Queens can be very hit-or-miss when it comes to the perfect pie, which is unfortunate given that it's such a foodie paradise in terms of international cuisine. Mano's pizza definitely hits hard. It's pretty perfect on every level. The crust is really crispy and airy, and the sauce is really fresh and tasty without being too acidic. The toppings are well balanced (generous without going overboard). We ordered delivery, which often requires some reheating due to the perils of transit, but it wasn't required in this case. It arrived in perfect condition. This will be in my regular takeout rotation for the foreseeable future, and I definitely look forward to dining in person someday soon.

This is the third time I have ordered a regular cheese pie and they gave me a reheated leftover dry pie. After it happened the second time we have been ordering half one topping and half something else and specifically asking that it be made fresh because on one other occasion they just added cheese and then added topping and reheated it.
