We had a great experience with Jetters N Drains from start to finish. We got a few quotes from…read moreother companies, and theirs was by far the most reasonable. I really appreciated that their price didn't change after an in-person visit to our house, which happened with ALL of the other companies. They used a trenchless Perma-Liner system to reline our pipe, so they didn't have to tear up our yard. It basically creates a new pipe inside the old one which is pretty cool and is supposed to last forever. They even carefully dug up a hedge and replaced it when they were finished and it looks like it's going to survive. They also installed a new cleanout and fixed a pipe offset that was causing problems. All of this only took about a half day and everything seems to be working perfectly. The crew was friendly, showed up on time, and were easy to work with the whole way through. We would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

Turns out, Bryan just gently yanked the cold water knob, discovered the dishwasher's water supply had simply been turned off, and fixed it instantly. Robert initially came out to hydro-jet the line, but during the inspection he discovered that the main sewer line under the house was rusting and thin in several spots. He explained that hydro-jetting could potentially cause bigger problems with the pipe. He showed me the camera footage and clearly explained what he was seeing, noting that the line would need to be replaced sooner rather than later. He also did not charge me for the diagnostic visit. Before wrapping up for the night, they made sure our main water was back on so we'd have service until they came back the next morning. They were super professional and genuinely cared about our health and safety. They went the extra mile to double-check that the corroded galvanized line wasn't connected to our main house water. These guys busted their tails in the sweltering heat, digging up a huge section of the garden to make sure they didn't miss a thing.
