As Im taking him around my house he asked me, you sure you're the home owner? I said yes I'm pretty sure I bought this house. So after I get done he says I need to run to the gas station to use the restroom I said ok and that was fine cause all my toilets were removed during the remodel. But before he left he asked me again, and you're sure you're the home owner? This time right in front of the other contractors working in the home and everyone just looked at him like that's fucked up dude. Shortly after the guy leaves another guy called me who could've been the owner and says that they aren't taking the job. When I asked why, he said his guy that just left said he didn't feel comfortable doing the job. And I said what, why? He said it doesn't matter my guy doesn't feel comfortable doing the job so we're not and you need to find someone else and then hung up. I waited a couple of days for them to come out and then wasted all that time doing the walk through, I felt I was owed an explanation. But of course never got one. So I figured this racist white man couldn't believe that a black man could own such a nice house and didn't believe that I did so much so, he didn't feel comfortable doing the work. That's just crazy! To have a company with the word KLEEN in it you guys sure are DIRTY.

YOU'RE FIRED... I…read morewas looking for an HVAC service provider to take care of my Lennox AC system and decided to purchase a service plan from AC Pros, thinking I'd get top-notch service. Big mistake. The first time they came out, the tech refused to service my AC unit, saying he was only there to service the heater. I asked if he could at least clean the blower while he was here, and he told me, "We'll do that when we come out for your AC service." On the next visit, the AC tech spent an unusually long time in my attic--doing what, I have no idea. Before he went up, I specifically asked him to clean the blower and wash the outside unit. He did neither. He was also over 300 lbs, and I honestly thought he might break my ladder going up to the attic. After these poor experiences, I cancelled my service plan and went with a company that specializes in Lennox units--and actually does what they say they will do, when they say they will do it. If you want a provider that's happy to take your money for a service plan and then find reasons not to service your system, AC Pros might be for you. This was my experience--maybe you'll have better luck.

I called Reliant to come out and service my AC unit that we purchased thru them four years ago. The service technician was a great guy and told me that I had no air filter and my evaporator coil was faulty. Now I know how important a filter is to an air conditioning unit so I don't know if this was an intentional thing or just someone being absent minded back in October. Either way the part was covered under manufacturer warranty, but to refill our unit with Freon we have to foot the bill. Over $2000! When the gentleman leaves and tells me the part will have to be ordered I tell him please make sure yo note that we need a filter. He assured me he would. They sent another tech out a couple days later to and make sure that the evaporator coil in fact was bad. The second technician confirmed it and I asked him to make sure a filter was brought out. Fast-forward two weeks - we are having our part installed today and lo and behold --no filter. I have to call Reliant and complain again for the third time today about the customer service that we have received. The lady who answered the phone got in touch with the parts department and their service department and assured me someone would come out tomorrow morning with a filter. I firmly believe that the missing filter has cost us over $3000 now. We had to buy 2 window units to keep our home a cool 89° in the 100+° weather. Can't wait to see what my electric bill looks like.
