Bought a 2012 BMW M3 from Roy the owner of this shady business in July 16 of 2015. This guy told me the car has never been in any accident and showed me a clean car fax. When I took the car into BMW of Ontario for service Dec 31st 2015, they told me the car has definitely been in a front end collision before. The hood and fender of the car were removed to repair the suspension components. After I learned this, I texted Roy back and forth for 2 days and he finally admitted that the car had accident before and told me the warranty wouldn't be affected!!!!???? Roy promised something he couldn't deliver. I found my perfect Porsche on my own, and he is still keeping my $2,500 finders fee, even though he failed to produce the result he promised me . . . I found my car on my own after 6 weeks of him trying to get me to buy a car I didn't ask for. . . . Gray is not a color I asked for, but he kept pushing those on me cuz he couldn't find what I asked for. Claiming Caymans were built for men, thus the silver, black and white colors. He has a big hat and no cattle. He did help my neighbor, which is why I trusted him, but no go for me. It is interesting that my neighbors review doesn't show on Yelp. Like I said, big hat, no cattle. He showed me five cars in 6 weeks. Three were the wrong color and did not have the PDK and Chrono pkg. he. Wouldn't let me buy the yellow one, claiming we should wait for a lower price. The other possibility went for $10k higher than he claimed he could get one for me. He tried to get me to buy two cars in the wrong color without the PDK and Chrono, then complains to me he us spending too much time on my purchase and my parents should have let me play with silver Barbies, then I. Would like all the silver cars out there. Really Roy, this was not my first rodeo in buying a Porsche. Shame on you. read more

I'd give it zero if I could. I called in this morning because of a car I saw on auto trader, I asked if I could test drive it. I was told they only allow test drives after they have run my credit. There is no way I'm going to let every dealership where I test drive a car run my credit. That is something that is only done once I have selected a car and if i am going to try and get approved for credit. I am planning on paying with cash so why in the world would I ever allow them to run my credit. When I informed him that I would not allow them to run my credit in order to test drive he told me they would not do business with me and hung up. This is terrible customer service and not a single other dealership or private seller that I called had any issue with me test driving any cars I called about. This is not how customers should be treated and I wanted to leave this review as a warning to all other potential customers that if you want to be treated well with respect this is not the place for you. Edit- just to your point about other dealerships, while I was looking at cars I was able to test drive a M5, jaguar XJR, CL600, CLS63 AMG among others before I decided on buying a XFR in cash. I am from the Dallas area and contacted Roy about a white Jaguar F Type. He was very open and was easy to talk to, a good sign. The negotiation was easy and we completed the deal. I took delivery of the car and then realized it needed a service, per the computer. No problem, however these aren't free (included) like they are on BMWs.
