero sauce on the pizza. It was crust and toppings with a little red color under the cheese. I called and explained to the person that answered the phone. She offered me 15% off the next order as I could not give the pizza back. She then hung up on me when I expressed my displeasure. Needless to say a free replacement would not even suffice at this point. I'll be picking my pizza up from Redding in the future. read more

I had such an amazing experience ordering delivery from this Round Table Pizza. I had just gotten into town and stayed at a hotel after being very tired from driving many hours. The only place that I could really think of that would deliver is Round Table Pizza. I called and the person that picked up the phone was very nice and very helpful. She made relevant suggestions to what I had ordered and I was very grateful. The delivery took about 30 minutes or so which really was very quick. I noticed that they also included plates as well as condiments for the pizza. I really appreciated the extra effort of including plates, since we were in a hotel. Also of course, the food was super good. If I am in town again and need some food, I will definitely order from this place again. read more

As a chef, I don't go out to eat often because I often find myself wishing I had just cooked at home and saved my money. I don't eat fast food, and when it comes to pizza I prefer a thin crust pie out of a wood fired Italian pizza oven. However, that is not why I visit this Round Table. For years it has been a spot for me to pop in when I have a little time to myself in the afternoon. I always get the same thing- three garlic cheese twists and a tall local IPA. It's not the food...or the beer that keeps me coming back over the years. It's the people. I don't know how they do it, and where they find them, but year after year this Round Table is always staffed with the most wonderful people. They are always attentive to the counter, even if it is not their station. Today, while I was deciding if I was going to actually get something different, three different people stopped to make sure I was being taken care of...and they seemed genuinely concerned. I can tell that their hospitality is not fake, because they treat each other with the same kindness and respect. This is a culture that is obviously cultivated by leaders such as Lupe. There is true care and respect that flows through the staff that I am blown away by. No matter how hard my day has been, or how lonely I am feeling, when I walk in and am greeted with Lupe's smile and commitment to ensure I have an amazing experience, I walk out feeling a lot better about life. This is decent pizza, but the prices for custom pizzas are outrageous, especially for delivery. I've started an online order a number of times over the years, and once I see that it will be like $60 for two large pies with a few toppings, I close the page. Now, pre-COVID, they had flat-rate buffets that were enjoyable and affordable, with a few popular combination pizzas on tap. Don't think they're doing that again yet, and might never. To be honest, I've started learning how to make my own pan pizzas, and am giving up on RT. Last comment: the owners have a number of fast-food franchises in town, and have a poor reputation for cleanliness and employee quality. read more

This place earned a solid 4 stars. Hands down one of the best fast food places I've eaten at. Spotless clean, very well stocked buffet with wings, pizza and cheese sticks. Salad bar was loaded and the entire place was well handled by the staff. They were pretty busy but you couldn't tell from the way things were flowing. My wife, kids and I had a great time there on our mini vacation to Yreka. If the district manager or corporate is reading this, this place is a great reflection on the company! My family and I just Love GOOD Pizza! I have had Pizza in NYC & Northern & Southern, Ca. We order from here ALL the time since we moved here and found it. I have always LOVED Round Table, except for the one in San Francisco, Ca, the one on Van Ness Ave. Since the first time we called them, the were friendly on the phone and so were the delivery persons that have come here. I gave it 4 stars because, unfortunately, when they deliver, you need to have cash as a tip. The drivers had said that if we put a tip on the credit card, then they will not see it. So make sure you have cash on you. Also, it is pricy. About $28 before taxes for specialty pizzas.So we can't eat there too often. We have had the "Montague's All Meat Marvel"(most of 'the time) & we tried their "King Arthur's Supreme" pizza without red onions (once). They were both delicious! I love the taste of the sauce, the 3 blend blend cheese was so yummy & all the meats are very good! I would definitely recommend Round Table Pizza in Yreka, Ca. We've tried the cheaper pizza delivery from Pizza Factory but the pizza wasn't as good at all! We haven't tried their Buffet yet, but it's only like $8 and it's all you can eat. Four hours for a delivery! I'm passing through on business and decided to have a pizza delivered to my hotel. I called Round Table about 5:30, placed my order, and was told it would be an hour and ten minutes. Fine. At about 7:15 I called to check on the ETA of my delivery. I was told my pizza had "just gone out" and would arrive in "about 10 minutes." No such luck. A half an hour later, now 7:47, I called and I was told there had been a "mix-up" and they were making my pizza "as we speak" and they would get it to me right away. Yeah. Not so much. I told them that if it didn't arrive soon I would call back and cancel the order. About 5 minutes later I get a call from Round Table and was told there was another issue and did I want to cancel the order? They then immediately offered to make and deliver the pizza (the one I had now been waiting 2 1/2 hours ro get) for free. OK. Fine. Whatever. They promised they would make it and send it out right away with driver. Hmmm, this sounds familiar. Short after 9:00 PM I called again and asked the young man who answered if I could speak to whoever was in charge. No problem, he said, putting the phone down. I waited for almost 5 minutes but no one picked up so I hung up and called again. This time I spoke to the person in charge and while she apologized, she went on a rant that she was short drivers and "I can't just get in my car and drive it myself!" Why not I thought? Yreka is really small. It's 4 minutes/ 1.6 miles to Round Table from my hotel. I could have driven back-and-forth something like 30 times in the time it took to get this pizza. Finally, a little after 9:30, my (free) pizza was delivered. Things happen, I get it. But Round Table was completely disingenuous from the start, screwed up at least 2 times on my order, never contacted me to tell me there was an issue and made me wait over 4 hours for a pizza. The fact that it was free doesn't lessen their horrendous service. Never again. read more

Great service! I ordered pizza and salad for delivery. I was told it would be about 30 - 40 min before I would receive my food. Surprisingly it was delivered in about 15 min. I love this Round Table. I have been coming here since I was a kid and it brings back good memories of fun times. Kids love The arcade games. The pizza is consistant and staff is always friendly. The resturant is a good place to gather with family or have a birthday party in the large side room, as the don't charge to reserve the space. Sad that the reviews are not that good here. None reflect the many experiance I have had here. Give it a shot...
