This dealer does not act like they want your business. Every time you need something, their attitude is like "yeah, so what do you want!?". I had problems with my Sea-Doo Switch Boat I bought from them. It was under warranty. I discovered a loose rivet and a tear in a seat after bringing it home. I was told that since I did not discover it before pulling it off their lot, it was not covered. They could not seal up the in-hull depth finder transducer, twice! First time they sacarsticly asked me if they installed it, which they had. I had to fix it myself. Last oil change they overfilled the oil. Luckily I checked it before taking it out on the water. Overfilling oil can severely damage an engine due to foaming up in the crankcase. I had to take my business to another dealer. read more

Not one to usually leave reviews but this place deserves one. For the sake of people who plan to shop or have something repaired here. STAY AWAY! Had dropped my Can-Am off on March 31st 2022. Was told it would be 3-4 weeks on a wreck quote. Fast forward to 2 days ago. I get a call from the owner Rick who stated that his only tech that he has that works on Can-Am's has went awall. His wife can't find him nor has he been to work in a few days. Says that he will have to get someone to come in from out of state to fill in and that they wouldn't be able to get me a quote for another 6-8 weeks. I let Rick know that I'll be comming in to pick up the bike. You'd think when I arrived this morning he'd want to have a conversation about this inconvenience but no. He sent one of his yard guys out to get me to sign release on bike and was told to have a good day. Not to mention there "mask policy" Apparently it only applied to me because I was told I needed to have a mask on when inside but employees and other customers that had came in didn't? Purchase was okay, but when I called during the first season because my battery was not holding a charge, they told me for a warranty claim I had to bring it in. I did, then they told me it was not covered under warranty and gave me the cost for a new one. On top of that, they charged me $100 to diagnose it. I won't be back. read more

So, after braining myself with a tire iron yesterday, I decided to call the professionals down at RPM cycles to have my dirtbike tires put on. I've spent a couple hundred dollars there in the last few months on the Seadoos, Dirtbike, and four-wheeler, to the tune of about $500 this season so far. I was about to spend a lot more out of necessity because I'm getting some new gear. No longer. I called today about putting tires on a dirt bike. The guy (Rick) cut me off and said "Did you buy them here?" Well, no, I bought them from Bridgestone online when I bought everything else for the bike I've been restoring. His comment was "That's like going to Outback with your own steak and telling them to cook it" and told me they wouldn't service anything I didn't buy from them, even though I'm PAYING to have them put on. You are a SERVICE SHOP for Motorcycles.... I called for SERVICE! All you had to do was charge me whatever you wanted to charge me, put the tire on the machine, and I'd be out of your hair in 5 minutes. Nice! You can guarantee I'll not spend another dime there, nor will anyone I know if I can help it. I'm sorry it didn't occur to me at 11 PM on a Tuesday night when I was ordering parts to get the tires from you. I was just excited to have the stuff on the way for a good price. I certainly wasn't trying to cheat RPM cycles out of their $10 profit on a $52 tire. I'll find SOMEWHERE else to shop I guess. I'd always thought better of you guys. PS: Don't let Rick do customer service anymore.. his phone skills leave a lot to be desired. read more

They had my fourwheeler for five days to do a basic service after 5 hours of ride time. My husband asked the parts guy what the price would be and he quoted $130 when he dropped it off. We dropped it off and they said they would call us when it was ready. Went to pick it up and the guy tells him it will be over $300! What??!! He asked to speak with the owner and the owner proceeds to tell him that "He went over that with him when he brought it in"....NO he did not! The parts guy took it back when he brought it in and quoted him $130, which we thought was still a little high, but was prepared to pay. I called the owner to talk about this OUTRAGEOUS amount and he asked 'what would I like him to do and he offered for me to bring the fourwheeler back and he would 'hold it until I could pay it in full'. Um NO, you will probably mess something up on it so that I will owe you more! So, I have NO options but to pay this ridiculous amount in order to get my fourwheeler back. Customers need to be warned up front that you will be overcharged and you will not know what you are paying for until it is too late! I should have read the other review first to see that this place was not recommended before purchasing here. read more

I bought my 10 year old son a new Kawasaki dirt bike for Christmas. Not being a motorcross rider myself, I was totally thrilled with the service at RPM. They took the time to explain maintenance, how the bike works, tips and much more. They were extremely courteous and helpful with everything, including loading the bike in the pouring rain for the 3 hour drive home. And, their prices beat everyone else I had contacted. This is a family business, and they treated us like family as well! read more

rpm cycles inc reviews reviews from the web 4.2/5facebook · 23 votes google review summary 5 4 3 2 1 4.1 51 reviews google reviews most relevant howard nepstad howard nepstad local guide · 5 reviews · 64 photos 16 minutes ago i have bought seadoo yamaha all kinds of toys! this is the worst place i have ever done business! sales part went ok except not knowing all there is about financing! and following instructions wanted 3 year sticker, i get it everyone makes mistakes! but when u charge me for oil change and 50 hr service it goes downhill quick, my oil didn't get changed but reset my computer! then lied! told them i wanted winterized not stored at ther facility lady told me to my face all been done all i needed to do was bring back spark plugs we free included! then some ignorant employee switch my ball hooked up 2018 rxtx 300 needless to say came off hitch i paid for another guys got receipt! called called to.compain and was comparing receipts no winterization! the same lady proceeded to tell me i didn't want winterized! hey con artist you just told me 10 minutes ago been done who wouldn't do it in nc! there service is a ripp off please check oil when pick up spark plugs etc. found over a dozen customers being sold parts not needed charged for maintenance and just like rest with old oil remaining! they are not honoring warranty if its covered call your insurance if they say no please call seadoo they will resolve quikly! friend paid to have alot of stuff done owner argued he heard ski running when rpm dropped off said it was knock off battery! not your incompetents left the old spark plugs in and didn't install them at all no oil change or hoses tighten! so we drove 2 1/2 hours to another dealer they saved oil fixed all warranty work saved all old parts and oil to turn over to attorney! please be careful who you do business with! and will never associate with this company again till us 11 customers see them in court!!! ps i we are active customers ! please put us like you did for your bad reviews! i will so post all my receipts with other customers! and in future please try to treat your customers the way you want to be treated! because karma is something else!!!!! oh when got dumped in the lake and started raining and seadoo wouldn't crank because spark plugs not installed we called that minute you left and shop & wife still no calm back 3 months later you still haven't called why we floated in the lake! nice business ethics with you and your employees! not to forget you and the wife pretty good at telling people what they wanna hear! to get them off the phone! pray you change the way you run a business i truly like to see people do good! not get over on people! read more
