I used to get my vehicles serviced at this location quite regularly. I recently stopped by to inquire about some auto work. The first thing I noticed was the prices for basic auto services that used to be posted on a wall were no longer there. Now, one could argue that the prices were removed due to fluctuating costs, but my presumption is it's like that to merely enable the offering of seemingly random (see: higher) service charges. Apparently a six-quart synthetic oil change for an older domestic vehicle will run "$100" (unknown if tax is included) for "15 minutes" of work. Not only that, but it took about an hour to even come to that price as Oscar was busy ordering car parts and allowing his female coworker to literally stick a mobile phone in his face so that he could discuss personal real estate. I guess the customer comes last in this equation. I agree with another guy on here (or from another related review): all these Masi Dr. service shops appear to be straight trash now. read more

Had our car here for 4-5 months and then got a call one day saying it was "fixed" picked it up and paid $1,200 and then next morning car wouldn't turn on anymore. They didn't even try to offer us a refund so straight robbed us !! They made us bring the car back and was in the mechanic for another 4 months and they did not call or try to update us at all. On our way to a camping trip in Needles, our alternator gave out on us. We quickly looked for the nearest auto shop and after calling around at about 5 places, quality auto quoted us a fair price and their friendly can-do attitude won us over. Bear in mind it was Friday evening at 4 pm when we took the car in and the team quickly jumped on the task of replacing the alternator in a timely manner to get us on our way when everyone else told us we would have to leave it in the shop overnight. They got us back on the road in less than 1.5 hours and my v8 4Runner definitely called for at least 2.5 to 3 hours to complete. My son took his car to be diagnosed on a fans not running they took 3 days to get back to me and when i went to pick it up and got home i saw a big scratch on my bumper called the owner and told him of the damage and he deny any liability and charge me 300 just to tell there is an issue with a wire going to the fans witch i already had told him when i drop it off . And took them 3 days to tell me the same thing and damage my car if there was no star option i would give zero star . read more

Brought my truck in to see what the issue is with it starting. I tested the alternator and battery (via triple a) before towing it to the shop. The shop called me the next day to tell me that the battery just needs replacing- $370. I went to pick up the car the next morning just for them to tell me I need to replace my alternator now. This increased the total repair cost to $800, after explaining that the cost is too much they miraculously bought the total price down to $600. I'm not sure what happened to the other $200 they were trying to charge me. I was recommended here but I will not be returning and I hope people read this and be warned before going here. read more

I shop around for while for best price to replace brakes on my ford transit connect, when everyone quoted me 500-600 , this place quoted me 400$ out the door, I added oil change and fix a noise that came under the van for 530$ all together, they were able to complete the work in a few hours, will definitely come back for any issue. read more

Before I brought my car in I was getting the run around from some many other places. I was frustrated and at my wits end by the time I called Carlos and boy am I glad I did. Carlos was exceptionally helpful. He told me over the phone everything I needed to know before I even brought my car down to the shop. When I arrived he was helping another customer and again, providing EXCELLENT customer service! I noticed they were open after I parked the truck so I ran over and talked Mike who was working. He didn't hesitate to give me some oil to fire the truck up and bring it over so they could inspect it. My car was making terrible noises while I drove so I took her here and they were able to quickly diagnose the sound- a piece of my car had fallen off and was hanging on for dear life and dragging while I drove so they were able to rip it off. Incompetent ass shop. Brought my car in after installing new springs onto my car and unsuccessfully pinpointing a clicking noise myself that had developed afterwards. 30 min before close, I call to get an update on it and am told the mechanics couldn't hear anything, even tho it was clear as day and said the suspension looks fine. They ask to leave it overnight so they can check tomorrow. I receive a call the next morning saying that the problem is coming from the brake pad hardware, even after explaining for the 3rd time that i didnt touch the brakes and that the noise is brand new after installing new suspension. So I ask him if he is 100% positive it's coming from the brakes and he says yes. I tell them fine, go ahead and change them. I then receive another call a few hours later asking where I left the wheel lock at, meaning after all this time they haven't even removed the wheels to really get up into the wheel well and check the front shocks. Later I get a call that the car is ready so i go in and after driving 10ft the noise is still present. I come back inside and explain to them that the noise is still there and have to literally hold these fools hands while test driving it myself to show them it, and then all of a sudden they can hear it now although it's been there the whole time loud as day. They try to chalk it up at first as something hybrid related or the springs just settling in even though i have installed new suspension on many cars and the sound is not normal. Again i had to leave it overnight for them to check it. I return the next day around 10:30am (2 and a half hours after open) to grab something I needed out of the car and as I pull up its sitting in the exact same spot I left it the day prior even after they told me they'd work on my car as soon as they open. Guy tells me they brought it in and back out to put another car in. Makes no sense. Another entire day goes by and still nothing. Took them 4 days and still, the problem wasn't fixed. And on top of that they left a deep scratch on my door panel that wasn't there before I went. I then finally take it to my trusted shop thats just a far ways out from me, and they call back within 2 hours with the problem fixed saying they heard it first drive and knew immediately what it was. Driver side axle just needing to be regreased. Such an amateur ass shop I knew I shouldn't have gone there from the beginning. Now I'm out over 250 on a brake job I didn't even need. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone since it was so difficult for them to even find a small drivetrain noise and they call themselves professionals. Bunch of fucking clowns. Couldn't even imagine how incompetent they would be trying to diagnose anything engine related. I'd trust a monkey over these fools with any of my belongings. Never giving them my business again. Honestly none of the repair shops on Masi Dr. are solid, all overpriced and don't know what the fuck they are doing but especially Quality Auto. read more

Over the top customer service! Needed all new break pads and some rotars and a caliper. They offered to take me wherever I needed to go while I waited for my car to be finished. Was overed cold water upon arrival. Everything was explained to me so I understood exactly what they were doing to my car. They charged me exactly what they quoted me. They even fixed my broken bumper for me at no cost. Took a little longer than they originally said, but I know they ended up waiting on some parts so I'm not even upset about it.
