Amazing company, owner and staff. I cannot say enough great things about Royal Vent Cleaning. I wanted to replace dryer vent hose in my home that was very outdated and not up to today's standards. My laundry was taking extremely long to dry, even after multiple cycles, and the lint trap would be loaded with lint after each and every cycle, no matter how short the cycle. After finding the website and looking at the FAQs, I submitted online form explaining the issue and received a call back promptly. I was scheduled for the next day -- Saturday -- as the owner wanted to ensure my family's and home's safety The guys showed up promptly and got right down to business. Little did I know, I had an extreme fire hazard on my hands as the dryer hose that was housed behind walls was not connected to the external vent/flap. The guys had to find where the hose was within the walls. After cutting walls and ceilings in a few spots -- all of which were perfectly patched and put back together -- they were able to locate the hose. Literally all of the lint coming out of the dryer was going straight into and building up behind the walls -- creating an extreme fire hazard. Royal Vent removed all of the lint that was in the ceiling and replaced the hose with hose that's meets current fire/safety standards. It was a tremendous job that was handled professionally and graciously. They did a remarkable job and cleaned every speck of lint that was removed. My dryer works better than ever with very little lint in the lint trap after each load -- towels a bit different but that is to be expected. Towels still much lint but to be expected. Robin checked on me every step of the way and followed up several times to make sure everything was going well. Royal Vent, you are lifesavers and have a fan and customer for life. I started my research as anyone would. Basic google searches resulting in a number of hits. Naturally, I gravitated to the volume of reviews for the select few companies. Fortunately for such companies, the many reviews coupled with 4-5 star ratings had me hooked. As I narrowed down my search I made a few calls. I stated with Royal and spoke with Robin. She was thorough, amicable, fair and professionally salesy (which is NOT a bad thing). There was a relatable component and a comfortable vibe. I did what most educated consumers would do and shopped around after her quote. Royal was right in line with many other highly reputable companies, in fact, they may have been even BETTER than a handful. I booked Royal Robin scheduled a visit for the NEXT DAY. Surprisingly, the two professionals Jay and Sal matched the professionalism and quality that was portrayed by Robin. They were knowledgeable and courteous. They were detailed and meticulous. After receiving a high estimate from another company to clean our vents, I did a little searching and was fortunate to find Royal Vent Cleaning. Customers had said that Robin was a pleasure to work with and I found that to be exactly the case. She was extremely responsive and super clear with communication. Additionally, Robin gave us an accurate ETA of when the technicians would arrive and followed up to make sure that we were satisfied with the work that was done. We had two techs show up and they suggested to add a bit of flex to our existing vent line in order to 'clean' up work that was previously done incorrectly. They worked carefully to make sure everything was done properly and made sure I understood what they were doing and why it was necessary. Was in need of duct cleaning services in Long Island. This company got the highest reviews based on my research. Request a quote and was contacted by Robin. She is super friendly, and super thorough ensuring that the service they provide is in line with your specific needs. The communication was wonderful, she even kept an eye on earlier appointments in the event I wanted to get it done sooner. I have abt 20+ ducts that I needed cleaned. There was a team of two and between them they cleaned AND sanitized each duct, cleaned and sanitized my dryer vent, and even repaired an external dryer vent cover that was broken They team was diligent and very respectful of the house. Being that we work from Home they were very courteous when it came time to turn on the heavy machinery. Making sure it wouldn't be a bother. We used this service for duct cleaning on our residence (2 apartments) a few months ago right before winter when we knew the heat would push dust out. Robin, the owner, was so pleasant and genuinely concerned about the air quality in my home where my toddler and I both have allergies. The technicians who came were professional and courteous, and also very efficient. They worked quickly, yet kept me posted on what they were doing the entire time. They also kept the areas that they were working in very clean and stayed out of everyone's way despite all of their equipment. This was the first time we'd ever done duct work on this house, and I'm sure it was probably never done before - The stuff that had come out of the ducts were terrible. I can't believe we've been inhaling that stuff for so long. I've noticed a difference in the quality of air after getting this done since the heat came on. The smell of their product is pleasant and lingers for a few days, which was nice. Overall, I am pleased with this service. I highly recommend Royal Vent Cleaning! I couldn't believe it when my dryer stopped working. I was all ready to purchase a new dryer when someone suggested that I try having the dryer vent professionally cleaned. I called several companies to get price quotes and available dates of service. I was going to give up because I could not find a company that I felt comfortable with. I figured that I would try 1 more company. I am so glad that I did because this was when I got in touch with Robin. I immediately felt at ease. She was able to schedule me an appointment for the very next morning. Sal, from Royal, showed up right on time. He came in, looked around and then fully explained what each step was going to be. As he continued to work, he pointed out how much build up I had. Our house smelled musty and I noticed some mold spores on some ceiling vents. I called Royal and Robin, the owner, picked up the phone. She gave me a quote over the phone based on air handlers and vents, told me the procedure and got me on the schedule quickly. It was great. Mario and Andre showed up on time and were very courteous. They had me walk them through the house and show them all equipment and vents/registers. Then they went to work. They were respectful and very organized and clean. They showed me all of the mold that they cleaned out of one of the handlers; scary. On top of cleaning out the handlers and ducts, they cleaned each register and vent. They also showed me all of the debris they cleaned out of the dryer vent which was a house fire waiting to happen. The house isn't musty anymore. The air pumping in smells very fresh. Didn't know duct cleaning was a thing until researching and learned about the risk of fire if clogged with lint for too long. Reached out to Royal and learned a lot about the proceeds from Robin. She's very easy going, attentive, detailed, and answered all my questions before I decided to move forward. I ended up getting my line replaced instead of just cleaning existing because the previous owner had installed incorrectly (with duct tape and plastic ties) which in itself was a fire hazard. The whole time Robin was not trying to upsell the line replacement which I appreciate. Ended being the right decision because when the guys came to replace they showed me the duct tape which was at that point dry and brittle (fire hazard). They probably aren't the cheapest but the service was amazing and Robin even followed up afterwards to ensure I was happy with the install. read more

Outstanding and Courteous Service I recently used their service for my vent cleaning. When I called I spoke to Robin. She was extremely helpful and immediately set me up for an appointment. The service providers were Sal and Jeff. They showed up on time and immediately took care of the vent cleaning. They immediately spotted a problem that I was having, in that because my vents had not been cleaned in some time they had become disconnected which were causing multiple problems that I was not aware of. They immediately corrected the problem and after several weeks I have not had any more problems. These guys take their work seriously and I highly recommend them. We just moved into a new house, and had issues with our dryer from day 1. We saw that the machine looked to be filled with lint and called Royal Vent Cleaning - Robin was incredible! She explained that the issue is most likely that our pipes/lines were clogged. She was able to schedule us quickly! Turns out that we had a big issue - the people who came said they've never seen a lint trap this bad, and were surprised we didn't have a fire - - obviously this was terrifying to hear. I used Royal two years ago to clean out my vents after a major renovation project and the team was very professional, efficient and kept everything clean. I recently called Robin, the owner, to schedule another cleaning and she told me that I didn't need to have the vents cleaned for another few years. I got good news and bad news. The good news is that Royal Vent is very responsive and reliable. Cleaned out both dryer vents in my two unit home. The upstairs dryer was having a particularly difficult time drying loads. It now performs within specifications. Robin is fantastic to deal with and she even took her time to stop my my house to help me locate my dryer vent. Great service overall. Hired another vent cleaning company a few months back and the quickly started to have problems with the dryer again. Brought in Royal and the service tech quickly diagnosed the problem. Other company had placed an indoor bathroom vent cover over the duct where it vents outside preventing the lint from escaping and thus backing up into the duct. We've had our split unit for 6 years now and had no idea that it needed to be deep cleaned, so when it started to have an odor to it we knew exactly who to call.
