Our furnace has seen its last days, so we called ROX Heating & Air and was pleasantly surprised how quickly they were able to send out a Tech. The Tech was courteous, knowledgeable and efficient in determining what needed to be done. Never did I feel like I was being up sold on products but he truly listened to what I was needing/wanting. He was able to get me a couple quotes and there was no pressure to choose immediately so I had time to make the right decision for my family and budget. Almost as soon as we accepted a quote we received a call to schedule the work! They were flexible with our schedule which was a plus. On the day of the installation a new pair of techs came right on time, we're incredibly personable and explained everything to me. They were efficient in the install and were in and out in about an hour and 45 minutes. Due to the location and poor planning by previous owners of my home he had to get creative on the removal of the old furnace and install of the new, he was very cautious of damage to the home and made minimal modifications to make it easy to get it out/in. Other than having a warm house again you couldn't tell they ever were there as they cleaned up throughly! It's the little things that made this a 5 star experience! First experience with ROX, they came out on New Years Day to fix our furnace. It took a few days to get the part, but they were at least able to diagnose it on a holiday. Furnace quit after hours, called Rox and set up a service call first thing in the morning. Because of a schedule change Jason, the owner, came himself and diagnosed the problem. One of his techs, Chris, was close to the parts store so Jordan asked him to pick up the part, come by and install it. This was real quality service. I needed a new A/C unit installed and after many frustrating sales calls from other contractors Jason came out and provided a logical, well thought out solution to our needs that was also very fairly priced. His team installed the unit with no fuss. We had one minor issue with the doorbell transformer (they are installed on the furnace in Highlands Ranch!) and Jason's team fixed it weeks later, no problem. I had an appointment set up with ROX and left work early and they no show and no called. When I called the main office they said they would try and reach the tech and then never followed up. I then reached out to the owner and he was initially responsive but has since not responded to any of my emails. I had also set up an appointment for them to come to a rental property of mine to check on the AC unit and they never called or showed up for that either. They might do great work but they have a problem with keeping their appointment promises and communicating. I wasted a good amount of time with them. read more

That is tremendous when you're dealing with multiple no heat calls in a day. Jason, the owner, is a great guy and completely professionally business facing. I couldn't be happier. Our AC "went out" about a week ago and I called today to have Jason come take a look at it for us. He answered the call on a Sunday and was able to get to my house in about 3 hours. Super professional, offered to wear shoe covers in the house and was very respectful of all of our things. After looking everything over and determining the issue, he had the required part in his truck and was able to make the repair while he was here. Not only was it a pretty inexpensive trip, it was so fast and convenient I would have been happy to pay a lot more.
