I am very disappointed with my experience here. So I came in for a cleaning and as a patient. I knew they would need to do x-rays since I was new patient. But all they wanted to do after the x-rays was upsell me instead of the cleaning I came in for. After going over the their up sell recommendation for the cleaning I let them know that I would book that for a future visit since its the holidays and I didn't want to over spend. So afterwards I asked them about the cleaning I came in for and instead of doing it they side stepped it and let me know that it can me be on the next visit that they were upselling me on. To me that isn't good business since I know what I came in for and was looking forward to going to a dentist near my home. All I was hopping for was a honest dentist that I could be a long time client for. But instead that wasn't what I found here. So I will have to go back to my old dentist even through its in Summerlin. I don't mind having to get extra stuff that I might need but I am not ok with people not doing what their client comes in for and just trying to upsell them instead. This group doesn't listen when you want to cancel an appointment. I canceled my appointment because I originally needed time to save up money for doing the other side of my mouth's dental work and instead they rescheduled a random day. So I let that day pass with a no show and they continued to reschedule. This group is allowing my appointments to take up space on their schedule instead of canceling the appointments like I ask. They've done this at least 3 times now. I've now blocked their number because I'm sick of the badgering and am going somewhere else that will hopefully CANCEL when I ask and not be lying on the phone when they confirmed they CANCELED and didn't secretly reschedule. Horrible communication. Long waits. They blow you up with texts and emails but important communication is missed. Wasn't told before I showed up that my dentist wasn't in and couldn't place my implant. Also wasn't given proper pre-op instructions. This has been my regular dentist for over a year now, and I have had zero complaints since day one. The dentist, I believe her name is Dr.Zicat, has always been courteous and efficient. When you have 2 insurances and they bill the wrong insurance then after 2 years send you a bill and they tell you you have to pay or we will send to collection really ? insurance probably paid already or they said we can't bill them now bc it's too late how is it my fault ? that's one thing of the other few issues one of them is they can only do a deep clean not a regular cleaning even thou you get cleaning every 3 to 6 month. OK, I am that person that never really posts any positive reviews or negative reviews, I have to be really blown or extremely upset to post a review. Well this place really did it for me. This place is the most unethical place you can go to. Three years ago I went for a crown, they suggested I needed a root canal, I went with just the crown. They did the crown for $2000, I had pain, I went back to let them know and they said I needed to do the root canal and they wanted to charge me another $4000 for it. I declined. 2 1/2 years later I have been fine no pain no problem. The only thing that happened in October 2022. My crown fell off and I had to have them put it back on. They simply put it back on no problem. Fast forward to today, August 2023 my crown fell off again which they were the one to put it on. I went there and they said that they would not put it on because I needed a root canal and a new crown and wanted to charge me over $5000 for it. They said I had an infection, and they would prescribe me antibiotics. I told them I had no pain, swelling , or any evidence of an infection. But They insisted I do the work. I declined. I asked them just to simply put my crown back on. The assistant had a severe attitude and said she would do a temporary glue that wasn't going to last because supposedly if I had an infection, they would not be able to put permanent cement on there. I told her that's fine. She was not nice and had a horrible disposition. At any rate reluctantly, they agreed to put my crown back on but insisted that it would only be temporary unless I purchased the root canal and the new crown for $5000. When I left, I asked them if the doctor was going to give me the prescription for the antibiotic because he told me he would since I had an infection. She said yes, no problem they will send it to my pharmacy. Eight hours later I called my pharmacy no prescription. Seems like if you don't purchase The thousands of dollars that they want you to they just don't care and they don't care that you have an infection. This place is awful. I don't recommend you go here. They are used car salesman and they don't care about you. They just want to lie to you and tell you you need something so you can take thousands of dollars for it. I had a dental emergency right before the weekend. When I called, I was told the first available appointment was on Monday. When I explained that I was worried about dealing with this all weekend, I was put on hold and then told, a couple minutes later, that I could be seen quickly. They took me right in and solved the problem in less than two hours! Everyone there, from the front desk to the doctors, are fantastic. I've been a patient for many years, and even though I moved to the other side of town, I still go to this office for my dental needs. They are 5 outta 5 stars! read more

On March 1st my mom came here to get a crown done. It was her worst experience ever with a dentist and she suffers everyday because of it. The dentist didn't even put the crown in after it was made, she wasn't even in the room. The dental hygienist forced the crown in after they had already decided that it wasn't going to fit. And then the dentist comes back and says "looks good". She had gone back for another appointment to express her concerns and the dentist didn't even take a good look at it or any X-rays she just filed it done and told her what she was feeling is normal. Not to mention this office is so expensive. DO NOT GO HERE. read more

It's very sad when you go into a dental office trusting the people that work there that are supposed to be professional dental experts and then feel the need to "up sell" you to a procedure not needed and use scare tactics in order to convince you to buy what they are selling. I have been using Diamond Dental for many years and the staff has always been great. But Adrienne the hygienist went above and beyond truly demonstrating his superior skill and knowledge. I had sores on the corners of my lips and they just wouldn't go away. My PCP had no idea what this was and they very annoying and painful. So it was time for my normal cleaning and Adrienne looked at my lips and said "Angular cheilitis" which I never heard of. I told my PCP what Adrienne said and he doubted it but sent me to a specialist who confirmed Adrienne was right. I was treated and now my lips are back to normal. Hands down to all the employees here! The most professional customer service I have received since being here for nine years in the U.S.A. I left my old Dentist and decided to give Diamond Dental a try. I had my Fillers, Deep Cleaning and Laser Treatment last week, and Braces did today! I don't usually give reviews unless it's very bad or terrific. It's unfortunate not to recommend this establishment; I feel that people like me who yearn for excellent service should know how awesome they are. Thus, I will talk about my real experience here. I first inquire about braces, and two young ladies helped me, both named Kiki; they were so very informative and scheduled me for my general dental. I met Dr. Sicat; she was very soft spoken and calm as she entertains me, asked me about my expectations and results. She let me know I would be doing some fillers, deep cleaning, and laser treatment before my braces. She did my Fillers, and it was the painless session ever! Right after, I met Katie; she did my deep cleaning, she was very kind, her voice was soothing enough to make me feel at ease, the treatment was painless as well, after the cleaning, this young lady came in, I forgot her name ( unfortunately) she did my laser treatment painlessly. I had to go back again for my 2nd session the next day and my orthodontist consultation. I came back the next day, did my 2nd session, and met with my Ortho, Dr. Vanlue; he was the sweetest Dr out there; he knows what you are looking for and what you expect. He was very calm and upbeat; at least, I'm at ease that my Ortho won't kill me in pain. He was very informative; he told me his approach, why he took that approach and the result he wanted. I never said to him that I am not a fan of extractions, but he did catch up on that; he never plans on any extractions! (I cannot tolerate pain) I have to give it to him; he knows how to read his patients very well! I was please with the consultation, so I said to Katie, who takes care of billing and schedule, that I would like to move forward. She then gave me a quote along with my insurance. I was satisfied, but of course, with my financial dilemma, I had let them know if they can do something about it; they had not to promise anything, so I kept my options elsewhere just in case. The next day, I received a call from Katie, letting me know that she got in touch with my insurance, and my DP and monthly were revised. I was delighted! She went the extra mile to make me happy and get those braces done as I wanted! Thus, I scheduled my appt for today, 2/8/2021. I came in; I was greeted with upbeat employees ( they have so many employees that I don't remember all their names). Met Christian has a very charming attitude that made me feel welcome and at ease, like I'm a little kid being told by my big brother not to worry. He was very informative and professional from start to finish; Dr. Vanlue greeted me and put my brackets; he was very upbeat and positive. I was expecting some drilling and pain, but nothing like that. It was painless, as if nothing was done. It was the best dental experience I've ever had. I am not a fan of any medical-related stuff; however, I have no complaint going in for appointments with people like them, that's how good they are! Oh, to top it off, I also received goodies from the Team! It was the most welcoming experience ever! As the saying goes, Treat people how you wanted to be treated! A smile does not cost you a penny. My first experience here was great. The rest, not so. The only good thing was Marcell. I would like to thank Marcell for being so gentle with the xrays and putting a smile on my face. Fast forward to 2020: I specifically made an appointment to come in and get a second opinion of some dental work that was previously done as well as get pricing for a cleaning because they couldn't tell me pricing over the phone (bs) I arrived and they wasted my time with taking X-rays and talking about unnecessary things. I was then quoted almost $600 for a simple cleaning, when the price used to be $75. Can anyone say COVID UPCHARGE!? As soon as I got into the room with the actual dentist I explained to her that I needed a second opinion and she told me no problem. The dentist stated that she would make a note and form a letter to her conclusion. They took pictures of the work. I left, and it took me another week to attempt to track down the pictures to have them sent to me, then the dentist calls me and tells me that she doesn't feel comfortable putting her name on a letter forming her opinion that my previous work was a aesthetically un-pleasing, even though she stated it on the phone conversation. Not to mention I paid $120 for a service that wasn't provided. Done. read more

DO NOT LISTEN TO ALL THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS SAYING THEY ARE "UP SELLING". Nothing about your oral health is considered an Up sell, dentist know how uncomfortable these procedures are and don't want you to go through them. They genuinely are not up-selling. Okay - now my review. Backstory: I grew up with family in the dental field, i did routine cleanings every 6 months - but that did not stop their boss/dentist from bullying me and my guardian about not flossing enough. This turned into me as a child being forced to lay down on the bathroom counter while i had my teeth forcibly flossed. All this to say - I hated the judgement from dentists when i slacked on my Oral Hygiene. I avoided the dentist for nearly 7 years, and over the last 3 years, I battled severe depression where I let my oral health take the wayside. I knew going in I was going to need work. Office: Office is clean and void of distractions - Highly recommend bringing your own headphones to listen to music or podcast if you're getting work done. I arrived 10 minutes early just incase and was brought back 5 minutes after my appointment time. Staff: Could I rate them higher than 5 stars? If I could I would. Alicia was my hygienist and I had to get a scaling and root planing done - not a comfortable procedure at all. After getting numbed up- i began just crying in the chair and Alicia was so kind and understanding. I told her about the depression and feeling disappointed in myself that its effecting the rest of my health. She reassured me, and got me a tissue while telling me how proud of me she was that i still came in knowing the amount of work I was going to need. (Imagine me, a 30 year old woman crying over someone saying they were proud of me) - needless to say Alicia made me comfortable and had no judgment. In fact, she even sympathized and said she knows how it feels when there is no will or desire after a difficult day to even want to brush your teeth. The final 'this office is amazing', was when Alicia checked in on me and asked if i was seeing a therapist to help me and it was just so kind and genuinely human. I saw Dr.Sicat who worked on the rest of the mess that was my mouth - she was kind, funny and worked FAST which made the anxiety of everything go down. I have already referred 5 friends of mine to this dental group who were all in the same anxious cycle when it comes to dental care. read more

Had a lot of work as it seemed all my teeth decided to crack. One of the best implants I've ever had as Dr. Ellsworth was able to stick a post in right after the extraction. Took less than 45 minutes. His extractions are fast one was 15 minutes. Of course that only works in some areas but his extractions were virtually painless with little after pain. Amazing! Their Caps are beautifully done fitting in with the other teeth very precise. The crew is experienced and professional. They go through the costs carefully without surprises. read more

This place is awful. I went in 2 years ago for a routine check up right when Covid restrictions were lifted for non-emergency dental care. The dental assistant had so much trouble getting my x-rays that it took double the time. I had no pain and no issues with my teeth. I saw the dentist and they told me I would need a root canal for a very deep cavity, that I later realized probably wasn't even my x-ray. Being 19 and never having any major dental work done, I was scared and avoided going to the dentist, especially as I had no pain. I went to a different dentist today where they asked me why I had such a deep cavity for so long, when I have no other cavities in my mouth. I explained I hadn't been to the dentist in a while. He told me I'll need a crown (but no root canal) and it should've been filled at my last dentist appointment since it looks like it's been there that long to become that deep. I explained to him the situation and he said I likely had been scammed by this place, as it's super common, and they wanted to get quick money from a root canal instead of a fill. I now have to pay over $700 for a crown with insurance, when a fill would have cost $20-$50. Thanks for scamming me and not filling my cavity when it was small and needed. Dr. Sicat and her team are amazing. I've had a hole in my tooth for a couple months and was worried it was going to be something pretty serious. I was pleasantly surprised to find out it only needed a small filling, I didn't even need to be get numb! I was able to do my exam and the filling all under an hour and get right back to work. They took my insurance as well so everything was surprisingly affordable. Everyone that works at this office is efficient, friendly and professional. Avoid this dental office like the plague. I had a 1:30 appointment and was told I would be done in 2 hours max for a cleaning and exam. It's now been almost 3 hours and all that was done was 20 minutes of X-rays. The office manger then told me it would be $650 for my cleaning(this same service is normally $200-$300 elsewhere)and they couldn't do it today. For someone that makes hundreds of dollars an hour this place just wasted my time for no reason other then they said they got to busy and that the front office girl didn't see my paperwork after lunch. They just left me in the dental chair until I eventually got up and walked to front asking for the office manager. @Diamond Dental Group and Orthodontics this is a small town, horrible way to treat someone that was getting ready to drop 5-10k cash for braces in the next year. read more

This place is terrible!! We paid tons of money out of pocket on top of a line of credit maxed out to have my child's teeth corrected with braces. They were finally perfectly straight after 3 years and were removed. He was put on a plastic braces or retainers which worked for a bit but he forgot to put them in for a while and they had to make a new retainer to tighten them back up. These retainers soon allowed his teeth to slide back into a gap in between his first two teeth. They told us that they couldn't fix the gap and the reason was because they didn't have a mold of what his teeth were like perfect when he had just gotten the braces off. What the actual heck? You do not need a mold of perfect teeth to make an aligner they actually have a program that will design this for you, one most definitely doesn't need to start with perfect teeth, THATS THE POINT OF THE BRACES. To make them perfect and I don't know anyone who had perfect teeth before they wore braces. I am now seeking a second opinion to go get a new dr to make his aligners so we can get rid of this gap they allowed him to get and refused to fix. They wouldn't even explain the reasoning despite my numerous attempts to get a further explanation. Terrible customer service terrible ignorant drs. DO NOT GO HERE THEY WILL WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!! I have attached a pic of my son when he got his braces removed then what they refused to fix. This issue would probably only require one step of correction with a plastic aligner or retainer. Yet they can't seem to accomplish this. read more

The professional staff is awesome. Very nice, willing to answer questions and take great care. Unfortuantely I will not be back because of the management staff. I asked for preauthorization so I know how much I would owe. I paid upon check out. THey come back 40 days laters and say I owe over 200 more. I paid it, I wasn't happy but I paid it. I paid it immediately but they still sent me into collections. I can not resolve it with the collection agency. Their system is down or no one answers the phone. I can not recommend this dental practice because of shady accounting practices. read more
