Unfortunately, the performance did not meet those expectations at all. The elf did not initiate any activities and appeared disengaged the entire time. I had to constantly prompt her to interact with the children. Several kids were upset, and multiple guests commented that she was not doing her job. At one point, she was standing in one spot chewing gum, which felt extremely unprofessional. Three of my guests even offered to write reviews on my behalf because they felt so bad about the situation. Instead of enjoying my party and hosting my adult guests, I ended up managing the entertainer myself and playing with the kids to keep them engaged--completely defeating the purpose of hiring entertainment. I contacted the company immediately after the party. The party coordinator responded promptly and confirmed that the elf claimed the children "weren't interested," which is why she didn't engage. I was told the owner would contact me to resolve the issue, but I never heard from him. I would give this service zero stars if I could. I am giving one star only because the coordinator was professional and responsive, which is the sole reason I booked this company. Unfortunately, the actual service was a major disappointment.

At first, she told me they didn't have those characters available, so I went ahead and booked Donald Duck and thought Minnie would be a great addition. But just a few hours later, Lisa called me back with the most incredible news -- her team was willing to create custom costumes for Pinocchio and the Blue Fairy just for my daughter's party! I was beyond excited -- truly over the moon. Lisa handled everything with such care, attention, and professionalism. She went above and beyond -- even attending the party herself to make sure everything ran smoothly. That level of dedication is rare and so appreciated. The characters -- Donald Duck and his assistants, along with Pinocchio and the Blue Fairy -- did an absolutely UNBELIEVABLE job. The kids were completely engaged, happy, and entertained the entire time. It truly felt magical. Lisa supported me so much throughout the process -- I honestly couldn't have done it without her. The week before the event I even called to verify everything was fine and secure. They even confirmed the date. On May 4 (my son's actual birthday and only five days before the event) this scam of a business cancelled!!!! Now looking back at the reviews, this seems to be a trend. I called very upset, because this is UNPROFESSIONAL and he was not only not remorseful, but also laughed and hung up on me. Upon now reading the reviews, it seems like he gets defensive and calls everyone a liar and never takes any accountability. But there's no way he can lie out of this one.

Lindsey was so great at communicating with, despite me being a busy single Mom and taking a bit to reply. The whole team was so helpful and great to work with. We booked Blippi, which was not easy to find, and the actor was absolutely amazing! Shoutout to Joaquin!!! He called me the night before to get more information on Cali Rose, the b-day girl, and what was planned so he would deliver the best for us, as well as my request of letting me know when he was arriving to get video and pictures. Cali has albinism which makes it difficult for her to see and navigate in the sun and bright light, so Joaquin made sure to have her not facing the sun during the games or interacting. All of the kids loved having Joaquin there (even those that didn't know who Blippi was) and made my job of wondering how to entertain 12 kids for 3 hours much easier! We originally planned on 1.5 hours but, couldn't stop the fun so ended up extended it another 1.5 hours. Joaquin never stopped being Blippi for a minute and entertaining the kids. He made sure to focus on Cali Rose but also included all of her friends and family. With Cali Rose and her family being bilingual (English and Spanish) it was an amazing surprise to learn he knew some of the traditional birthday songs for the Piñata and Happy Birthday! Cali Rose, her family and friends kids have not stopped talking about and dancing to the songs at the party since! We truly were blessed to find The Princess Party with a great team of admins and actors! Book your next party with them, you will NOT be disappointed!
