So we arrived on opening day. The food earned a solid 5 stars, but it took awhile so we lost one. At this restaurant you order at the counter then sit down and they bring it to you. We ordered one of every taco on the menu. We told them we had a mango allergy in the group, and they prepared the big kahuna taco separately for us, which was nice. Like I said, the food took awhile. However when it arrived we dug in. There were 4 of us and we just cut tacos up and tried them, 14 tacos in all, and we all left full. My favorite taco was the bulgogi taco. It had a subtle bulgogi flavor which was absolutely divine. The bacon and avocado was okay, but nobody finished it. The spicy chicken taco was on point. I think the bacon avocado was the only miss, and it was a near miss: good, just not as good as the others. Drinks have refills, they are coke products. There are a few arcade games in the back, individual bathrooms (which were clean), a giant chalkboard on a wall for kids to write on (good idea), and plenty of seating. Speaking of seating, there are a few booths to the side. Most seating is simple table and chairs, but I saw one larger group push several together for a flawless group seating experience. This was a pretty good place. I think I will definitely come back when they're all settled in and have a great rhythm going. It's brand new so the lines are long and the gals at the register are still learning. The food was good. It's not "authentic" Mexican food but more like Mexican/American food. All the staff was very attentive. My corn tortillas could have been toasted slightly longer so they held together better and my shrimp could have been grilled a tad longer. Much props though because this was jumbo shrimp and a generous serving at that! I will definitely be back to try the fish tacos and nachos. Don't get any sauce I barely got any guacamole in this tiny tub for $1.50 the salsa tub wasn't even half way full the food don't look bad except we only got 4 pieces of asparagus. We absolutely love this place. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone. The tacos are amazing, the nachos are so good. I get them every time I go. They are large, and always so good. We've only tried the wings once, but they're good also. We would just rather eat tacos and nachos! It's a fun atmosphere and they have a few arcade games that my kids like to play. Finally! A taco place in the area. We were so stoked to go here. If I could rate this place off of the Tacos alone it would be a 4.5. Other members of my family wanted to give them 2 stars. Mind you, we went here on day 2 of opening so I'm not trying to be harsh but just wanted to be honest and hope there is room for improvement. Appearance wise, they could update the place and take the carpet out. The clean up crew was also the person bringing food out so the cleaning part was getting neglected and not done in a timely matter. There was food droppings by the trash and the bathroom was not too clean either. The prices could be better since they do not come with drinks. The kids meal only comes with one taco and it cost almost $6. The burritos do not come with sides and chips are something extra you have to order. They were out of half the menu by the time dinner came around. The staff at the register were not too friendly. When I went up to try to order another taco for my daughter who ordered the kids meal, they girl at the register just looked at me and said rudely that she was closed, as I proceeded to the next person and she was lost and told me she that I could not order because they were running out of stuff. A simple sign could have been sufficient but they were standing there looking like they could take orders. $55 to feed a family of 5 and I had to take my kid to Taco Bell to get her two more tacos to satisfy her. Overall, the Baja shrimp, ribeye bulgogi and pork taco was good. The chicken taco was bland and the chicken burrito was filling. We are willing to give this place another shot in another month or so. I absolutely love bulgogi and I never thought to put it on a taco but WOW it's delicious! Their mixed drink menu is extensive and the ones I have tried are awesome. So I've been here 4 times now and I understand why most rate them very highly! By far the best tacos I've had here yet are the Wham Bam Shrimp Tacos. I've also had the premium tacos with one of each chicken, pork and brisket, also very yummy. The Nashville Hot Chicken tacos were kindof boring though tbh. Also I could not tell the difference between sauces. The hottest wing on the menu had no flavor and a tiny bit of spice. Besides the rubbery skin the worst offender was the sauce. Did you run out or did you think slightly dunking the wings in the sauce was how you do chicken wings?
