I was walking down Myrtle after 10 p.m. last night, and this was the only pizza joint open that side of Corato. The crust was pleasingly thin and crispy, but the cheese was gooey and greasy. Satisfying in a pinch.

They renovated the whole place last year so now there's a lot more seating (booth and counter)…read morecompared to before. Cash is still preferred but they also accept credit cards and it looks like they also do online orders (pick up and delivery). We got their bbq chicken pie, cheese pie and 1 chicken caesar salad slice. The caesar salad slice was so heavy with the generous amount of toppings they put on it! Not to mention the crispy bottom. Bbq chicken pie has always been a family favorite with the smoky grilled chicken mixed with the sweet barbecue sauce flavor. It's a flavor that can't be beat. No matter what other pizza spots I try, Rosa's always reigns supreme.

We got regular slices ($3.50). Service was fast, but the slices weren't that hot. The flavor was mediocre, but i applaud the big variety of menu items they offer here. I didnt see any zeppoles on their menu, but it would be a great addition to their expansive list if they did!! BRING ZEPPOLES BACK!

Great old-school pizzeria in the heart of Maspeth. Maspeth is recognized as the oldest settlement…read morein Queens County, founded by European settlers in 1642. But this pizza is fresh and satisfying, you can taste the homemade marinara sauce, and mozzarella cheese. I prefer fresh not canned mushrooms but it did it's job today. The crust is crunchy and sturdy, built to handle as many toppings as you want, and oh, what a selection of specialty pies. In addition to pizza they have many options from pastas, to sausage, chicken, veal and lamb entrées, seafood dishes, heroes, burgers, wraps and paninis. Prices are reasonable, not assaulting like in the city. They also cater. Staff is friendly. Next time you're on a Queens pizza crawl or even driving home from the airport, be sure to take the quick detour to La Bella Mariella. Open till midnight Fridays and Saturdays, 11pm all other days. I called to ask what happened and he say how do I know they didn't put sorry or red sauce. I said because if you put red sauce I would see. This place really doesn't give a crap what they send to the customer and when they screw up it is like the customers fault. They either have people who can't read because lord knows they can barely speak English. Now I have no order from here in months because of this. But stupid me figure I would give them another try. And the owner promises next time but there is never a next time. Stay away go else where not worth the aggravation

Nice warm bread with a very flavorful olive oil started the meal followed by baked clams and buratta, baked clams were fresh and delicious, garlicy with a little red pepper bite, they use panko breadcrumbs and while they were definitely one of the the better baked clams ive had I think I prefer a more traditional breadcrumb. The buratta was fresh milky and creamy and paired perfectly with the camponta ( probably murdered the spelling on that). The oso bucco special was insanely good, fall off the bone tender, great sauce and the mashed potatoes with crispy panchetta were out of this world . My fish ..I want to say filet of sole?..i dont remember lol, was cooked beautifully covered with the same delicious breading as the baked clams and came served over a generous portion of spinach and garlic. Deserts were exactly what you would expect, classic and delicious and they also make a mean Manhattan..all and all I was very pleasantly suprised , this place is a definite gem on Grand ave , nothing can come close to touching it. My only complaint is the service could be better, started out great, then there was a shift change and it got crowded and I kindof fell off dramatically Also the ambiance could be better, its a nice space but too bright , that being said I will be back.
