His deceptive and misleading practices as a business owner was costly and time consuming. He never installed the parts I paid for and he pocketed nearly $2500 of my money. After keeping my C3 in his possession for nearly 3 months, I can't comment on his experiences because he has no work to show for. However, he did misdiagnosed my engine and transmission and I caught him in time before he charged me thousands more. I wished someone had warned me about his deceptive business practices but when Rich ask for a "deposit" just know you'll pay about 100% mark-up in parts alone. This is only one example of many that I've encountered with him. Don't let him start work on your car unless he gives you an estimated cost in writing. If he doesn't give you an estimate for parts and labor cost in writing, it's best to seek another professional who will be upfront and honest with you.

The passenger side door glass mis-adjustment became evident over the following days after cycling the window up and down. Scratches became worst every time the glass was raised and lowered. I returned to the shop a couple of weeks later and talked to the owner. He totally denied any fault and refused to make any type of adjustment. The owners attitude was very belligerent and confrontational. I have used his shop several times over the years. This fact did not have any bearing on the out come. I will not be using this shop again.

At that point, I agreed to allow the work to be completed. He was clear that he would have to order in parts from the dealership and it could take a day or longer. Surprisingly, I received a call from Greg on the next day explaining that he would have to make some adjustments to the original quote. Of course in my mind, I didn't believe that it would be good news. To my surprise, Greg tells me that the revised quote would be $500 less. Of course, I was very happy to hear the adjustment. My second thought was, how trustworthy Greg was as a mechanic. I honestly wonder what percent of shops would have done what Greg did? It would have been very easy for Greg to stay with the original bid since I had approved it, but he did not. The moral to the story is if you were looking for a reputable, knowledgeable and honest mechanic, I can tell you that my experience met those expectations. Greg is a very nice guy and he knows how to work on cars. I'll be using him in the the future for my automotive needs. Thanks Greg!

This was brought on by previous shop screwing it up. Do I brought the car here and explained what happened and they assured me they would find the problem and get it fixed. After car being there over a week I went up there to check on it. The mechanic told me he had not even looked at it yet. After being there a month they told me they could not fix it. So I picked the car up and got it back in much worse condition. The interior panels has been pulled and just left in the floor the new blower motor wires had been taken apart and left hanging. The mechanic and service manager were arguing and cussing in front of us. When we were trying to put things under the hood back in place to try to start the car the mechanic told us we had to leave the shop area now and they would push the car outside. They left the car at the edge of their parking lot entrance. Many interior panels left in the floor and several under the hood parts left in disarray. Car had to be towed home. I do not recommend anyone taking their car here for anything complicated. It's one thing to not be able to fix a car but after a month and getting the car back in much worse condition is bullshit.

Upon arrival I was greeted and we agreed that with $ 5000 my car will be fixed and didn't bargain regarding pricing at all. After two week the car was ready and before accepting the job I did check the car and I see the engine light of the car is on!!? The owner which has no clue and history of running a business as mechanic shop tells me that don't worry I know people who can pass your car through inspection!!!! I said noooo!! This is not the way it works. We make a deal I have paid you what you asked I this needs to be fixed. He said that my mechanic say the issue is not related to you radiator fan and etc .. that you brought your car for!! And the added extra charge for changing the O2 sensor , after two weeks I noticed there is an oil leak under my car in the parking lot garage, and took the car back, owner says it not related to your accident that oil filter leaks, which all were related because my radiator was punctured, well there it is another charge for oil filter washerin two week so have to bring the car back because the temperature gauge is above normal!! He too much rely on his mechanic since he purchased the business from previous owner with the mechanic and he wants to keep the mechanic for this reason against my workweek another charge for oil filter washer also my head lights which were replaced had too much blind spot and whatever they to fix I t failed and I did accept. After another two week that started to make a squeaky noise which I had to have the mechanic to listen when I was moving the car when was Turner off , and found out when were the front bumper and radiator the did not secure the battery harness when fixing the front of the car. Making the story short with all the problems with paining and more the going back to the shop after 12 times to the shop even on time which the owner told the mechanic to check my vehicle and he said he can't because he didn't like me since I was making the right comments!! The assistant manager (Ashton) is well aware of all pain and suffering that I have been through. I did thank them and refused to ask for any thing. The last word of the owner was that I knew that you were trouble from the beginning (I wish people who runs a business had a clue what they are getting in). So so today after two years I just wanted how respectful they are and I had a problem with my other car, called the owner and he said I don't have time this week (we are fully booked)and I since it's not and urgent matter it can want for next week and he never responded back.. I did test this business for two times and they failed. I do not recommend this business since they are looking for easy and lucrative jobs.

Other mechanics have told me I need the compressor and the AC condensor and those are not cheap charges. Jake said exactly what was wrong, and only fixed what needed to be fixed. My battery was bad so he went ahead and got me one. I am very satisfied with the customer service, the mechanic services, the punctuality and the friendliness of this business. I am now a dedicated customer.
