She remembered who I was and exactly what I wanted. Once she saw my hair she automatically knew she had to cut more however, informed me she would still charge the same price she previously told me (I won't reveal the price because it's a business, I don't want people to go thinking the same thing can happen to them). The customer service was great. She complimented my hair which was a plus because I thought it was damaged. I just want to say, she SERVED. This is the first time I went to a salon and loved my hair.
