I dig it. Didn't think it could get better than the kebab shop but this place hits. But if they keep raising their prices and I'll just stick to the kebab shop lol, the wraps are way bigger there atleast. I'm trading quantity and price for this. But the shawarma here is better for sure. Clean, spacious establishment and quick service. Highly recommend for your shawarma fix!

It was an ok shawarma restaurant in Plano. I ordered the shawarma beef saj, which I forgot to take a picture of, and it was alright. The beef was kind of dry and didn't seem to have a lot of flavor, and there was parsley in the sandwich, which I don't like the taste of, but that's personal preference. There weren't a lot of other vegetables in the sandwich. I don't think it's a filling meal, unless you eat little, but I could've eaten more, and I'm a 5'4" female. There's a lot of seating available inside, very clean, and spacious. The worker was really polite and accommodating. I didn't tip bc I thought we had to pick up our food from the counter, but he brought it to us, so I feel really bad. TL;DR: Workers are very friendly and restaurant is clean and spacious, but the beef shawarma sandwich was a bit dry and flavorless.

Original Shawarma is our goto spot for chicken shawarma in this area. The Chicken Arabi with fries ($12.99) is our absolute favorite. Also tried the chicken shawarma bowl ($12.99) with rice, lettuce, olives, and jalapeños, great option if you want something filling. The regular chicken shawarma ($8.99) is solid too. Well maintained dine-in space, quick service, and they also have outdoor seating. Highly recommended if you're craving good shawarma in the Plano area.

    Will you eat this?

They serve Burnt food for Togo the rest were fine but Atleast have mercy on the people who spent money to buy quality food and original Shwarma doesn't even care

My friends and I love coming here! The service and food are great! The manager was very attentive and checked to see if everything was alright. Can't wait to come back!

I had their chicken shawarma on saj bread and loved it! The bread was crispy and the shawarma itself was incredibly saucy. Fries were great as well. I was very confused by the corn in the slaw, can't say I've had that at other shawarma places. Definitely go give this place a try!

The shawarma is very classic. You can get it with Saj (really thin bread wrap), with Arabic pita, or with hoagie bread. I chose the Arabic pita and it was quite thin and made for a great wrap. It was easy to tear the paper wrapper at the top and pull it down to access the next bite. The beef was cut thin and had a great ratio of tahini/garlic sauce mixed in so it was noticeable with each bite. There were a few onion slivers too, but nothing else. I got a combo meal with french fries and a soda. The fries were crinkle style and had a little bit of spices tapped on top. They were fine, but I would have preferred my fries without any seasoning because I have to cut down on salt and most seasoning mixes have salt included unfortunately. A side container of the tahini/garlic mix was provided, but my sandwich didn't need it and I didn't like my fries without any seasoning it. Each table had a ketchup bottle. Mine was empty, so I nabbed one from a neighbor table. The top of the container was a mess with ketchup all over. Not appealing, but I rolled with the punches and squeezed some out on my butcher paper placemat for dipping my fries. They have a choice of the Mexican Coca Cola or the US ones. The Mexican cola comes in glass bottles. They automatically served me a can Coca Cola. I would have been fine with either choice, but frankly I wasn't asked my preference. The place is casual and relaxing with nice, comfortable seating. It is nice enough to come and hangout for a meal with friends or family. Nicer than a lot of fast food places. It's a bit of a drive for me, so I doubt I'll be back, but it is a nice option for a quick lunch or dinner if you happen to be in the area.

This is the hummus and meat appetizer. Served with pita. Delicious!

Yes!!!! So great, I came twice in 2 days! This is the flavor & style Shawarma that I've been longing for. Since moving to Dallas a few years ago, I'd tried many shawarma & gyro places looking for the cuisine similar to that in the Seattle area, a restaurant there had the most amazing garlic sauce. (It was called garlic crush, and I dream of it) Well I've finally found a place that does this same type of garlic sauce. And the lamb/beef, hummus, the lentil soup, it's all really authentic and packed with flavor. I love it here! It tastes amazing and the staff is super kind and welcoming too. So far I've had the soup, hummus with meat, and chicken shawarma platter. The whole family loved it. Perfect for dine in or takeout. Not like those other low quality places. This is the real thing. Yay!

    Inside is cute

Love this new shawarma spot in plano! You gotta try the chicken shawarma sandwich!! Super flavorful and full of chicken and garlic sauce yumm!! The fries also add a nice touch. We also enjoyed the koobideh plate that comes with side of soup or salad so we got the lentil soup and tasted perfection with the pita chips. They don't cheap out on the garlic sauce which is how every place should be instead of always charging extra. The owner is super friendly and the servers were bringing food and cleaning inna timely manner. It's a casual spot with plastic utensils so nothing fancy but the seating was super comfy and decor was cute! I'll def be back soon!

The food is awesome the ambiance is cool! I would give more stars but the fact that they don't have free water concerns me? You have to buy bottled water...eventhough they have a fountain station the water line is not available? In AZ you cannot deny water so it is just weird! I would recommend it if you're not worried about just wanting water!

The sauces are amazing - tzatziki, hummus, baba ghanoush, and more. I personally love the chicken cooked in a yogurt sauce, roasted cauliflower, and chickpea moussaka as my top standouts, but truly there are too many delicious things to name. I love how many chicken options there are as someone who isn't crazy about beef or pork. There is also falafel and plenty of beans for your vegan/ vegetarian friends. There were markers for allergies / preferences on the labels, but I didn't attend too closely as I don't have dietary restrictions. They have tasty rice pudding topped with pistachios and fresh fruit as something sweet to pair with your meal. I enjoy the lentil soup for dipping pita bread in. All you can eat buffets are always the best for getting to try everything and making everyone in your party happy. It's a bit on the expensive side (around $25 per person before tip), but it's totally worth it for special occasions. Would've been much better balanced with more soda/seltzer water. The hummus brisket pastrami appetizer was solid. Really liked the caramelized onions with the hummus and pastrami. The bread was fluffy and really good, just wish they gave more than two pieces. Meat could've been hotter though. My wife got the seafood paella. Decent overall with large shrimp and mussels. She enjoyed it. The lamb shank was the huge miss for me, especially at around $40. It looked substantial at first, but the actual edible meat portion was pretty small. Most of it was dry, tough, and under-rendered around the connective tissue. For a Mediterranean restaurant, a slow-braised lamb dish should be a slam dunk, especially after it was recommended by our waitress. Service was average overall. We ordered additional drinks, but our water never got refilled during the meal. I'd probably come back if I was already in the area, but I'd stick to kebabs or other grilled items next time.

The music is nice and you can tell they really focus on creating a beautiful Mediterranean experience. The food is completely incredible and very unique. This is not your average Greek pita place. This is a restaurant that could easily be in Turkey for some European country. We started with the Mezza platter ( $29) - which included 6 different dips. It's pricey for an appetizer, but it is definitely worth it because it's so unique and flavorful. It was probably my favorite thing that we ate. Everything felt just a little bit overpriced for what it is. My baseline comparison is Hillstones and R&D, and this is definitely Hillstone's pricing, but not the same experience overall. My wife and I shared the lamb shank and the falafel platter and also had a side of cauliflower (which was incredible). My 3 year old had the kids item which was $18!?. it was all very very good. My wife and I had a glass of wine and the average price was $18. They also had no descriptions of what style of wine it was e.g. Cabernet Sauvignon. When I asked the server, he just recommended the Caymus. The service was transactional and something you would get at most fast casual restaurants. I get that a lot of the servers are not professional servers. For the mezze platter, it would've been helpful to have an explanation of what was on it. Basically they brought the food. They took our order and that was it. Parents: they have one kids meal which included four chicken kebabs and a side of either rice or fries ($18). The price felt very steep for a kids meal. I probably would rather have had half the portion size for half the price.
