These guys are absolutely awesome. Eddie and his crew are professionals with A1 customer service. I needed a flat bed truck to tow my AWD car to my performance shop and told me 30 minutes and they showed up 15 minutes later. Driver was professional and extremely knowledgeable. Truck quit and left me on the side of the road in Henderson Nevada. Had used Royalty Towing two years before for the same reason and they towed me and the same truck 13 miles to my auto shop for a flat $100. Yesterday I called Royalty Towing thinking I would get a similar deal. It took them 50 minutes to show up after I first called. It was a Saturday, no traffic. The driver was fine, did a good job. Took me and my truck 6 miles to my repair shop. The tow bill was $125 to show up, and $37.50 to use the winch to pull my truck onto his bed? Was there and option to drive on? How do they get your car on the their truck without using the winch? Total was $162.50 to get my truck towed 6 miles. Next time I will call around first! read more

Royalty Towing is the only towing company I'll ever use after my recent experience with them. I had to open up a claim with Allstate after one of their drivers hit my car on the passenger's side. So I'm currently dealing with Allstate, but I called Allstate and told them my car was non-drivable. My car needed to be towed right away because it was just sitting in my driveway. So I initially choose Service King to repair my car, but then a good friend recommended I go with New Look Collison on Bell. New Look Collison called me within a matter of seconds. Maria said Royalty Towing would be calling me to schedule a pick-up time. Royalty then called me right after hanging up with New Look Collison. Literally, Royalty picked up my car less than an hour later. Rodney from Royalty Towing picked up my car. He was very courteous and professional. He asked if I needed any of the keys that were on the keychain attached to the car key. And asked if I had anything valuable in the vehicle. Great guy, very professional. Fantastic Experience! Friendly, Attention to Detail, Quick Load up and Drop off. Eddie arrived at my house on time as I had set up a tow 3 days in advance. He showed up in beautiful covered transport roll back style truck. I quickly noticed that when Eddie shook my hand his uniform and his truck were absolutely spotless. The prices are more expensive than other tow companies in the area but you are paying for a SERVICE. I believe the prices for this EXCELLENT service are 100% warranted. At no point was I worried that anything on the car was going to be damaged. The loaded up in a matter of minutes and properly tied down. I chose to ride with Eddie to the destination with my car. He has an eye on your car the entire time he is in the truck because there is a camera pointed inside the box. I enjoyed my conversation to the destination with the driver and you'll notice that the inside of his truck is in immaculate condition as well. When I made a comment to him about the condition of his clothes and truck compared to other tow trucks/drivers I have dealt with in the past he smiled and said "This is my first home! Not my 2nd...
