Well, I didn't want a used part (probably rusty) on my car. Bob's was the only shop that said they could repair the damage without requiring a used donor part. The results exceeded my high expectations - the repair is perfect in every way (see the before and after photos). This week, Bob replaced/repainted a rear bumper cap on my Infiniti. His estimate was right in line with other shops (actually a little less), and once again, the repair is perfect. But they went above and beyond when I went back to complain that one of the blind spot sensors in my rear view mirrors wasn't working any longer. Not only did they have their mechanic next door provide a full electronic scan of my car, they also took the time to remove the original bumper they repaired to be sure nothing came loose.
