Due to the cost of the replacement and recalibration I wanted to make an insurance claim. After getting my information, she set up a conference call between me, her and the Allstate Glass representative. Super easy. Ace Glass was able to come today (1 day later) to my office and install a new windshield. I am so happy they could fix my problem so quickly. I'll update this review should I have any issues.

It's 13:45 and they still haven't gotten to working on our car after putting two other customers ahead (one was a Mercedes SUV). Mind you, my wife has been sitting there with a newborn for an hour and a half and we had a reservation! Update: There was a miscommunication. They had only put the Mercedes ahead of us so they just finished up a little after 1400 hrs. Still took WAY too long.

I wish all the glass on the ground would get cleaned up because you wouldn't want tire issues. All in all not a bad place for the price.
