The receptionist called them, and they said their machine broke and they were getting it fixed. They said they would offer me 10% off and I could either wait for them Saturday or be scheduled first thing Monday. I told them it was no problem, we would wait around on Saturday. He said they would call him when they were 30 minutes out. I wait til 430 pm and no one came or called me. Monday comes and I called at 8 am before they opened and left a message to see if they would be there Monday morning.
