My fiancé and I have been doing personal/private training sessions with Gerardo for the past year+…read moreand it's the best decision we could have made. Can't recommend Gerardo and team enough. Not only is Gerardo a consummate professional and always prepared with varied workouts customized to us - he is also an amazing person who is there to listen and get to know you. He continuously invests in new state of the art equipment and keeps an impeccably clean space. We always look forward to our sessions with him and for anyone looking for a trainer for yourself or a family member please give Gerardo and team a chance.

I have been training, on and off, for over 25 years but never used a personal trainer. Well, I am well past my first 10 weeks with no end in sight. Gerardo has a unique talent for not only making workouts unique and interesting each time but he also knows how to inspire you to new heights of achievement. It's not just a workout but a new way of life --incorporating cardio, endurance, strength, power, and diet. I considered myself to be in "decent" shape but now, wow. I am back to hitting the treadmill at 10-year ago speed levels, playing basketball injury free, and even getting a good night's sleep. One more thing, my corporate schedule is brutal. Gerardo and I work out at 6am to fit my schedule. He always shows up with a big smile --ready to push me to the next level. I am enjoying the ride. It is absolutely worth every penny (but you better add in the cost of getting your clothes tailored too!).

For the record. I HATE working out. It's not that I mind breaking a sweat doing something I enjoy,…read morelike dancing at a wedding or eating a really spicy burrito. I have just never gotten a lot of satisfaction from exercise for the sake of exercise. But I don't hate working out at OTF. In fact, there are several things I really like about it. 1) I like wearing the heart rate monitor. And since I am so out of shape I practically hit my target heart rate just pressing the start button on the treadmill, having my stats visible helps me to maximize my workout. 2) I like that I get a thorough work out (weights and cardio) in one hour. I could never do that in a regular gym on my own. 3) I like that they have classes offered at many different times. There seems to be something for everyone's schedule. 4) I like that you have to sign up for your class ahead of time, but need to cancel at least 8 hours in advance. That way if my alarm goes off and I think, "Mmmaybe not this morning." Too bad, so sad, get your butt moving. 5) I like that after each class, they email you your stats for the day, along with the cumulated stats for the week, month and year. It is like getting a gold star in your inbox! 6) I like - okay, I love - that in one month of working out there, I can already see and feel a change in my body. So even though I really don't like working out, there are fleeting moments during my day when I think, "Yay! I have an OTF class tomorrow."

I can't say enough good things about Orangetheory Fitness. It has truly changed my life--not just…read morephysically, but mentally and emotionally as well. I've lost weight, my clothes fit better, and I've gained noticeable muscle. But the real magic? It's how I feel after every class. Energized. Empowered. Clear-headed. It's a gift I give myself every time I walk through those doors. I used to hate exercise. I never thought I'd be someone who looked forward to working out--but here I am, genuinely excited for every class. I've finally found my "thing," and that's saying a lot coming from someone who thought fitness just wasn't for them. A huge shoutout to Ralph, Frank, and Jasmine--they're my go-to coaches and each one brings something special to the table. Ralph's motivation, Frank's energy, and Jasmine's perfect balance of challenge and encouragement keep me coming back. And honestly, every coach at this studio is amazing. The entire team is supportive, knowledgeable, and truly invested in your success. If you're on the fence about trying Orangetheory, do it. It's more than a workout--it's a community, a mindset shift, and a path to becoming your best self.

I'm honestly not a big gym kind of girl--don't get me wrong, I enjoy working out, but I just hate…read moredoing the same repetitive treadmill, elliptical, stair-master workouts whenever I want to get some exercise. So thankfully, there are unique classes like trampoLEAN out there that keep my workouts exciting so I don't have to drag myself to the gym every time I want to work off the 3 desserts I likely had the night before (#facts). I signed up for the trampoLEAN rave class, thinking that it would just be a fun, little workout on the trampoline where I might sweat a little. HAH. Boy, was I wrong. This is a LEGIT workout, and I guarantee that you will be sweating. A lot. It's basically 50 minutes of non-stop cardio on your mini trampoline, complete with resistance bands (free ones and ones you pull from the ceiling), weights, glow sticks, and of course, rave-y music. Not only did I have a blast jumping every which way on my trampoline (after I got over my initial fear of falling and busting my ass ofc), but it was a great workout! I DEF felt like I burned off most, if not all of my 3 desserts from the night before (thank god so I'll be able to have another 3 desserts the next day), which is all I really want in a workout class. Will 100% be back for another trampoLEAN rave class in the future!
