Not only that, but the wall isn't perfectly level from top to bottom on the right. I called around looking for a company that can get me one side of a glass door. Most places (a) never return my phone call after they promised they would, or (b) gave me the run around by asking me to generate a diagram (!) before they would sell me one. Ken was the only one who was willing to work with me to get me what I needed. He asked me what my hinges look like so the glass door will be ready for install with the same hinges. Also asked me to measure the distance between the shower panel and the wall (wall wasn't plumb so it was different width). He then created me a diagram with the design to order me a replacement door with the information provided. There was no way I could've drew up a design like that those other places just wanted to get rid of me I guess. The custom shower door that came was even larger at top than at bottom just like my opening just how I measured it! Lastly, Ken was easy to get in contact with and extremely responsive. His turnaround time was 5 days which allowed me to proceed with my finishing my project. The door fit perfectly and impossible to tell that the opening isn't plumb. Trust me when I say I called everyone and some of the places wanted to charge many times more to procure a "custom" panel that Ken was able to procure for less. Recommend calling Glass 23 before you bother with other places. Most of those places do not want your business unless it's a full replacement and installation. I think Glass 23's full installation is also considerably less as well. Highly recommend Glass 23 and I would hire Ken if I ever need to replace a new custom shower doors.

There was a very small scratch I saw after the installers left but tbh I can't see it unless I open the blinds and the sun is reflecting into the bathroom. Does an excellent job keeping the steam in.

John had many options for sliding screen set ups, opening horizontally and vertically so that I could easily slide it open. I ended up choosing the horizontal style. John came to my house, on time, measured the window and as promised 2 weeks later came to install it--on time again. He even included a bar that I could use to prevent it from opening free of charge. The screen material itself is much tougher than the typical screen giving me peace of mind. I learned a lot about screens from him and his price was very reasonable. They were professional, took the time to make the job professional, plumb, and they left the job site immaculate. The door fits tightly (in a very good way) and feels like it will last a long time. They reused my existing hardware (per plan) and installed all of that cleanly and fully functional. They even installed a door stop for me per request. Everything was rock solid and professional caliber. To save a few bucks in labor, R&M recommended I do the painting myself, I gladly accepted the idea since that's the easy part and time consuming when doing multiple coats. The owner(s) who walked and quoted the job were great at explaining the process and communication was excellent from all whom I interacted with at R&M. Rob had to come out the following week to replace a door gasket with a slight nick in it. Instead of complaining about how trivial that was, they had zero questions and it was clear they expected the job to be as perfect as I did. All payments (e.g. down payment, final payment) were performed via their digital online payment portal for convenience. If your door project simply has to be good, I'd definitely give these guys a try.

About a dozen of our double-pane windows needed glass replacement because vacuum seal was brown. Bryan asked a lot of good questions on the phone to make sure he can take care of our problems. He then sent Victor for looking at the windows and rough measurements so he can send us a quote. We received the quote in 2 days. It was competitive. We also asked to replace 10 of the window sliders which had become heavy/difficult to slide. He updated the quote. The contract was all on-line, signed copy was received and deposit was paid. Another person came to take accurate measurements the next day. We were told it will be between 10 and 12 days to start installation and they stipulated 2 days of work. Miguel and a helper came right on time as promised. Second day Miguel and Victor came and completed all the window replacement. From the initial contact to finished work in just under 5 weeks, Bryan was very helpful and reachable. Him and his team were good on their estimates on time. Throughout their work in the house, they were very careful and cleaned up all the work area when they were done. In fact, two of the window sliders didn't need replacement, so they refunded the amount after we had paid the full amount of the contract. I have problem of bathroom windows that had air leaking and caused inner seal pop up. I've been shop around several companies for a window replacement and finally found this one, Roxy company. They sent Darwl come for the job, due to weather condition caused him couldn't finish part of job. However, he did very good work for the partial work. After many times contact with Jass and Brian, finally they assigned David Manuel and Darwl for complete the rest of the project These guys are great! I have a broken window in my bedroom. I searched on yelp and found some glass shop. I called some of them but unfortunately its too costy. Found roxy glass. I called them right away and they scheduled to send somebody to do estimate. The person they sent was polite, nice person. After they measure it, they gave me the price and I was surprised it's really affordable. Since it's a single glass they do the replacement right away. They cut the glass and installed it. After getting 4 quotes for a shower install I chose Roxy Glass. They were the least expensive bid and yet their work was first rate. Also, when other companies said my shower could not be frameless, they found a way to make it happen. They really know what they are doing. One panel they installed had a small defect and they had the integrity to make it right even though they were not legally bound to fix it. This company is honest and truthful. I really hate to write terrible reviews, but this review is important for anyone with time constraints and is seeking someone to cut glass tile. I have been messaging back and forth with this company for help cutting a glass tile for a backsplash project. The messaging was because their voice mailbox was always full, and it's impossible to find people who will cut glass tile. Nonetheless I carved out time in my work schedule to be home on a weekday since they informed me that they charge more hourly on the weekends. After finally scheduling a weekday appointment at 12pm to have them complete the glass tile project, 30 mins went by my appointment time and there was no call or text. I gave them a call at 12:30pm. After picking up, they informed me that they were currently completing a project and would give me a call back in 5 minutes. They never called me back. After a half hour I gave them a call back, and my call was immediately forwarded to a voice message box that was full. I called two more times and same thing happened. I understand that events may pop up, however the lack of responses and communication were unprofessional and the actions from this business make it very apparent that they do not respect their customer's time.
