Never in my life have I dealt with such unpleasant, rude and unethical people. First they try and sell you products you don't need, then they treat you with total disrespect and deny any culpability for their actions. Triple A should be ashamed for endorsing them, I am considering cancelling my membership due to this. They damaged the car, they denied it and due to the fact that the car was just detailed, I have proof. Further, I don't know if it is the bosses wife or daughter that works there, but she should be fired. The management and the culture at that place are atrocious. read more

AAA sent this company out to me when my car would not start. I have an AAA battery with new replacement warranty. They came out and said the battery was fine and jumped my car. I had to call them a few weeks later for the same problem. Again, battery is fine. What I didn't know, and they should have, was there was a crack in the battery causing acid to leak all over electric components on the engine. There was a pool of acid that the battery was sitting in so it wasn't like he didn't see it. Now my car is in need of thousands of dollars in electrical repairs. All the driver had to do was call in to have a battery sent out. Instead I have a 35.000 car that doesn't work. The same driver came out both times. read more

I was driving on the highway and because of one of their very impatient driver's who couldn't stay in his own lane my fiancé and myself were forced to cut off other cars and almost caused a huge accident. The driver had no regard for what his actions could have caused and sped off. I am never going to use this company and will recommend everybody I know to use another company. Car broke down in Burbank and I had special AAA Plus coverage for a 100-mile tow back to where I live in Murrieta. Through AAA a battery specialist from Rowlett came, ran a test, and informed me the alternator had died. Told me the tow truck would take us back to Murrieta. Tow truck came and driver told me repeatedly that tow would cost $10/mile over the 100 miles included, and strongly urged me to head back toward Murrieta because car would start and drive a little before dying. Driver said he would follow in tow truck until I got within 100 mile then put car on tow truck. As soon as I got out of the driver's service area, he abandoned me on the highway with a car that could die at any moment, told me I was out of his service area now and would have to call AAA and get another tow truck. read more

The guy Edwards doesn't know what he's doing! When he first came he acted like he didn't wanna do the job and was hesitating to do the job and talking back! Took so long to get the job done and screwed up the car even more!!! He snapped my bolt joint and caused serious damage!! We asked him to place the car in the parking lot and he didn't want to and when he was gonna place it down it left in the middle of the parking lot!!!!! And and left us to do the job. My friend even had to teach him how to tow. We were in a emergency and needed help asap! But never calling this company again! Worst service ever! Half ass workers two stars only because he at least took the car to my home but other than that one star!!!!! read more

A business such as a towing company should go above and beyond for their clients. Emergency roadside services should be given the importance they merit. Today a all was assign to Rowlett towing and because the company closes at 10:00pm they decided they were not going to take the call because the call arrived exactly at 10:00pm. This is what I just don't understand, how does. Towing company decide to pass the job to another towing company delaying our schedule pickup n additional hour until 11:20pm. It is clear who comes first for Rowlett Towing company and that, guess who is not, the ir client. Enough said....! Thank you for going that extra mile for your valued customers, you just made me loose a contract I agreed to because I counted on you and AAA to keep your words. read more

I am very satisfied with Rowlett Towing. My car had a battery problem so I called AAA for assistance. AAA told me that Rowlett Towing would come within 20 minutes. They did comw within 20 minutes and they quickly replaced my battery. read more

I needed a jump, and Rowlett was able to send someone over in about 15 minutes. They jumped my car, brought a new battery and installed it, and it was all done quickly and easily. Omar was very nice, as well. They saved the day! I would totally recommend if anyone finds themselves in a bind. read more
