The apartment is spacious, well lit with natural light, and the layout includes a large nook that is perfect for my home office. The A/C works a charm and the gas fireplace is an amenity I didn't know I needed. The interior of the building is an open roof courtyard with lots of plants, which feels like a private sanctuary. Overall, the place has the charm of an older building with unique features, but it is also impeccably maintained. The gated covered parking is a rare find in the area, and never unappreciated! Everyone in the building is respectful and friendly, but the property manager, Kathie, is the MVP. She answers immediately to any small issue, communicates well with the whole building, and is just a lovely human being. As for location, it looks great on a map, but in person, I have to pinch myself- 2 short blocks from the beach, bike path, art museum, bluff, and park, on a quiet, palm-lined street that the neighborhood walks their dogs and pushes their strollers along, but also a 5-10 min walk from countless restaurants and shops. This place certainly feels like a hidden gem- I can't recommend it highly enough!

I love the hardwood floors and ceiling fans in my unit, and my kids really enjoy the pool. We recently got a new manager, Carmen, who is super nice. She was very helpful and responsive when my microwave stopped working, and the maintenance staff who came to replaced it were also great and a lot of fun. I also appreciate the convenience of paying rent online and the ability to set it up to auto pay each month. The neighbors I've met are very nice and I like the sense of community and security I feel here.

Whenever I had a problem or there was an issue to address; Edgl (apartment manager) has been great in responding promptly and she does her best to make sure all the residents are living comfortably. She is very friendly, kind, and easily approachable. The apartment property is small to only a few residents which makes living here great because it's much more quiet than bigger apartment complexes. She states due to the covid 19 they are taking extend measures for everyone's safety not to show the facility in person only thru zoom. I understand due to Covid 19 measures like this could happen, but one management should have updated their WEBSITE and NOT CONFIRME appointments IF THEY ARENT ABLE TO! Also went i went in the facility was gross trash everywhere the outside paint looked like someone just got a bucket of paint and thru it on the wall. Horrible experience.

Wendy Daniel and Henry are helpful and are always in a good mood. On January 1st our toilet clogged and maintenance was quick to come and fix it. Third, the inside of the apartment is so beautiful, the marble counter tops in both the bathroom and living room are a nice touch, the space you get outside is also a really good size, the wood floors are convenient (especially if you have a fur baby).
