My wife and newborn baby took our 2014 Ford Flex Limited over for a quick windshield replacement. We had a reservation for 12:00 noon. She arrived ~10 min. late after having called to let them know she was running a little late. It's 13:45 and they still haven't gotten to working on our car after putting two other customers ahead (one was a Mercedes SUV). Mind you, my wife has been sitting there with a newborn for an hour and a half and we had a reservation! Update: There was a miscommunication. Took my suv here to get the front windows tinted after a recommendation from a friend who had previously gotten their tint done there also. $69 to tint the front windows wasn't bad. Customer service was okay. Quality of service could have been a little better. I had to take my car back a few mins later because there were bubbles forming. Luckily the owner fixed it without any issues. I would ask staff to cover your speakers because mine had whatever they used dripping on my speaker. I wish all the glass on the ground would get cleaned up because you wouldn't want tire issues. All in all not a bad place for the price. read more

DO NOT get your car windshield repaired here ! I repeat DO NOT ! Got the windshield replaced here and right away Pre-Collision light came up ... great guy just not good with newer cars. They told me to bring it to the dealership and they should take care of it. So I brought it to the dealership and they said it would be close to $500 to recalibrate and also they found a broken wire in there.... called and talked to the owner of this place and he disrespected me and claimed that they broke the wire at Toyota.... I understand he has pride in his work but that's just wrong.... pay the EXTRA money and get it done right!! read more

This business is very unprofessional. They made several installation errors on my windshield which caused water leaks issues and there is a windshield alignment issue which causes the vin# not to be visible. Do not patronize this B.O.B.! read more

absolutely sucks!!! do not trust with your winshield needs or safety!!! my daughter's floor of her car is soaked & smells like mildew due to their negligence in replacement of her windshield. they will not correct thier mistake & do the seem to care! didn't apologize said they are human & their warranty protects them from providing a refund yet keep giving her suggestions as to how to resolve the condensation after putting pudy in the gaps "twice within two days now" & did not vacuum all of the water up!! a decent company would correct the problem reinstalling the entire windshield to prevent more damage! they do not value their work or customer!!!! i had to give one star to leave the review! read more

I never leave reviews however my experience was so bad that I felt others needed to know what to expect. The owner is very rude and unprofessional. He lacks basic communication skills. I am very disappointed because I tried multiple times to give him the opportunity to make things right but he consistently showed tat he didn't care. The customer service here is awful. This was absolutely the worst experience of my life waited almost two and a half hours finally after getting windshield replaced there are pieces of plastic that were dislodged from where they were supposed to be I asked one of the employees if he thought that was acceptable and he told me that man you could probably fix that yourself I was irate I spoke with the owner who showed very little care after getting home and removing tape I noticed that one of the pieces of rubber was missing off the windshield after further inspection of the installation of the windshield I come to the conclusion that the windshield was not centered in the window frame on my van $159 and the days lost work do not bring your car to this repair place absolute atrocious customer service and very poor work quality read more

I've had two windshields replaced at Windshield Express, and got quality work and good service both times. My most recent visit (last week) was to replace the windshield on a 1992 Chevy that had rust issues along the frame and a deteriorated rubber seal. I needed a couple of upgrades for the new windshield to properly seal because of these age issues, but for both issues, the staff brought me into the work bay to show me what was going on and what the problems were, and were friendly and transparent. The overall cost of my windshield was much lower than what other places charge ($150 plus $10 for rust issue and $15 for new rubber seal) and the work is quality. The waiting area is a little run down, and the front desk person was nice but could have been better about explaining to me the check-in process, which is the main reason I took off a star. Overall I will recommend to anyone looking for windshield service. read more

I had service performed on my vehicle on 6/29/2018, at Windshield Express. I took the vehicle back on 7/10/2018, because I notice that my windshield wasn't repaired correctly. Upon arrival, the owner explained to me that because of the price he gave me, I should accept what was done. I expressed my displeasure cordially with the owner and he became very belligerent and elevated his voice using expletives. I immediately walked away and called the police. I contacted the owner again on 7/11/2018, requesting a refund in which he refused. He became upset and began to verbally assault me and we disconnected. They worked us in without an appointment and were half the cost for a windshield replacement when compared to all the other places we called. They did the work in an hour and a half and it has rained twice since we got the windshield with no leaks. We are very pleased with their service and highly recommend them. read more

Seems like the windshield business is tricky and they will try to get your money. One of the big insurance companies said that I shouldn't file a claim and should go pay for it myself because it was less than the deductible, so I did. I called around to the big shops and they quoted me right under my deductible. Not satisfied, I called a places in town with a couple decent reviews and Windshield Express gave me a great price and said they had it ready to go - so we took a chance. And they were great - they were fast and they stuck to their price which was less than half of what other places were charging. We were very happy and was very quick - it took about 30 minutes. The lowest price in town, for a reason - you pay for what you get. I am sorry I had brought my new vehicle here for window tinting. There were about 15 bubbles and a scratch to the film from the tool/applicator. Brought the vehicle back for it to be re-worked but the owner would not remove all the bubbles. Poor attitude. Would not recommend this place no matter how cheap it is. Google Windshield Express to read other reviews. Contacted the film manufacturer who confirmed it was poor workmanship; brought the vehicle to a different installer to have the rework done. Had the credit card payment reversed. read more
