I took my sister and her friend to do our nails at this place since we were already in Dallas area. When we went in there everyone was very friendly and we were excited to get our nails done... but then everything just went left when this guy was doing my baby sister nails.. he was not experienced and plus he was squeezing her hands to where it hurt and he did not do her nails the way she requested.. my baby sister was crying and she was so angry.. then it took 4 other lady to fix her nails and the owner did not do anything about it.. no discount no nothing she still charge all of us the same price.. the money was not the issue the lack of understanding what the customer was wanting and requesting was the issues.. by that time I was ready to get out of there and everyone seem to be rushing just to leave. Good if you have a lot of time to kill. Left work early so I could go and get my nails done before I leave town tomorrow. It took them 2 hours to change my toe polish and change my dip powder. Their reason was it was "busy" but they had 3 employees sitting in the pedicure chairs on their phones the whole time? No reason it should have taken that long. read more

I really enjoyed my experience at Royal Nails Spa. I went the day before the snow storms and was grateful that they were open. The new space is very clean and inviting. The nail stylist I go to is Kimberly. She is SO good. She's been doing nails for over 27 years and knows how to thin down powder nails to look really pretty. She can do glitter, ombre, chrome, anything you like. The first time I met her, I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she replicated it perfectly. Royal Nails Spa is a great place. Sam, who worked the front desk, was so kind and personable. He told me that the owner (or possible the manager) wants to get a ton of color options. I was already blown away by all the color swatches they had. To hear that they're going to add more is super cool! I look forward to my next appointment there. read more

I got the deluxe pedicure and it was very thorough. The decor is pleasant and I especially appreciate that they don't have news on the TVs like my last place. I've been trying different places around Dallas for a while now and this is best gel dip manicure I've had in a long time!

I have gone here for about 6 months and was happy, for the most part with the quality and service until the past month. They do give a little hand and neck massage which is nice. However, I had 1 visit where my nails (pink and white dip) were done by a gentleman and it took him over 2 hours (should only take 1 hour) and it was the worst nail job EVER! So next time I asked for a really experienced nail tech. Was happy with her for about 2 times then the quality went down hill. 5 nails chipped in 4 days. Went in for repair and she just added more dip on top, didn't fix them. Within another couple of days 2 more nails broke, 1 the entire "dip" came off the nail. So, I have moved on. Just not worth the money for the quality as of late. read more

I highly recommend this place to get a mani and pedi! They are very nice and hands on. I got a mani and a pedi and I wanted my nails to match. My nails were not matching to my toes. I had 3 girls help me find the right match and it felt like it was no hassle at all. They didn't give me an attitude or rush me out. They placed a pillow and a towel on my lap and I was super comfortable! They offer wine and water and have massaging chairs. I had a terrible experience at Royal Nails Spa. Asked for a gel manicure and pedicure. The entire time they were doing my manicure the polish was getting smudged or coming off. I asked if something was wrong and they assured me all was fine. Finally they figured out that they were using regular polish on me rather than gel polish. So after sitting there for 1.5 hours I had 10 smudged looking painted fingers. By that time I had to leave. Customer service was terrible. They still made me pay for the pedicure. I will never be going there again!! read more
