BUYER BEWARE! My wife was lured into trying one month at a discounted price. However, almost immediately, my wife figured she would not be able to continue with this program because of her job schedule. So, she called to let Row House know that she would discontinue as soon as the trial month was done. But instead, she got a message saying that the person in charge of cancellations was no longer with Row House and that they would contact her later. No one contacted my wife, so yet called again. The person who answered the phone told my wife they would not refund her because she needed to cancel 30 days in advance. The question is, how can someone take advantage of a 30-day TRAIL period and still have to give a 30-day cancellation notice? Not only this, but they gave my wife a hard time canceling the program, saying they would only put it on hold for four months before starting to charge us again. Another stop on my Class Pass journey - Row House! I love having this as a cross training option on days where I do not spin cycle or run (or even when I DO!!). Honestly it has been a while since I've gotten excited about the rowing machine. Rowing as some of you know can be quite dull when doing it solo. But Row House has changed the entire game on all of that! It is basically a boutique studio designed to get your competitive rear in gear. I've been to the morning classes and have nothing but good things to say about them. They also have various types of row workouts - some of them include strength work with dumbbells etc. I went to the 6 AM intervals class (strength/cardio) with Angel and the house was packed. Arrive on time (ie early) because there are no front desk folks at the moment and plus you need to strap in and start with the class. The intervals class is nice because you are doing drills on the row machine (sprints, POWER etc) floor work and the stats for the entire class are on the screen. For all classes afterwards, they email your individual results then you have a database online where you can compare your results. I've taught in studios that do this, so I really enjoy getting to compare and contrast with MYSELF. You vs you always! Also as an instructor I really love the early energy and really GOOD music to keep us going and Angel had a fire playlist !! This one will be on my Class Pass list in heavy rotation. read more

Front staff has been awkward sometimes but the classes I've taken at this location have been good. Luis (I believe that's his name) is a true rower and his classes are a great workout. There is not match for Jill, though. She teaches at other Row Houses but is at this location at noon on Tuesdays or maybe Thursdays? Check out the schedule and look for her name! Her playlists are epic. You will sweat and have a great time doing it. read more

My friend went to this location today she was nervous when booking the class but since she arrived she says she felt welcomed and not judged through out the class the trainer Ian was welcoming and informative She loved it and signed up after the class for a membership also Shelby was patient providing all the information and answering so many questions my friend had which were a lot so thank you for helping She would truly recommend this class read more

I have been charged for subscription and never received a refund. Up on calling to the front desk they always keep telling their manager isn't there and will let him/her know. Been trying to hear back from the MANAGER from last 2 weeks. this is a horrible experience. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR ANYONE THAT WANTS A GOOD CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE. read more

This place feels like what a workout should be like. You get out what you put in sounds obvious, but if you just started or are a row pro, there is no judgement. The coaches are amazing, I am only 3 weeks in and cannot name one that wasn't encouraging. They are all different and bring something new to each class. I leave drenched in sweat, but my oldish bones don't hurt. I am a fan! read more

Why are there no reviews?! This place is UH-MAZING! The front desk ladies are always welcoming. Angel's energy is absolutely amazing and something to look forward to for those early morning workouts. I love the cadence of Logan's classes and the way he instructs/explains using the equipment. It's so much fun to workout here that I am going almost daily (weekends off). You put in as much as you want, and you leave feeling great. It truly does feel like a team effort rather than a competitive environment. People of all shapes, sizes, and fitness levels attend, which makes this newly-fitness-minded girl feel comfortable. read more
