Worst place ! Dirty , employees are rude and look dirty themselves. The kitten I wanted was full of fleas and looks so dirty, He felt dirty as well. The store manager who is the owners daughter claims the animal has no fleas and then switches her story when I showed her the fleas. Only took a 10 dollars off the fee knowing I would have to pay 40 for flea meds. Which they should have already done. I shouldn't be paying for a dirty flea infested kitten. They should be taking care of these animals better then a normal person They are a pet store for god sakes. I walked into this place first thing to your right is a big bird cage, is there birds inside this cage? NO. There were about 5 medium sized kittens in the bird cage. They didn't look healthy! The kittens off the street are in better shape than these poor kittens. That's horrible. Then, to the left there was two small cages containing a medium size dog in each one without water or food. That's cruel! Also, considering the extremely hot weather today. Stop breeding just for profit! Those poor fur babies don't deserve this life! If you think by selling animals you're giving them a good home you're wrong. Those same animals are the ones that end up being neglected and abused. If I could give zero stars I would. We peeked in one day because we saw kittens in the window. When we went in there were tons of sick kittens in a big cage. All of them were so tiny and all seemed to have some kind of infection. It broke our hearts. My husband said he could see more kittens in the back when the employee walked through the doors. I feel so bad for these poor babies. They also had a few large bunnies in a small cage together. It's not fair to these poor animals. read more

I've been a regular customer since the day they opened their doors. Very friendly & helpful staff. I needed to get cat & bird food one day and I ended up walking out the door with not one but two very happy and healthy puppies, much to my husband's annoyance. I went to check this place out since I saw a ad of a new pet store on Craigslist and they were giving free Ginny pigs. I walk in and see some 2 pups in a small pen thing covered in poop and pee everywhere.the was not a single spot in that pen that was poop free. I keep looking and saw wire cages stacked on top of each other with guinea pigs in each cage .it stunk so bad like the bedding hasn't been changed . Same thing goes for the bunnys. Then I see some cats in some tiny ass cages .I read the reviews on here and didn't think it was that bad but it was .things are organized but the way they have these animals is terrible I would not go back to that place . read more

I heard about the cutest puppy at this store here in Stockton. My friend had come by the store around 4:30pm one day and saw the pup, which was exactly the breed my mother was looking for. I received a photo and fell in love. I was told the hours are 10 am to 8pm which are great for my work hours. However I tried several times from 10am to 11:30ish to wait for the store to be open. I checked online which showed the hours being the same. Each day I arrived later and later, and still a closed store. I only have so long in the morning before I have to be to work, and I get off work way after closing. I would have loved to give that pup a home, but I don't know when you are really open. Makes me wonder how long those poor animals have to sit and wait for someone to come take care of them. Animals need care but it seems like no one is here, I really wonder if these animals are receiving any type of care at all!! read more

This pet store is in deplorable conditions. It was said that they were healthy puppies, they had been seen by a vet and received shots and were in good health. I purchased 2 puppies from them last week Thursday 04/27 and by Sunday one of the puppies ($420.00 later from vet bill on Sunday) was said to have been sold with parvo and died Monday. I have since returned my one remaining puppy to the to be treated by the pet store because Debra agreed to take her to vet (at her expense) and return her when she was healthy. I called today to find out that my dog still isn't at the vet and has yet to be seen by one. The staff is her children and has refused to give me information on where my dog is at and where she is getting treatment. Please use caution when purchasing a puppy or cat from this place as the do not take there animals in for regular care or to be seen by a veterinarian. they claim they do but they do not. I asked to see a vet report that they are in good health and they refused to give one. Per Debra, she told me she didn't think anything was wrong with the puppies so she did not have them checked out. I am now devastated that one puppy is dead due to her negligence and now Debra refuses to take my calls and wont take my puppy as promised to the vet to seek care. I fear for the care of all the animals in that pet store. I thought I could trust her to care for my puppy. Buyers beware!!! read more
