The food is excellent with true chefs cooking. I did the elk special with scallops. Cooked to perfection. My wife had the pierogis with beef. The pierogis were hand made and so good. She loved the horseradish sauce. The bartenders, Miles and Chloe, are excellent at what they do. My wife asked Chloe to "be creative" and make her an adult beverage - she made her version of a New York sour. Well let's just say we will be just so my wife can get another one. We couldn't have picked a better place to celebrate our 45th wedding anniversary! This all came with potatoes and corn and the food came out perfectly cooked and seasoned. I was pleasantly surprised that the egg was not overdone. I was surprised at the volume of crab I received.
