Not giving me a heads up to call someone to cap the boiler flue? I didn't know this until I went up to the rooftop to check out the situation myself, because a storm was coming through and when I looked at the chimney from ground level it looked wrong. This could have been a disaster if I didn't catch it and called another company who was available to come by and cap the flue. Not sure what these guys are doing, but seems sketchy to me. We used them for installation and that was fine. the issues we had were the unit they sold us was too small for the opening so we noticed a gap after it was installed. It's on me that I didn't double-check the measurements but its also why I bought from someone who specialties in this. Then, when I called them about a fix, their first option was to charge me for a piece to cover the gap. Final issue post-install is the window developed small crack. I called them for warranty service and their response was again to offer options where I have to pay. They eventually agreed to call the manufacturer for eh warranty but it was like pulling teeth. I followed up after a couple weeks and again got an unenthusiastic response and no information. That was about 6 months ago and I've given up on them.

Oscar went above and beyond to make sure I was safe, that the job was done correctly, and that they'd leave with absolutely no trace they were ever there. Mid-project, they had to open a wall, and not only did they patch the drywall, but they painted it, too -- you'd never know it was touched. He took the time to explain everything in detail so I could actually understand the process, documented every step, and made me feel like a true partner in the project. I called and spoke to Luca who immediately made the change in their system. The oven was delivered the next day and the delivery person was extremely courteous and helpful. Again, I made another mistake. I forgot to order the stand to put the pizza oven on. I called Luca again and he took payment for the stand and offered to waive the FedEx costs since I paid for assembly initially. That would have been great customer service already, but to go a step further, Luca called me back and said they would put it on a truck and deliver it that same day. Such a great experience!
