The trainers themselves have become my family over the years (love you all!), and the people that I've met working out here have been so kind and made my first experience as a young person in a gym so much more comfortable. With a heavy heart, I'll be leaving this year to go off to college, but I can safely say that I'll find my way back to Infinity Fitness any time I can. My wife recently attempted to get out of her car in the parking lot and found it extremely slippery--unsafe to the point where she had to move her car to another area. Unfortunately, the conditions were just as bad throughout the lot. This is a basic safety issue that should not be overlooked. I reported the concern, expecting it would be taken seriously. Instead, her membership was canceled. While it was later reinstated, the initial response was surprising and, frankly, concerning. I then went to the facility to raise the issue directly with management. I approached the situation calmly, simply trying to point out that unsafe conditions in a parking lot could lead to someone getting hurt. The response I received was repeatedly being told to "get out," with no attempt to acknowledge or address the concern. At that point, it became clear that member safety and basic professionalism were not being handled the way they should be. I am no longer a member. I hope the business takes steps to address the parking lot conditions and improves how it responds to legitimate concerns in the future.

I found her flagrant disregard for my well-being and health truly appalling. She pushed me to my absolute limit physically, and I suffered a severe injury to my spine as a result of my training with her and am still in recovery and unable to resume work or physical activity 6 months later. I do not want anyone else to suffer the same fate as me. Please be careful and take caution before training there!

If you don't know what those things are, don't worry, they'll teach you how to use them. The classes are small enough that the instructors can correct your form and/or bark at you if you're not putting in enough effort! I've been working out here for approximately 5 years now and currently train with Ray (owner) to strengthen my legs due to past knee issues (2 surgeries) due to tennis. Thanks to him and TTF, I am still able to enjoy my favorite sport pain-free! For a great workout, I highly recommend you try a class like Tabata or Sweatbox.

Everyone is so kind and energetic, and coming in for workouts here is both fun and satisfying (as long as as you like getting your butt kicked during your workout).
