Wow, what a great desert spot! Bring your sweet tooth, as it's all here. Crepes, waffles, shakes, even water ice! They seem to have something for everyone. I tried the Dubai Sushi and it might be my favorite desert ever. Think of the biggest freshest juiciest strawberries rolled up in a crepe covered in chocolate and dusted with a pistachio crunch. It was WONDERFUL! The shop has a good vibe too, playing good music in the background and it smells great too. A little pricey, but I won't let that stop me from coming back and bringing more friends next time. Keep up the great work!

The selection of sweet treats is endless - and they are delicious. Everything is hand made fresh for you ... so sit back and enjoy the energy, as chaotic and friendly as it is! Pancakes, waffles, crepes, pastries, cakes and candies ... coffee and milkshakes galore. All things Dubai also ... get it about 10 different ways!

Absolutely love the loaded crepes they make here. They are full with bananas and whip cream and drizzled chocolate -- highly recommend the lotus one. Also enjoyed the strawberry cheesecake milkshake. It had chunks of real cheesecake and delicious taste. Definitely try this out if you have a sweet tooth!!

Major mixed reviews in this household. One willing to give it another chance, one not. We ordered Reese's Cheesecake and Reese's Brownie. I thought the Cheesecake and the Brownie themselves were delicious. The cheesecake is rich & creamy very similar to The Cheesecake Factory if you have had that and the Brownie was incredibly soft but dense, not cake like which is how I like my brownies. Even the next day it was still soft. The topping is where it lost me. The peanut butter cups and sauce on top were to hard to bite in to OR break with a fork. I turned my brownie sideways using a knife to cut off the topping. I took a bite of hubs cheesecake. It just didn't need the topping. Now, here is where we differ. Hubs, liked the toppings on both but didn't care for the texture or flavor of the cheesecake or brownie. I'm willing to give it another try, but taste something different like their crepe or milkshake. Hubs probably will not. Where this place really shines is their customer service. Slamming busy last Saturday afternoon, the nice young man behind the counter had an award winning smile. Didn't seem stressed and took his time to clarify our order. The communication and honesty with guests appeared to be their number one priority. Something happened with one of their machines. An employee had to run out for ice cream. They communicated this to the entire room while we were there and they were incredibly apologetic. For such a tiny place, there's a lot of seating, but it fills up fast. We recommend going at an off time to try to dine in or grab a goodie to go like we did. As I always say, everyone's tastes are different. Give it a go & see what you think.

Tried this new place out for my birthday. What a find! First of all, everyone working there was so nice - they took really good care of us. Second of all, who doesn't love crepes, pancakes, waffles, and milkshakes? And third, we tried one of their food challenges and Gio almost made it. Another minute or two and he would have done it - 3 Belgian waffles, 4 scoops of ice cream, and a bunch of toppings. They are still working out the kinks and are in their soft launch right now. Grand opening on 10/3. Be sure to check it out!

I don't usually write reviews for chain spots because, let's be honest, they're all kind of the…read moresame. But sometimes the universe drops a delightful little surprise in your lap, and it's your duty as a dessert-loving citizen to spread the word. So here I am. One night, while scrolling through the internet, I stumbled across a post claiming that Dairy Queen makes Cupcakes. Like, individual ice cream cakes. Excuse me? What? How was this not national news?! I did some digging, and sure enough--DQ's website confirmed it. "The personal version of our famous cake with fudge and crunch center, surrounded by vanilla and chocolate soft serve." I was instantly obsessed. Because here's the thing: I love DQ ice cream cake. But as a single person, a full-size cake is basically a lifestyle choice. A DQ Cupcake sounded like the perfect solution--just enough ice cream cake to make you happy, not enough to make you question your life choices. So I went on a mission. And let me tell you, I've been to plenty of DQs in my life--never once have I seen these mythical cupcakes in a freezer case. I finally called the Camp Hill location, expecting confusion and disappointment. But nope. The guy on the phone didn't even hesitate. "Cupcakes? Yep, we've got them. How many do you want?" I almost screamed. They exist. I was out the door in seconds, probably breaking minor traffic laws to get there before they disappeared. I walked in, trying to play it cool, and said, "Hi... cupcakes?" The employee grinned, like he'd been waiting his whole shift for this moment. "Of course. How many would you like?" A minute later, he reappeared with two glorious little ice cream cupcakes--one pink, one yellow. $7.18 later, I was practically skipping to my car. And friends, let me tell you... they were perfect. Fudge and crunch in the middle, chocolate and vanilla soft serve on the outside, cheerful icing and sprinkles on top--it was pure joy in a cup. We ate both in one sitting and felt no shame. Listen, folks: DQ Cupcakes are real. They exist in the actual world. You can go buy one today. And you should. Go get yourself a DQ Cupcake and thank me later. Camp Hill Dairy Queen, you are the hero we didn't know we needed. I'll be back for more cupcakes--probably this weekend.

I've driven by Joy's a million times and somehow never noticed it before. It's tucked into a busy strip mall and easy to miss if you're not specifically looking for it. Spoiler alert: you should be looking for it. My quest for the evening included both a burger and a chili dog, because they both looked amazing and I wanted the full Joy's experience. My adventure buddy and I arrived around 5pm and I was honestly surprised to see only one other person inside when we walked in. We grabbed a booth by the front door and looked over the menu again to finalize our plan. Since it was our first visit, we decided to order a few things and split them so we could try more. We ordered the loaded chili dog topped with chili, cheese, onions, and mustard ($5.25) and one of the Big Block Burgers -- specifically the Joy's Burger -- which came with grilled onions and mushrooms, lettuce, tomato, LA sauce, Swiss cheese, and fresh cut fries ($12.99). Naturally we added bacon for an extra $0.99 because that felt like the right decision. We also each grabbed a Diet Pepsi (to maintain some illusion of balance) for $2.50 each. Our total came to $25.69 before tip, which felt like a pretty solid deal for a two-person Friday night dinner adventure. The setup at Joy's has a classic old-school diner feel. The grill sits right behind the seating counter so you can watch your food being made, and they mix milkshakes right out front as well. The place is simple and no-frills -- and in my experience, those "keep it simple and do it well" places are often the real heavy hitters. The chili dog came out first, and the first thing I noticed was that this thing was HEAVY. This wasn't your typical skinny hot dog -- it was a full ¼-pound dog absolutely loaded with chili. The flavor reminded me of a Cincinnati-style chili dog and it was really good. The chili was flavorful instead of just decorative, the mustard and onions were balanced perfectly, and the bun did its job without getting in the way. As someone who takes chili dogs very seriously, I have to give Joy's credit for delivering a straightforward, perfectly executed chili dog. Next came the burger and fresh cut fries, and when I say this burger was big, I mean BIG. Two patties tall with all the toppings stacked high. We sliced it in half and immediately dug in. The bacon was perfectly crisp, the mushrooms and Swiss were generous, and the whole thing just tasted like a real, proper burger. Not a chain burger that started life frozen and tastes like it could have been reheated in my microwave at home. This was the kind of burger you picture when you say you're craving a burger. The fries were exactly what you want from fresh-cut fries -- the smaller ones nice and crispy, and the bigger ones crispy on the outside with that soft, fluffy inside. Splitting the chili dog and burger turned out to be the right call. It would have been easy to eat everything solo, but my stomach probably would not have forgiven me later. Our server was super friendly and attentive throughout the visit. While we were there, a few more people came in to eat, but overall it felt relaxed and easy for a Friday evening. Parking is free since Joy's sits in a strip mall, but it can be a little tight because there are several other popular businesses nearby. We were able to find a spot without trouble, but I could see it getting tricky during busier times. If you're looking for solid burgers, legit chili dogs, and an old-school diner vibe, Joy's Grill & Burger House is absolutely worth seeking out -- especially if you're like me and always on the lookout for your next great burger or chili dog adventure.

The place is clean and simple, and when the food is this good, fancy décor really isn't needed. We were greeted warmly by Autume as soon as we walked in. It's self-seating, with booth and counter seating available, and free parking is available, which is always a plus. Melissa took great care of us, upbeat, cheerful, and even singing Christmas carols while making sure every customer was happy. We ordered the burger and fried chicken based on Melissa's recommendation, and oh boy, it was soooooo good. Brenda, the cook, definitely knows what she is doing. The owner buys whole chickens, cuts and marinates them in a house seasoning, and it truly shows. The chicken was perfectly cooked, not greasy, not salty, just right. One of the best burgers and fried chicken meals we've ever had. We wrapped things up with cappuccino chip ice cream. They serve Hershey's ice cream, which is always a win. We always try to support family-owned restaurants when we travel, and this place is exactly why. Nothing mass produced here, just food made with care. If you're in the area, stop by and say hi to Autume, Melissa, and Brenda. You won't be disappointed. Even if you're not nearby, it's worth the drive. So glad I don't live close, otherwise I'd probably be 1,000 pounds. Oh, and did I mention the fresh, hand cut fries?

I got the Japanese katsu curry (pork option) with rice which was perfectly breaded and paired beautifully with the curry sauce with potato and carrot. It was so good dipped into the sauce!! Also not too salty. Good portion and was served with a little bowl of miso soup and a little salad with lettuce and carrot drizzled with a very tasty gingery dressing. The moment you walk in, it honestly feels like you've stepped into a little café in Paris. The décor is beautiful and thoughtfully designed, with elegant touches everywhere that make the space feel cozy but elevated at the same time. The staff was also incredibly kind and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. The seating is mostly table seating (no booths), with a few smaller tables set along a hallway-style walkway that opens up into a larger dining area. The way the space is laid out feels intentional and well designed even though the restaurant was getting a lot of attention while I was there, it never felt crowded or overwhelming. Everything flowed nicely. It's colder right now, so their front deck seating wasn't open, but you can tell that when the weather warms up there's additional seating available outside on the deck, which would be such a nice spot to sit. The bathrooms are conveniently located right up front, which makes them easy to find. Parking is also pretty simple, there's parking available in the back of the building, and if those spots are full you can usually find street parking nearby. Here's what I ordered: Pistachio Rose Affogato * Pistachio Italian espresso * Vanilla ice cream * Crushed pistachio * Edible rose petals * Wafer East Coast Croissant * Cheddar cheese * Bacon * Spinach * Scrambled eggs * House-made garlic aioli * Served with breakfast potatoes My drink didn't just look beautiful , it tasted incredible too. The pistachio espresso paired with the vanilla ice cream was already amazing, but the crushed pistachios and edible rose petals really took it to another level. It was sweet, rich, and full of flavor. The East Coast Croissant surprised me in the best way. I'm usually not a big spinach-on-sandwich person, but I wanted to try it exactly as it's served to get the full experience. I'm glad I did because it completely changed my mind! Everything worked together perfectly, and the garlic aioli added so much flavor. Needless to say, I'll definitely be back. Next on my list to try is their Tiramisu French Toast and the Strawberry Matcha.
