No "thanks for letting us know," no apology, no removal of the ad -- just a laughing emoji as if my time (and everyone else's) being wasted was funny. This level of arrogance and lack of basic customer service is ridiculous. If this is how Sun City RV treats potential customers who are simply trying to help them keep their listings accurate, I can only imagine how they treat people after a sale. Won't be shopping here. We were pretty specific with what we wanted/needed to meet our requirements. We lucked out when the perfect for us RV appeared at Integrity RV. We went out the same day it listed to look at it and after talking with the brothers, learning about the Winnebago and test driving it, we knew it was the one for us. There was no pressure about buying now and they answered all our questions. Fast forward a week to when we arranged to buy/sign paperwork and pickup the RV. We live on the other side of Phoenix so the drive was a haul. We get there ready to sign and leave with the RV only to sadly find out that the generator was having an issue that happened just after we did the walk through with the tech. Part of the beauty and "integrity" part of this business is that they guarantee everything will work on the RV. (This was a used 2005 model we were buying.) They could have not said anything and just let us leave, but instead they let us know what was going on and they ordered the part needed that day. Since we lived across town they even arranged to deliver the RV to us instead of making us come all the way back out. Needless to say this over and above service just reaffirmed that we made the right choice in going with Integrity RV for our first RV purchase. When you walk in the front door you enter a lobby, but you can keep on walking and head left to go meet your service adviser. On the way, you might bump into Maria. We look forward to Maria's smile and always welcoming words. For us, she is the face of NIRVC. When we see her, we feel at home. She will be there cleaning the office area or maybe cleaning a coach. It is not her job to deal with customers or even know our names but she does! So, after driving out to Surprise for service, Maria is whom we most look forward to seeing. On to the more serious stuff. The general manager, Tino, has his office downstairs with a window facing the service area. Tino does a great job running a great dealership. He is always open to hear your concerns. Once your coach is inside in a service bay, you might get a chance to meet your service technician. If we have a choice, we always request Kohl. When met Kohl back in 2020 when we purchased our first motorhome from NIRVC. Kohl is the best! He treats our coach like it is his own. Anyway, we just had some recalls taken care of and some regular service stuff done and again, 5 STARS! Kohl rocks!

They do the bare minimum, never go above and beyond, and almost always take the cheapest route possible just to get you out the door only for you to come right back with the same issue. Don't expect a proactive call. You'll be the one chasing them, and when you finally do get through **after weeks of silence**, somehow the repair is magically "done." But don't be fooled you're likely to be back again. If you're considering doing business with them, seriously **run the other way.**
