It's been forever since I've given a one star review to any restaurant because in general I want everyone to do well. Unfortunately, there's a real problem with Rozay's Wings. I came in at 11:30 AM and was told the owner is not here so there is no food. He would be here at 12 PM. I waited in my car since I didn't know where else to go. Came back at 12:15 PM (15 minutes of wiggle room), but was again told the owner is still not there so there is no food. She does not know where the owner was and she is sorry about the situation. This would be at least okay if they just close the place down. At least it would have saved me 45 minutes of waiting. Instead they decided to open when they can't provide the service. This is my second time visiting this location and it was just as good as the last time. I wrote a review before that said go try this place and if you didn't read that review and go try it then read this one and get out there and give this place a try. The wings could be a little bigger but they are really good and cooked perfectly. I've never been at this location when it's busy but they do have a lot of foot traffic picking up to go orders. It does not affect you if you choose to eat in. The TVs are typically playing sport sporting events which I enjoyed and it a nice quiet place. Found this place thanks to Yelp!! I got the 8 piece traditional + 1 side + 1 drink combo (it also comes with a roll!). This isn't the place to go to if you want fast fast food, since they fry EVERYTHING up fresh and it comes out piping hot. Chicken wings were deliciously crispy and juicy. They gave the sauce on the side (I recommend honey gold and garlic parmesan!), which went really well with the wings AND the fries. Service here is SO friendly. The owner asked if it was our first time and explained the menu to us/gave food suggestions. After we got our food, he also came and checked on us to make sure it was okay. The bad: the pop machine was down, so there were only cans of pop to choose from (and there was only 7 up and Pepsi). I can't talk this place up too much because honestly it's a chicken joint and I'm a vegan, so we should be diametrically opposed, but hot damn! I came in here to order a side of french fries to go with/while I was waiting for a falafel sandwich I ordered from another place in the same strip mall, and these were some of the best damn fries I've ever had in my entire life! I'm telling you... this was cheat day from my diet, and I had no regrets on spending it on these fries! I have no idea what they're flavored with but they are out of this world sensational. I told them "I want the hugest thing of fries you got, because it's my fat, potato lovin' ass, and two others" and I was thinking there wouldn't be enough but I've never seen an order of fries so big in my life. It was a whole to-go box tucked to the brim, bursting with crispy, piping hot, salty, seasoned to perfection potato paradise. Nary a single one of us tarnished this heavenly treat with ketchup, mustard, or any other condiment, content in the glory of the world's most lovely fry done right by this genius or madman Rozay. Rozay actually spoke with us while our food was cooking, and he was a very nice man. I was shocked to find no one else in the restaurant on a Friday evening. I understand we're in strange times, but if the man can make such a victory with the potato, I'm sure the rest of the food is good too. My husband and I wanted to try something different so we stopped by Rozay's around noon and the place was EMPTY I mean literally empty.. I just had this weird vibe about this place...but husband insisted to stay.they don't have an fountain machine, they use cans to serve drinks in a kiddie plastic cup. My husband and I both had the Philly cheesesteak, wings, and fried pickles. The wings are good but overpriced and the Philly cheesesteak tasted it came out of a frozen box and flavorless.. they served us bounty napkins and plastic knives,forks, and spoons. The straws came out of a Walmart bag. No alcohol served. Looks like a run down place. Then later that evening I got really sick and threw up all of the food I ate.. This is not your typical wings spot. it's a small independent restaurant influenced by Memphis. Of course people know Memphis for its barbecue but the locals really understand the wing game. A lot of these places are open pretty late on the weekends just like Rozay's. He has so many different flavors any fries them with the skin leaving a nice crispy outer shell. This is my favorite place in Tulsa to get wings. Local business with good people and great wings and sides. So good!!!

I went there with my husband who loves eating wings. I ordered their wings and fried shrimp. The wings were by far some of the best I ever have had. If you love wings this place is worth trying. The fried shrimp was good too. And to top it off, we met Rozay who cooked and brought us our food. What a really nice guy. His food and personality were both exceptional. The wings are amazing. Probably the best wings I've ever had. Certainly the best in recent memory. (Sweet Heat is my favorite sauce) I've only had the fried okra and corn nuggets for sides, but both are delicious. If this rating was purely food based, it'd be 5 stars. Six even. All the stars. And if the food weren't so good, the rating would be 3 stars. The reason would be that every time I have called in an order, I've been told it will take 20-30 minutes, and when I show up 20-30 minutes later, it is never ready. I don't think my order has ever even been started until I show up to pick it up. That said, I keep going back, because the food is so good. This is the 2nd time I've ordered from here and although the food is good, the service is horrible. The first time I ordered my food, it took 2.5 hours before I got my food and it ended up being the wrong order....I had to drive to the restaurant 3 different times in 1 day because the first time, they didn't bother calling me to tell me that they ran out of chicken wings and was hoping that I wouldn't get there before the owner got back from buying more wings (which came out of the owner's mouth when I got there)! The second time I got there, the food was not ready and they told me it would take another 45 min or so. By the 3rd time, it was again, the wrong order.... I figure I would give this place a second chance and AGAIN, my order is completely wrong and there is no way to skip the "extra sauce option" when you order online. THE PRICE IS TOO EXPENSIVE FOR WINGS IN GENERAL AND THE SERVICE DEFINITELY ADDS TO A WASTE OF YOUR MONEY AND TIME!
