I had such a great experience! The Doctor gave me the most thorough exam that I have ever had as well as healthy tips to keep my teeth clean and healthy in between cleanings. Turned out I had a deep cleaning 1 yr and 10 months ago so I ended up paying the whole thing myself. Scheduled another routine annually clean up half year later, ended up being charged for "periodic maintenance" afterward because of the prior deep clean session... I just moved to this area a few months ago, and needed to have my annual check-up done. This was at the height on COVID, and I was impressed with their precautions: They sent me a website to fill out the history ahead of time, and gave me a phone number to call upon arrival. I waited in my car until they called me in, and they screened me prior to letting me into the treatment/exam areas. Front desk staff was super personable and friendly. I had a WONDERFUL conversation with both Dr. Ho and the technician; they were fast, efficient, and super friendly with me! I actually felt like I was part of the conversation, rather than "just a patient" sitting, as a bystander in their conversation. Our family has been going to Royal Highlands Dental for a couple of years now and we are highly pleased for a number of reasons. From a technical standpoint, I feel that Dr. Ho and his team are highly competent and provide the best level of care in regards to our dental health. He has pulled teeth and filled cavities for our family members (children and adults) and he always takes the time to discuss his recommendations while staying considerate of our time and budget constraints. He is truly honest and does not price gouge or suggest unnecessary work. He treats each family member with kindness and respect while addressing their needs. The hygienists we have had are focused, thorough, and efficient. My children noticed that they received a deeper cleaning than our previous provider yet they were not left with any tenderness or discomfort. I also appreciate that the staff is very respectful of our time. We have never waited beyond our scheduled time to be seen despite the fact that they have a steady and loyal clientele. Additionally, the front and back office areas are all very clean and the equipment is not antiquated. Lastly, the front office staff (shoutout to Skye and Dayana!) is superb. They are kind and treat you like family (as the doctor does). They explain to you what your benefits cover so there never is a surprise when it comes to billings. As far as scheduling they take into consideration your needs and work to book the family efficiently so we can get everyone taken care of without excessive trips. On the occasion where we have had an urgent need to be seen, they have always worked to accommodate us so we can be seen quickly. They provide a printout with details of your visit and a listing of upcoming appointments for your household. You also receive an email reminder nearing your appointment and you can select to receive further reminders if needed. All of this is in addition to the staff just being caring and genuine folks. I am grateful to have been referred here by a coworker who assured me that I would not be disappointed. Best dentist experience I ever had :-D this place is pretty far from where I live and I most likely would never would have drove that far to try them out if it wasn't for a they came highly recommend from a close friend. The whole staff from the front of the house to the back has a wonderful caring persona. I have to admit I do get some anxiety when it comes to dental work. Not soo much from anticipation of pain but more anticipation of how much will this cost me :-/ everyone being so sweet and funny I instantly became at ease :-) there prices are great too! I am extremely afraid of the dentist ever since I was younger and had a cavity filled while I could still feel it. That dentist didn't seem to care & told me I would be okay. It's been over 10 years since I've had any work done on my mouth. I was in constant pain this past week & could barely open my mouth to eat. I found Royal Highlands off of yelp & I'm so glad I came here. The doctor told me I had an impacted & infected wisdom tooth and I should get it removed soon. The whole front desk staff was so kind and helpful throughout everything, especially Jasmine. The day of my extraction they made me feel comfortable and did everything they could to ease my nerves. I moved from California to Southern Highlands last year. I found Royal Highlands Dental conveniently located 3 minutes from my house. It begins at check in, Diana is very personable. Then to the Medical Assistants. I have only met 2... Lanier and Jesse are excellent and can make a girl laugh while still remaining professional. The cleaning process is amazing. Leaving your mouth feeling minty fresh. Dr.Tim is great!!! He makes me laugh! He is honest, and will tell you like it is. I love that. He's great with my children as well as my Husband. It makes the experience very personal, and they can remember everyone in my family's name. This will remain my dentist forever. They only thing that would stop me is if I moved out of Nevada. I've been coming here for about 1 year now. I have only been to one dentist since I was 6yrs old but since moving to Las Vegas I had to find another dentist. Luckily, I found this dentist on yelp and conveniently enough, I live close to them! :) Everyone here is super friendly and make you feel like a valuable customer. They send reminders when your appointment is coming up, the office and rooms are very clean and they have TV's to watch while you wait for the hygienists and doctor to come in. I don't know what happened to this office. They were my dental office in 2016 and they were great. Dental Hygienist, office staff and The Dentist were amazing So naturally I was disappointed when I changed insurance in 2017 and expectedly realized they don't accept my new policy. I recently changed back to a PPO plan and decided to go back to them so I called to schedule an appointment. I was placed on hold immidiatly and remained on hold for about 11 minutes. No one ever came back online and I gave up. So many other dentists on Yelp with over 100 positive reviews to chose from. hopefully they improve costumer service at some point. read more

From start to finish, I had a wonderful experience. From the staff checking me in, the assistants helping Dr. Ho, Dr. Ho himself and also the exit process. Wow!!! I've had lots of dental over the course of my life. I literally got anxiety and stress going to the dentist until my wife found Dr Ho and staff. They are AMAZING people. I feel like I'm with my friends when I now go to the dentist. My 12 year old crown had a chip that was about to crack in half. I came in and they took great pics for my insurance. Then within 30 minutes I had a great temporary and was out the door. I can back today and had my perfect fitting and color permanent set in my mouth In 20 minutes. Normally my insurance sucks but the office manager got my crown handles for just co-pay. I love this dentist office!! read more
