They carry brands the big box stores don't. I recently purchased a tankless Navien gas water heater- my third from this store. This is a top notch brand you will not find anywhere other than a supply house. Also, they have so many types of fittings and connections you wont see everywhere. Yes, you may have to pull a number and wait, but it's worth it. The staff is knowledgeable and willing to help from my experience.

Left to my own devices, I had no expected ship date and a deadline for plumbing installation in my home! Eddy contacted Waterstone for me, demanding the kitchen suite we purchased from them. Within two weeks, voila! Eddy had my Waterstone suite. He even made a promise that if Waterstone couldn't deliver on time, he'd give me a suite to install so I could pass inspection. He would even send someone out there to help me replace it once Waterstone delivered. With how crazy renovations go--trying to coordinate various item arrivals and coaxing vendors to deliver--I can't imagine going with anyone else. I'd 100% go back to Eddy!
