There are many types of candies on display and for sale, and the prices were a tad pricey yet affordable. What caught my attention more than anything was how organized each item was displayed throughout the entire shop. Be it in a display case, hanging on the wall, or simply resting on a shelf, everything was perfectly arranged for customers. We visited in December, so it wasn't peak season and not everything was open, but we still had a great time. More importantly, we laughed and had a great time. When we arrived early in the morning, the temperature was 35 degrees and overcast. If you plan to visit here anytime soon, BRING a jacket as you WILL feel the chill the second you open your car door. It was pretty chilly, but it felt GREAT as the air was crisp and fresh. I read the many negative Yelp reviews regarding an additional fee to visit the upper area. Thank goodness they were not charging during our visit, as we would have done exactly what many other visitors did before us and left. The small shops were lovely to visit, as all the items sold are handmade and, surprisingly, very affordable. One shop was offering 50% off EVERYTHING, so my family and friends definitely took advantage of the savings. This is a fun place to visit and to get away from it all for a few hours, as long as they do not charge visitors any additional fees, including parking, which, during our visit, was free. Thank goodness for anything free nowadays.

There was some produce that looked and smelled like it was starting to be past ripe. Staff was nice, shop was clean, and there is plenty of parking. This is a great local option.
