We were charged for pants that were never returned, and when we asked about it, we were met with excuses and told management would call us back. That call never came. I called the hem yesterday Friday mid afternoon and asked them if they could accommodate me and get the dress and shirt pressed, the owner said YES we can help you, in less the 24 hours they got it done. I never had this type of service. The new owners are exceptional. Been coming here for a couple of weeks now after having a less than decent experience at another local dry cleaners. These folks are the best! For $14, I can get two sets of work uniforms cleaned and pressed, much cheaper than the local competition. Not only is the owner very friendly, but he also bends over backwards for you. I dropped by to pick up my uniforms early, when the store opened, even though they we're not supposed to be ready until this afternoon. My strategy was to come in while I was awake so that I didn't have to do so after I woke up and could thus get a bit more sleep (I work "swing shift" which equates to 1530-0200 hours). When I arrived, my uniforms were cleaned but not pressed. Instead of sending me on my way, the owner himself dropped what he was doing and had my uniforms pressed them in five minutes. They looked fantastic as always, just like the day I first got them! As a bonus, it's literally just across the street from where I live. I have been going here for nearly a year now and yesterday the employees blew me away. My husband is in medical school and I dropped off all his dress clothes on Tuesday. When he came home he asked me where all his clothes were, as he had nothing to wear the following day. I told him the dry cleaning wouldn't be done until Thursday morning. He freaked, and asked if I could call for a pair of his dress shirt & pants to be cleaned and ready so he can have something to wear Wednesday. Otherwise we would have to steam his old dirty dress clothes just so he wouldn't have to change into. Long story short, not only did they have ONE pair of his dress clothes ready before Wednesday evening but ALL OF OUR CLOTHES. 14 items. Done! I often bring in white clothes just hoping that they would be able to take out some of the stains on them (especially around the collar), and some how they always seem to do a picture perfect job. On top of this, I once needed to fix a button on one of my shirts and they said that they actually do that free of charge when brought in for a cleaning (they just need the replacement button which usually comes already attached to most shirts). Came here for the first time and brought a vintage sweater. The sweater was very fragile and had beading all over it so I was a bit concerned that the beading was going to mess up. When I picked up my sweater the beading remained beautiful but the inner lining came completely undone. I was bummed but I called them right away and the owner said to go ahead and bring it into him and they fixed it at no extra charge. They have now gained a life-long customer. Customer service is amazing they want to make sure that you are taken care of. They have been nothing but friendly since I had dropped off my sweater and even when I picked it up they apologize for the inconvenience. I highly recommend it here.
