I've called to try to speak with the manager or owner but I never got through to them and they don't let you leave a voicemail. The entire experience has been truly awful. I've never been treated so poorly as a customer in my life until I went to Orr's jewlers. I'd recommend trying the other two authorized dealers in Pittsburgh if you want a real chance at getting a watch.

I took my Cartier Tank Française watch to Orr's for a routine battery replacement, assuming their…read morestatus as a Cartier 'authorized partner' ensured professional handling. While the watch was fully functional when I dropped it off, it was returned to me inoperable. It became clear that, despite their authorized status, Orr's lacked the technical proficiency required to replace a battery and re-set a watch with the delicate Caliber 212P quartz chronograph movement. I ultimately had to take the watch to Cartier directly to repair the damage that Orr's caused. My point: If you do not have the expertise to handle a specific movement, it's OK to just say so rather than risk damaging a client's timepiece.
