Made a stop here to get some $5 ice cream and checked in to redeem a free entry to see some cute animals at their little zoo. We got Saffron Rose and Butter Pecan Ice Cream that was creamy, delicious, and satisfying. After given a quick guidance from the store owner on what animals we would be expected to see, we were able to explore and venture on our own to see the animals. It was quite fun and we enjoyed seeing and interacting with them!

Love it here! Just experienced the best hospitality from Helen and Jonah. They were extremely kind, generous and informative. I follow a sugar free, organic diet so I was so pleased to find an organic honey vanilla bean ice cream here. They also had a variety of organic ice creams, pastries and desserts. Can't wait to come back very soon.

A wonderful family farm with lovely owners. Very fun to explore with little kids! Delicious ice cream and a cookie stuffed croissant to die for. We'll definitely be back!

Friendly staff!! Very informative when I called in. Something cute to do with kids when in town and they have homemade ice cream!!!! And... they have all organic deodorant, bath bombs, lotion and my personal favorite the almond cleanser! I use this on my face and I have brand new skin after.

A beautiful place take your family! Ice cream and cookies tasted amazing. We tried the cotton candy, rocky road, butter pecan ice cream, and s'mores giant cookie.

I had the best experience at Farm Americana my friend took me to try these amazing cookies and fresh juices they make here! They were so good I would definitely recommend coming here to take your family and friends! There were so many skin care products that you have to try, I got the lavender and matcha face cleanser as well :)

Took my 2 year old to see their animals! Helen showed us around and gave us some yummy organic treats!

My husband and I went with our 1 year old and we loved it. Helen was very friendly and we loved her customer service. We bought some sweet treats and some Honey choc ice cream, which was delicious she informed us that everything is make there and is made with organic ingredients!! We will be back very soon!

Our first visit here and it exceeded our expectations. We ended up spending the entire day here, family owned and they do an incredible job at hosting and are very welcoming to their entire land filled with animals, fruit picking and organic ice cream.

The scrub that is the grandmother from Greece recipe. Left my skin super soft. Highly recommend. Zero chemicals!

This is such a great family owned farm with delicious organic ice cream! We had the vanilla, chocolate, cookies and cream, and butter pecan and all 4 flavors were amazing. The family was super friendly and told us a little back story to her grandmothers recipes for her body care she sells there in the little shop. In the shop they had the ice cream, pastries and body care. Ice cream is $5, the scrub is $16, and entrance to the farm is $5. They also walked around with us on the farm and told us about each animal. This is truly such a great family trying to bring some fun and joy to their children's and all children's lives. All 3 of their children were sweet, well mannered, and willing to talk and hang out with you if you wanted so they can answer your questions. The wife and husband were just as friendly. We will be back! Wear your rain boots so you can just rinse them after visiting since it is a farm.

Honestly our family was not sure what to expect when we came here, but we were pleasantly surprised. Farm Americana was so welcoming from the minute we stepped in, Helen greeted us and was so inviting, you can tell how passionate she is about her farm and it's residents (the animals). The whole experience was great and the farm itself is so beautiful and a great vibe overall. The animals seem very well loved and taken care of, personally the alpacas were my favorite part. The cherry on top of it all, is the delicious organic cookies and cream ice cream we had.

Pffft... they may not make the ice cream in-house, but it's Straus Family Creamery ice cream…read more(Holler!). And in Nowhere, Oak Glen nonetheless. HOT ASS DAY pressing apple cider in the mountains. We needed some food quick! And something cold to cool us down. An Angus McCurdy's just opened up over at Parrish Ranch, so we figured it was time to roll out and get grub. I ordered a BLT, but looked across the way and saw ice cream. Oak Glen Creamery? Oak Glen has ice cream? Screw this BLT. Good luck with life, BLT. I'm out. Made a dash for the ice cream. Ahhhhh. That pure, fresh, wholesome ice cream taste known to Straus. No stabilizers, no gums/additives/fillers, no artificial flavors/dyes/bullshit. No GMO, growth hormone, antibiotic cow milk made ice cream. Just natural tasting perfect ice cream for a less than perfect world. And though they don't make the ice cream in-house (Straus does the work), they have a gang of toppings to send your ice cream over the edge. What a pleasant surprise in Oak Glen. You've finally prepared the way for Oprah. Oprah...holla at me.

The Oak Glen Creamery is the best example of a "hole in the wall" place I've ever seen. This…read morelittle gem is tucked in the back corner of the newly opened Angus McCurdy's Restaurant and Bakery in Oak Glen's Parrish Ranch, and it's one of those places you'll probably never find unless someone tells you where it is. We stumbled on it totally by accident, and I'm so very glad we did! The Oak Glen Creamery specializes in ice cream and shakes. Well, maybe "specializes" isn't quite the right term - ice cream and shakes is literally ALL that they do. But hey, when your product is as exceptional as theirs, why do anything else? We tried samples of their Brown Sugar Banana and Carmel Toffee Crunch ice cream offerings, and both were truly luscious. However, we knew we had to go for one of their signature "pie shakes." For the uneducated, an Oak Glen Creamery "pie shake" is a truly amazing concoction. It comes in two flavors: apple and pumpkin. We chose the pumpkin and watched as the magic unfolded in front of us... First into the mixer went several scoops of vanilla ice cream, followed by some half and half. Then came several large chunks of pumpkin pie. (Yes, actual pumpkin pie including the crust!) This was mixed at low speed, blending the flavors perfectly but leaving large pieces of the crust intact The mixture was then poured into a cup and topped with whipped cream and pumpkin pie spice. YUM! If you're planning a trip up to Oak Glen to do some apple picking, make sure to put the Oak Glen Creamery on your "must see" list!

I really wanted this visit to be better than it was, especially given the price point and the…read morereputation of this brand. Unfortunately, the experience fell short in several areas. Let's start with the biggest issue: cleanliness. The counter area felt cluttered and messy, with cups and items sitting out, and the overall space just didn't feel as clean or well-kept as it should be for a food establishment. When you're serving ice cream -- something people associate with freshness -- the environment matters a lot. This location missed that mark. The ice cream itself was... fine. Not bad, but not memorable either. It didn't feel special enough to justify the cost. Which brings me to the price -- we spent close to $50 on a few cups of ice cream, and that is honestly hard to swallow when the experience is this average. I don't mind paying more when the quality, cleanliness, and service reflect it, but that wasn't the case here. Service was okay but very transactional. No warmth, no extra care, no real effort to elevate the experience. Again, not terrible -- just disappointing. For the amount being charged, I expected more attentiveness and pride in both service and presentation. Overall, this visit felt rushed, overpriced, and poorly maintained. I've had much better experiences at other locations, which makes this one especially frustrating. With better upkeep, more attention to cleanliness, and improved service, this place could easily do better -- but as it stands, it doesn't live up to the cost or expectations. I hope this location takes feedback seriously, because right now, it's hard to justify returning.
