Greg and Lee just let my house after doing an amazing job restoring my carpet back to new! I was dog-sitting my parents dog over the weekend when it decided to get sick all over our carpet, leaving a terrible yellow and brown stain. No amount of home remedy would work to remove it. Fortunately I knew Greg and had heard nothing but great things about the quality of his work. I called him this morning, he made room in his schedule and made it out same day! Jerry and his assistant, Lee, from Royal Service came over this morning and cleaned the carpets for the entire house. We were surprised at how dirty the off-white carpets had become during the move-in process of our new home. Three dogs didn't help any, either. At first, we rented a rug-cleaning machine from a national chain store, which cleaned the rugs quite well. However, within two weeks, all the dirt and urine spots returned with a vengeance due to lack of removing the residue from the cleaner. Jerry and Lee arrived on time and proceeded to work wonders. I bought a new home and wanted the carpets cleaned before moving in my furniture. I called Royal and spoke with Greg. Thankfully he said he was able to come out that day and gave me an appt. time. Greg called a few hours before the scheduled appt. time to see if he could come earlier (which worked out better for me). Greg was professional, friendly, got the job done in a timely matter and they look great!! I don't like strangers of any type (handymen, cable installers, window installers, etc) in my home, yet I felt comfortable with Greg. Yesterday Greg and his team came out to clean my carpets. They were friendly, courteous, professional and finished in record time.
